In my fevered state, I sought the godforsaken
sounds of the gossamer strings of the harp.
It was hours of grave thoughts before I would awaken
to the ghostly groaning of my mind’s steep scarp.

Grief-stricken, I lie staring through closed eyes
listening to the beat of my heart

Untitled, Undefined

I don’t know if he needs me, or if he wants me near,
But I can't help wishing I could calm his fear.
Whether he asks for comfort or not, I still care,
I want to be the one who’s always there.

I keep my face calm, though it’s hard to pretend,
But inside my heart, I can’t stop wishing

In a boundless night, I slip through the veils of undefined time

in a silk delirium of shadows dancing ceaselessly,

You measure by mass—  
diamond resolve turning quietly,  
its shape carved from silence,

Dahlin’ , I see you, taming truths tonight whilst standing as tall glass of fine fire, 
Your eyes are adorned in all the right kind of desire,

I am not talking about coffee
nor am talking about fruits
it's not chocolate either

I hear a faint tapping outside the glass,
A whisper of sorrow from my tainted past.
My unwanted lover beckons from the place of shame,
And follows me into slumber.

Neither over nor under,
  ahead or behind

My position unreferenced,
