The Desiccated King of the Catscombs

An ancient, desiccated
pharaoh awakened within
the subterranean labyrinth
of his limestone sepulcher,
Tattered, resin- soaked
bandages unfurled like
skeletal fingers from his
withered, emaciated frame.
A hollow, sarcophagus- born
shriek echoed through the
claustrophobic, dust- choked
corridors of the tomb.
Intruders trembled as the
reanimated monarch
exhaled a foul, millennial
breath of decay.
The curse of the scarab-
engraved scarification
manifested, binding the
tomb- raiders in paralyzed
terror.
His empty, shadowed
sockets burned with a
malevolent, incandescent
hunger for vengeance.
Grizzled, mummified hands
reached out to drag the
trespassers into the stygian
darkness.
The heavy stone sarcophagus
lid slammed shut, sealing their
horrific, suffocating fate.
Now, fresh blood seeped
through the ancient linen,
feeding the eternal, undead
king.
The labyrinth reclaimed its
silence, guarding the pharaoh's
newly fortified, immortal slumber.

Premium Member Consecration, the Sun Bleeds over Seville

The beast Alhambra
roared a violent psalm
Vile conversos
horrid moriscos,
the heretic herds
A spear thrust into
our sun’s martyred ribs
Held in hateful grips
the yellow warblers
dripped in crimson sheen
Flying like Michael
the vengeful vassal
of Aragon’s decree
“O Torquemada
Hark the righteous call
King of Suprema
Execute them all!”
Cold unfeeling wretch,
the flesh guillotine
Teeth clicking sparks
lit endless pyres
Three made Seville
weep at the sight of Friars

The Way I See the World

The world is beautiful but vengeful,
The world consists of the living and nonliving,
The world consists of the good and the bad,
The world creates and destroys,
The world is beautiful,

The world is beautiful,
Because of the nature, the countries and the people,
But one wrong move,
One big mistake,
Like,
Massive deforestation, soil pollution and littering
Will make the world angry,
That it will turn on self destruction mode,
Creating tsunamis, tornadoes, and earthquakes,

It's not the world's fault,
As it gives back what it gets,
If we give the world love,
Flowers will bloom, raindrops will dance,
Arroyos will feel satiety , people will live in peace,

The world is full of kindness,
People with compassion and love,
The world is full of guidance,
Even in the darkest nights, The brightest moonlight will guide us,
The world is full of energy,
As we get most of the food from sunlight,

The world is full of beauty,
Breathtaking mountains , magnificent waterfalls and amazing jungles,
Albeit,
don't let the beauty fool you,
As the world is beautiful but vengeful.

Premium Member Vengeful Actions of Judgmental People

I tire of reading and listening to
Those using their quill and ink to bring pain
If they do not have their same point of view.
Does it relieve their pain? What do you gain?

Vengeful actions of judgmental people
And haters is demeaning and it does
Influence how we see and judge evil.
Back off! No more! You're an overnight buzz.

Vengeful Vengeance

A pall of gloom had descended,
Some even said,life had ended.
Nature, always immensely beautiful,
Seemed at once furious and vengeful.

Nothing worked, nor pills nor antibiotics.
Human lives, for once, mere statistics.

Relations, no matter how close, held at bay,
There seemed to be, just no other way.
Human warfare or a mutant gene,
Damage unprecedented and unseen.

No one knows what the future holds,
Everyone dreading, the common cold.

Social distancing, the need of the hour.
Masks and gloves, bought from afar.
Super powers, down on their knees
Nothing mattered, Economy nor World peace.

Isolation and quarantine, new terms to behold.
Thousands jobless, starved and cold.

Nature’s fury, human negligence,
Time to introspect, see some sense.
Stop the sins, at least unite to make some noise
If you cannot boldly, raise your voice.
You belong to Nature, don’t massacre her womb,
Payback is ruthless, She will make the world a tomb!

A Vengeful Sea

Tides of angry crashing waves swell tall
The shore abruptly braces itself
Ancient books and secrets have held
This thousand year old epic battle
Famous fortunes fortold of this war
Hundreds of fight to settle the score
creatures emerge from the murky deep
abandoning all reason or sympathy
The salty sweat of its razor tongue
Lashes out and melts the once brilliant sun
Cursed the landscape into dust
Cliffs and mountains all forsaken
No longer grace us with their wisdom
A thousand years crushed eviscerated
A scorched earth now blackened ashes

Vengeful Love

My closest friend and my dearest love,
They sent you away from me thereof.
I will visit them soon with my eyes filled with tears,
For they could probably keep you for a few years.

My closest friend and my dearest love,
They sent you away from me thereof.
I can’t seem to find you and we can’t even speak,
Because of them I realized I can’t last the week.

My closest friend and my dearest love,
They sent you away from me thereof.
My mind crumbling and my heart filled with hate,
They will regret it when they meet their fate.

My closest friend and my dearest man,
They sent you away from me because they can.
I will visit them soon with my new lack of love,
God be with them for they will feel the need to pray to above.

My closest friend and my dearest love,
They sent you away from me thereof.
It has been so long since I have seen you,
So I need to get my revenge, this is true.

My closest friend and my dearest love,
They will never send you away again thereof.
For they don’t return you to me,
They will be buried under by 6 feet.

Vengeful Revenant

Oh, there are some hurts that nobody reckons
when a rush of rage, pain and revenge beckons
about a wanton act of mayhem and spiteful action,
In the silent nights it beckons, oh how it beckons
belying my irenic ideals, beliefs and just conviction.

Hesitant and much fretful I stood at the threshold
of a cordoned off bloodstained room, dolefully cold,
at this time a most dismal of moments and piteous
to wrap my head around this grim spectacle I behold,
My beloved and I lay bleeding—murders most vicious.

To find the one who committed this dastardly act
I vowed to exact vengeance, unravel one sole fact—
Towards my wife’s unfaithfulness was my hostility
It’s I who staged this scene of murder-suicide pact,
my suspicion was not without merit of her infidelity.

Vengeful Warrior

Vengeful Warrior ready to kill
Ghostly persona eyes fixed still

Demonic nature full of blood lust
His sword of death an item of trust

Pleasure he feels from the innocent screams
The power he grasps his moment of dreams

No apparent fear or remorse
His weapon awaits its destined course

Cold steel penetrates its victim with ease
This killer spreads his deathly disease

He prepares to inhale the souls of the dead
This cold warriors ritual his way to be fed

Nobody is safe from his devils instinct
Not once will he appear to take pity and think

He is lost in his world of punishment and torture
The taste he has acquired for unjust slaughter

So beware the Vengeful Warrior he could be after you
In his eyes your cold blooded death is a lifetime overdue

Vengeful Relations

My best friend once
Told me that she
Had my back,
But then, I found out
What the problem was
It was that she really
Had my back
         -And-
Yes, my best friend
Did have my back
And it sticks', pricks'
And it hurt's
All over, and over
And over again!
