     Temptations for sweets could never be drained.
      All attempts to avoid sweets went in vain.
       To adore sweets, my tongue is trained.
       Demons of greed for sweets coul not be slain.

   Sweets in any form
   So alluring to me

   Sweet candy or cookies
   Snickerdoodle or cake

I want something sweet
Pestered by my brain
It’s like a recurring tweet
I am trying to refrain

A gooey dessert of delight
To eat with a cup of coffee

1st family reunion

My big happy family 1st reunion.
Today, Saturday, is the 4th day of CNY.
It is a bit late to gather and to celebrate.
Can't help it though, since most members,
Worked during the weekdays.
Great grandma, grandmas, mothers and fathers, all 
Sisters and brothers, including the in-law.
Aunties and Uncles, nephew, nieces and cousins
And their girl and boy friends.

• Red and white balloons filled with sweets
• This experience is not an unusual one 
• On St. Val's I always get treats 
• I don't know from who
• I don't know from where 
• But they're done with good intentions
