With burnt plastic you exhale
Soft hair and skin and small weight on dirty mattress
A paper weight pressing down
I split the wire and I stored the glass bottle in the cabinet beneath the sink.
Where I thought of kissing you.
In the room I put my fingers in your mouth,
Where she heard everything to the other wall,
Where we held each other.
With burnt plastic I exhale
And with a school-issued laptop.
From showering in clothes
From swimming in clothes
To a clinging
In the mouth and on the skin
I didn't bring a toothbrush
Will the floor welcome me
Where there is nowhere to put my weight?
"I can get through anything.
Through any night,"
I tell myself
And it is true.
When my heart felt like
A hopping cricket or
A feather falling or
A tire rolling or
A record skipping or
A ball being squeezed tightly by a fist,
It kept working and pumping blood.
When I feel it run in my neck
Or when I saw it open on my hip,
When I see it in the toilet too
It runs.
Unlike when I run
It is controlled.
Pump bump beating.
When my feet strike the ground I am not sure what they will do next.
Like I may fall upwards with a quick flip.
No, there are rules.
All
thoughts are
true and untrue~
empty and full~
I knew I will forever always love you,
When I saw how no other people will do.
No one else ever truly wanted to do
All of the things that you greatly do.
I knew I fallen into this deep love for you
Ever since you spoke words so true,
Because then I was saved from my rue.
Your love is my gift that was long overdue.
So I write all of these poems to show I too
Will always love and care only just for you.
I am afraid to ever again become so blue
If you are to ever think separation is due.
So please never think I am being untrue,
Because most of the time all I think of is you.
Every day, every night, I long for you too,
Just as you want our love to follow through.
You play with my emotions
Make fuchsia fun of my devotion
You only teal take never give
Your love is fake not true or real
At first you were attentive
Love bombing not defensive
You slowly grew like a black sin
A snake coming out it’s skin
You want me to stay close
So you can swallow me whole
Your lies are like liquid gold
Shiny and full of false hope
Life is to short to live somber sad
In tomb with green groom gone mad
For your heart is dark and untrue
We must part I’m leaving blue you
To either family The Land is God’s Gift:
A Divine Portion plus Trophy to lift,
All trespassers to quit making it swift,
Another day to never towards it drift …
A Land The Talk of legal documents gone through
And newspapers armed with Truths mixed with The Untrue;
An entry into the tussle of a busy-body spend-thrift
Making it a plot about which death should be sniffed
And from which one could Man’s folly rift.
But they’re two uncaring families
Impatient for The Bitterest Rift
And for same cancelling their homilies
And appearances for Talks briefed …
Two family disputants over prized land
Not wanting to hear that it is mere sand.
Lies are being often spoken
with a tone that betrays words;
some don't know how harmful they are,
keeping their silence and carry on
with their careless ways is only creating pain,
not caring for the one who's been broken...
having lost all and feeling bare!
Lying is being untrue to oneself,
it's a consequence of dishonesty,
it strips one of self-worth immediately,
it's being false-hearted
and should be considered taboo;
lying is being untrue to oneself
it violates the human value
of morality and sincerity.
Could I ever lie to you darling?
It's a deed that threatens trust,
not being sure to be forgiven,
but be despised and not given
another chance at love and fall apart
engaged by emotions while crying.
Lying is being untrue to oneself,
it's harmful and it can bring death to many
losing their joy over unfaithfulness;
does one realize what makes him transgress?
Lying is being untrue to oneself;
be honest, don't let anyone suffer uselessly.
.
Croaking toads,
Shooting stars,
Snowy roads.
Fairytales are so bleak
A magical world creeps
Illusions slyly speak
Of a world not so true
Just to visit in dreams
An utopian brew
The world homes sharks, no fairies alas
And anyday gives pain more than joy
No chocolate fountains, just plain brass
Glass palaces shatter more than often
And the world is mostly brazen rocks
Nothing is yielded if you soften
Yet a short good tale at night inspires
It presents hope and it is untrue
But enjoy that, before it expires.

Lame sorry excuse and the apology inaudible
HISTORY IS UNTRUE
Columbus discovering America? Yeah? Who says?
Only after a small army of Vikings from overseas
Traded and raided on the coasts for centuries;
And Brendan had navigated from Ireland to the Bronx;
Not to mention precolumbian wrecks of Chinese junks
Found in the sandy bottom of San Diego harbor;
And the Mongoloid footsloggers who tiptoed south to Ann Arbor
Across the floes of the Bering Strait a millennium before.
I am constantly searching
for that love different from old loves,
starting over and hoping it can last
without the urge to seek and find!
It has been quite a few years
spent in dire loneliness, giving up on dreams...
laying down and staring at moonlight:
dreaming of passionate nights that faded away,
never to be recaptured by memory!
Oh, fate so unfair and merciless:
don't hold me in captivity! Let me
escape to yesterday and relive each joyful
moment I lost to foolishness and greed...
is this why you punish me so harshly?
Before bright morning comes,
create that image of illusion
with wisps of fog rising from the warm grass;
there we lay and dreamt of a happy tomorrow!
If what's left of these lonely days
could render me one wish: to have that old love back...
rather than seek out new loves so brief and untrue;
wouldn't I be happier than the luckiest man?

My beat heart beats
Like a ticking time bomb
Ready to deplete
Ready to compete
With all the other
lonely hearts club bands
To try to withstand
All the pressurized unintelligent formal
Untrue truths that measure my informal being among this simplicit surface I stand upon
The pitter patter of my irregular heart
Sounds like taps when death finally does us part
The eyes that never shed tears
And a heart that never trembled;
The mind that never knew fears
And a man that never fumbled;
If there is any—or that ever was,—
I really doubt it is the least true!
The tongue that never told lies
And a saint that never repented;
The love that never failed twice
And a spirit that never fainted;
If there is any—or that ever was,—
I am very sure they are but few!
The life that never missed road
And a hope that never wandered;
The faith that never waxed cold
And a soul that never wondered;
If there is any—or that ever was,—
I still doubt if it could be so true!
I THOUGHT WE HAD SOMETHING THAT WAS SPECIAL I THOUGHT THAT YOU
AND I WERE UNBREAKABLE.
NOW THAT I SEE THAT YOU ARE NOTHING BUT A SNAKE.
I AM WALKING AWAY FROM THIS BECAUSE IT IS MORE THAN I CAN TAKE.
THE EVIL IS BAKED ON YOUR FACE LIKE ICING ON A CAKE.
THE ENVY OF JEALOUS LURKS FROM YOUR SOUL.
TRY TO GRASP MY SPIRIT AND TAKE ME HOSTAGE.
YOU SHOW YOUR TRUE COLORS TO ME.
THE UGLINESS OF YOUR HEART HAS BEEN REVEALED AND I CANNOT
ASSOCIATE MYSELF WITH YOU.
I HAVE STUCK BY YOU THROUGH THICK AND THIN I WAS TRUE TO YOU.
I HAVE BEEN THERE FOR YOU WHEN YOU HAD NOTHING BUT YOU FAILED TO
APPRECIATE IT.
YOU FAILED TO BE THE PERSON YOU CLAIMED TO BE.
NOW I MUST PART WAYS WITH YOU GOODBYE!
The crowd is untrue,
Thus the need to stand aloof,
...Honestly be friends
With an honest few, is right.
Aye, the key to the victory.
Cower not under
The impulse of consumerism,
Since you aren't a beast.
Thus, to set things as always,
Means giving the best in you.
