Teasingly Spoke

Listening to sweet melodies
sung on a gentle breeze
Dancing in the cosmos on 
this chilled winters eve
Gazing at the beauty, up in 
the night skies
Knowing starlights twinkle 
shown in your eyes

Breathless whispers echo of 
something so brand new
Telling of two hearts glistening 
in the morning dew 
Awakening deep emotions 
in this reality 
Visions left wide open to gaze 
at all possibilities 

While riding that breeze so 
soft and so sweet
It's on the rivers edge where 
the two shall meet
Intoxicating waves flow with 
audacious style
Caressing submissive curves 
with seductive guile

Speaking in abstract metaphors 
and synonyms 
Perfect verses whilst hearts race
from adrenaline 
Floating high gracefully searching 
release to provoke 
Words touch vibrating as 
they teasingly spoke
