Ive been playing around with a new style of writing as of late.  I've never tried to write limericks before and finding them a little challenging.  the first couple of attempts were extremely clunky but I guess same as anything else you get better with practice.  A couple of folks out there have helped and offered some sound advice and suggestions that have been much appreciated.  (thanks Jan and Jim) 

I think I might have to be a little cautious as to which ones I post on the site as my sense of humor is definately little left of appropriate most of the time.

Thanks to everyone out there reading and giving feedback. Nice to know that write has given at least a little grin somewhere.

It is lovely to see you flourishing Joseph and your limericks are getting better and better . I was a total novice to poetry when I joined the site in 2014 and I have learned so so much from some wonderful folks on the site:-)hugs Jan
