Luminance for the Leaving

To open your heart
in this predatory world—
is to pour starlights 
into hands that may 
never intend to stay.

And if they do leave—
as some daemons do—
perhaps the glows you bestow
will illuminate their quiet violence
through every future
abandon.

 I AM EVEREST, Ever So-High
 One that I AM with the Earth and the Sky's
 Ever-Soaring, I AM a Colossal at my peak
 Never Resting, Always Rising, Reaching for the Heavenlies
 Ever-Upwards above the Mists Of Sight
 Breaching the Ethers of Space Time,
 Majestic as the Valleys deep within
 I AM a Conqueror of Mountains,
 at my peak I Shine In Solar Opulence
 Airborne, I Pierce North in Transcendence
 Like a Nectar of the supreme, I Rendezvous with Infinity
 Soaring High Grounds a King Destined to be,
 Standing Tall like a Celestial Bastion Of Imperial Glory
 I AM EVEREST, EVER-LEGENDARY
 Ever-Thriving, I Reach High and Break Veils with Might
 One with Mother Earth, One with Father Sky
 Breathless, I'm Resurrected at High Altitudes
 Towering in Thundering Magnitudes,
 Victor Of The Valleys, I Transcend Upright
 I AM GLORIOUS, I Dance with Starlights

When the World Melts Away

The serenity of sensual surrender
causes our hearts to tenderly bloom
like a thousand lilac-colored roses
   and purple orchids
whose fragrance lingers beyond our yesterday
   into tomorrows
from every emotional breath taken
where their savored scent nourishes our souls
into a sweet fervor of submission
which we cleave to with each kiss
turning our wishes into dreams
through the resplendent colors of the day
   into the night
where we offer our treasures as a gift
beneath the stars and halo moonlight
that lays on the face and hair of love
where we hear the sound of trembling heartbeats
ascending like two birds gliding on the winds of heaven
soaring beyond the glimmering starlights
   that blaze across the sky
lighting the way before us leading us into a universe
of passionate intoxication, where lovers get drunk
   on the eternal ecstasy of love

Devotion Poem Entangled

for Jim)DEVOTION POEM - ENTANGLED.    (for Jim)

For me he’s The One.
As I’ve been for him 
   his Only One.
From the beginning when
Our fates embraced.

I listen to his breathing, while concerned,
He watches how well I’m moving.
Around him, I am a  verdant vine.
He rises near — as a braid of wildflowers
   around me to twine.
   

Our holy Lord sees our love for each other as
The poetry of twin pendulums  —  joined signs in
The physics and mathematics of His space and time
As we move together — entangled.

Forever our love is synchronized.
The scales of our music harmonize.
We see starlights shine — during  the any
Moments of time when we embrace the highest
   of love within each other.

Vagabond Dreams

Evening's glow means supper is over
and it's time for my pipe and tobacco to find my porch
where I will sit alone 
and the only sound is the creaking of my chair
as I rock back and forth
to watch sunsets in the skies of absorbed light
giving rendered edges to starlights dim
rotating across the vast expanse like a slow carousel
as my soul rides along
hoping to be granted access to wandering dreams
unimagined nor dreamt by gatherers
whose needs are to reap man-made objects of no importance
and fighting to see who ends up with the largest pile
as others argue among themselves over large swaths of Earth
that they can never own
I would rather sit and smoke my pipe
and catch the wandering dreams
of silent rapture and wishful treasure
at the end of a long day

Oh, friends can soothe 
your tired soul!

they are at morn.

Under the twilight’s

Breathing a new life 
into the night skies
As I anxiously await 
their sweet gentle replies
Quietly enticing stardust’s

Teasingly Spoke

Listening to sweet melodies
sung on a gentle breeze
Dancing in the cosmos on 
this chilled winters eve
Gazing at the beauty, up in 
the night skies
Knowing starlights twinkle 
shown in your eyes

Breathless whispers echo of 
something so brand new
Telling of two hearts glistening 
in the morning dew 
Awakening deep emotions 
in this reality 
Visions left wide open to gaze 
at all possibilities 

While riding that breeze so 
soft and so sweet
It's on the rivers edge where 
the two shall meet
Intoxicating waves flow with 
audacious style
Caressing submissive curves 
with seductive guile

Speaking in abstract metaphors 
and synonyms 
Perfect verses whilst hearts race
from adrenaline 
Floating high gracefully searching 
release to provoke 
Words touch vibrating as 
they teasingly spoke

If I Weren'T Afraid

If I weren't afraid, I'd break out of my castle
out of my gilded throne, out of my head tiara.
I'd break out of marble floors and tiled walls
out of this cold linoleum of grand opulence. 
Breaking out of embroidered blue flowers.
Breaking out of crappy  fluttering voices. 
Into that open field  of cherry blossoms 
Into those flossy clouds of chattering birds.
Into misty mountains of icy north winds
Into  stormy seas where gallant waves rush.
Into cooled sands wet in delightful soft kiss.     
Into solace of graffiti, a rock in love's bliss. 


Baby bats within caves of hidden treasure 
No longer afraid to lose all unknown.  
No longer afraid of what might happen.
No longer afraid of what world will say. 
No longer afraid of starlights in sky.
No longer afraid of freedom, 
No longer afraid to live... 
No longer afraid to die.

My Starlit Nights

Each night I overshadow my loneliness
With amorousness of your looks on me
And then in a moment
Changes the scenario behind my closed eyes
I then know what it is
Hunger of night waiting to hug the moon
And thirst of ebon skylines for their share of crimson horizons
Unrestrained vehemence of desires poured on my heart
Billions in faintest instance of time
Sailing to unfathomable perpetual seas of innate passions
My soul yearns to wield the warmth
That it has never known before
Beleaguered with the words that stumbled
From your cold sighs
Still I am so much in veneration of starlights 
That you hide at end of smiles
A thought marvels me throughout time
In your reverence do stars fall from skies
With dripping symphonies
I have seen fireflies swirl in disquietude
When you walk through yellow woods
I am not just the one
Cupid on wings have aimed with arrows of fervidness
Incarcerating stories of your effervescence

My Place In the Sun

I only tell of sunny hours...
    That grace my countenance supine.
    For dark clouds mask my daily task,
    Until i welcome back sunshine.

    While passages of time elapse,
    As seasons etched upon my face,
    From springs first kiss, to winters snow
    My gnomons shadow marks their place.

    Each night i gaze so heavenly,
    Towards the starlights grand parade.
    Where jewelled diadems appear,
    As diamonds set in jet arrayed.

    When sunrise casts it's warm embrace
    Upon my face, i will display
    The time and seasons of the year,
    For people passing by my way.

Ah,It was heavenly rare night,
For spending with you in my dream,
In such a compassionate scheme,
You let my heart with such delight.

We in the night with the moonlight,
With the million starlights beam,

We reached utopia with our flight,
To heaven's bliss up to extreme,
But I thought'twas only a dream,
