Complex PTSD

The shame of shaken soldiers
runs
deeper than any ka-bar cut;
il cuore's battle-cries drowned
out by trains carrying boxes
that will contain them —
one day,
if they're lucky

Gli occhi dell'amore
crashed into reinforced glass
when she met the war-child's gaze —
"Is he cruel or courageous?,"
she asked, retreating
across the battlefield
"Is he cowardly or compassionate?,"
her morbid mind drifting

Peace has weakened me —
power taken, slow death
pain trapped, slow death
praise tainted, slow death
pieced together, slow death —
Apocalypse waiting for
the bliss of war;
sociable metal in the hands of
humans playing heroes and villains,
gods and devils

Premium Member I Do

I don't care
Wrinkles have appeared
I see ripples atop water
Sure as your laughter.

I don't care
Time have sagged your sociable self
I know the firmness of your faith
Your closeted strength I know so well.

I don't care
The spark in your eyes seem rare
Have simmered to a glint
Yet warm as your heart within.

I don't care
Your once sturdy hands and feet
Have slowed like wheels of time
I find as kind as you.

I don't care
Who cares for you
Like an inner guide by your side,
I do, I do, I do.

Where Did It All Went Wrong?

I feel nothing but estrangement,
Trapped in a phase as a cavemen.
Wandering in search of reality,
Came back with a fraction of sanity.

A peculiar girl with enormous dreams,
Extravagant zeal to see others succeed.
A social butterfly, spreading her wings,
Only to end up tumbling again.

Tossed and pulled, battled and bruised,
She smiles and laugh to cover the news.
At night she cries, cutting her thighs,
Praying to God to end her life.

I know there's others scuffling to survive,
I ought to stay strong and strive for its rights.
My charismatic charm, my sociable ways,
Can't do no harm, just create brighter days.

Premium Member Song of The Multicolored Malay Lacewing Butterfly No 11: ABBA

Tropical Impressionist ascenders,
colorist defenders were everywhere,
Multicolored Malay Lacewings ... there,
added ambiance to the fanfare years,
the species are restricted to forest
reserves due to its flowering host plant,
Adenia's, in the regions, cate's length,
colors change, sociable, pupae process,
soon a new adult emerges and mates,
confirming progressions of the species.
Unique to Asian Isles in the Southeast,
black, white, yellow, red, bluish saturates.
Monet at a distance would have caught flight,
colorful butterflies, shadow's midst light.

REMEMBER YOUR ROOTS

Know your roots
Sometime when you hear
about the big population of Wayao
in Eastern and Southern Africa
with many kind chiefs
and one king.
You will say
They are so wise ,
With a strong leadership.
When you read the history of the yao people
And find out about the creation of their language.
How they could mix Ndendeule, Nindi
Matengo, and Kiswahili
to make Kiyao
"or Chiyao "
You can think of the wisdom of those ancestors?
Don't forget about  the coalition of Matengo,  Nindi
and Ndendeule people who made the current Yao people  who are in Tanzania , Mozambique,
Malawi , Zambia , South Africa and Zimbabwe.
Yao people are among african peaceful , sociable
and powerful nations who can tolerate
attacks of the weak nations
for a long period while preparing to silence
the attackers systematically.
When you provoke Yao people many times
You will regret one time
and learn a good lesson.

Don't forget some group of yao people
who left Mozambique to South Africa
In 1870 after the war against the  coalition of makua,
Lomwe and mwenyemaliya people on the Yao mountain
now they are among the Zulu nation.

Black Gold

Let me get this opportunity
to put smile on your dark faces my queens.
May be you have never found someone
who spoke good about your beauties
from you were born to now.
This is an appreciation from deep
down my heart,
You are so gorgeous ,
 beautiful personalities.
Believe me and smile daily
May be your mirrors
 always showing faces
of other people.
I am your  mirror,
everything is correct
Nothing is wrong with you.
God has made you that beautiful,
kind, and sociable.
Stand your ground everyday you walk
on the streets of the World.
You are among beautiful flowers
that will decorate
my throne in the  future.
How happy am I going to be surrounding
by brown, black , write, yellow, red, blue,
 pink, purple, maroon flowers.
Our great great grand father King Solomon understood what he was doing when he found
beauty from different colours.

Premium Member The Final Battle

The bottle was full
Just like their spirits
They shared as the talk grew louder
Spoke of times when drinking was sociable
That was a time ago
Now the drink was a necessity
The medicine of life
The bottle was beginning to empty now
Just like the existence they led
You could see it in their faces
As the battle for the last drink intensified
Every battle has a winner
This time he was the stronger
Gulping down the last drop as if his life depended on it
There would be many more battles like this
Ultimately, the main battle lay ahead
The final one
The freezing weather moved in slowly
Though he was totally unaware
Lying in a drunken stupor
Surrounded by empty bottles
Screaming as the battle raged inside him
Fighting for the final time
As his life slowly ebbed away
The snow covered him like a blanket
Peacefully taking him to a new place
The battle over
His thirty five year old existence finally at an end.

Center

A really wrong place for who must hide,
All the roads leading to center wide…

Where the sociable prays to be dumped,
As he would never be skipped nor jumped…

The opposite of periphery
Of many things their territory:
The consistent and the slippery
Absolute substance and frippery…

Center is the place to meet a king,
But around one they form a ring;
To do a king harm pretty hard:
The watched from all sides by Good Guard…

Far from the center you are fainter:
To be noticed, then, trust some painter;
That’s why a center one should enter,
What’s more! At the center men gentler…

Still, the place one needs shrewd mentors
Against frivolities and banters:
Fanciful reflections on centaurs
And chains-hating. full freedom chanters…

Where Nations’ Capitals are cited
To foes strain before they are sighted.

Bavira

Bavira are the indigenous of Vira Land , they live
All over South , West and Central of  Uvira in DRCongo...
Very peaceful , kind and sociable people... they
Intermarried with Bafuliru to stop their fight for Lands.
Really, their tribal conflict finished in 18th  century and
All of them started to live
in love and peace till today.

Overwhelming

Overwhelming joy when  she replied, " I love you too"
Very beautiful woman seen and memorized in
Early 2001, when I was qualified to be an Electrician
Really , She was so sociable, godfearing and
Wise woman who answered all my criteria but
Heaven called her , she  was   filling  my  heart,
Elected by my heart gone, I was down in the dumps for
Long period to decide to go on with my life  and
Meet other woman who could comfort me
In that forlorn period , oh! yes , I was over the moon as
New adorable face was captured to erase the old one
Glory was of God who gives and takes when He wants.

Ode To the World

O earth , the place where good and bad people walk on.
" Jump ! jumping  togather "

O World , The place where  black and white drinking black coffee and milk coffee
"Work!  working together in white overalls"

O' World , The place where witches and holy people live under the same roofs.
" Eat ! eating on the same tables."

Oh! World , The place where hypocrites and good people smile together.
" Hahaaah! "

O' World , The place where some people create diseases , mass destructive weapons, sophisticated poisons to terminate others
" So terrible "

What you don't know , the next person know it better.
The world is not bad
but the selfishness of some people turn it to look so bad.
" Yes! Yes"

As black and white is the favourite match coulors of many women and men,  in the same way black and white people could be always happy to live together  in peace and love on this  earth ...
" They need each others."

When some bad  people change,  this World will look so good  in the eyes of the honest , wise , kind, sociable and peaceful people.

King Chimbalanga

Chimbalangism was the doctrine of King Mndala
        Chimbalanga ndindi from 1830
He wanted to unite tribes through his names
In Maravi Kingdom when he won the war
        against Kalonga.
Most people loved him because he was so kind, wise,
        honest and sociable.
Being so good to Chewa and Ngoni people
encouraged many people to follow him.
All the Chiefs of other tribes were under him and
       he was attending their ceremonies.
Life was good in Yao Kingdom , as King Chimbalanga
changed so many things after  Kalonga.
A great King who told his relatives to marry some
sisters and nieces of the Chiefs to unite.
None of his family members opposed his Idea,
today His names are in many tribes.
Good people always leave the trace in the societies.
All the Chimbalangists will continue to rise in Africa.

Just Too Much

Sadly, she felt happy all of the time.
Not a pinch of depression or anxiety
or any doubt, nor questioning
ever entered her life.
She was just happy.

Of course this pissed off the rest of us.
After 10 minutes in her company
our sociable smiles would fall apart.
Anger would arise in us like a vengeful dragon.
She was impossible to put up with for long.
It wasn't natural, it was galling
intolerable.

Kind?
She was very kind, helpful and ever so attentive,
always considerate; it drove us crazy.
She was relentlessly optimistic,
'empathy' was her middle name.
Did she know nothing about this sad, bad world?
Did she ever contemplate all the hate?
Was she just bonkers?

The best we could do is avoid her.
Keep her at arm's length,
pray for her simple soul, commiserate,
try to understand.
