My love is my passion
When the World Melts Away
The serenity of sensual surrender
causes our hearts to tenderly bloom
like a thousand lilac-colored roses
and purple orchids
whose fragrance lingers beyond our yesterday
into tomorrows
from every emotional breath taken
where their savored scent nourishes our souls
into a sweet fervor of submission
which we cleave to with each kiss
turning our wishes into dreams
through the resplendent colors of the day
into the night
where we offer our treasures as a gift
beneath the stars and halo moonlight
that lays on the face and hair of love
where we hear the sound of trembling heartbeats
ascending like two birds gliding on the winds of heaven
soaring beyond the glimmering starlights
that blaze across the sky
lighting the way before us leading us into a universe
of passionate intoxication, where lovers get drunk
on the eternal ecstasy of love
