Tension starts to fade,
A soft breath escapes at last,
Calm begins to bloom.

Jesus scooped the child up into his arms
she put her arms around Him
they clung to each other
for they were whole only when together
her mother sighed with relief
dreaming that her daughter was finally safe
and had her hair back
The yellow scraps perform a thrill during fierce storms.
The breeze turbine is a lofty pattern within local farms.
Amazed, I can spot concussive impacts in the wet stones.
Bursting a ball of fire to tackle to impel amply atones.
A golden ovoid floats through unfathomable seas.
In symbiosis, green clusters wave in the gentle breeze.
Portentous obscurities better the mighty sweep.
During this time, igniting was lit on cremated sheep.
Misty areas are evolving naturally to be wildly small.
Efficient turbines humming, the trees shriek as well.
The dappled shade of padded blossom subtly changed.
A tentative mid-year sunset will have utterly emerged.
Twirled, observing the shadow in youngster-like awe.
A rare bird split a point worm and devoured him raw.

A sigh of relief,
I can feel the warmth of the whiskey as
It burns its way down my gullet
much like the path of volcanic lava searching out the sea,
Causing an inferno deep within my gut
My mind is racing from one thought to the next
Momentarily pausing on each event of the day
until the dull ache within my tired feet
takes the focus of my attention,
Grateful for the bar stool rail to rest them upon.
Family, housework, job, pets….
Spouse, kids, boss
The list continues on.
A Mother’s work is never done.
one small moment to myself
A sigh of relief
Our daughter is a Democrat
Our son, a Republican
He's labelled her a bleeding heart
She calls him a Trumpity-Dumpity-Man
My wife and I saw an opportunity
To finally move them out of the house
In our son's room we hung a poster of AOC
In our daughter's closet lurks a robot mouse
When they finally left, we breathed a sigh of relief
Until we looked each other right in the eye
~ And started expressing our own beliefs
A whoop and a holler
Of – not disbelief –
But of unbridled joy
With a sigh of relief
Is the way that so many
Can finally feel
For the end of this era
Will help us to heal.
We’re yearning for decency,
Craving some peace,
While hoping that hatred
Will lessen or cease.
A miracle’s needed
For us to unite
But today’s the beginning
To making things right.
Today it's been 7 months since my last epileptic seizure
What a fantastic anniversary, it couldn't have been sweeter
Can I just assume it's finally
Been conquered undeniably
I'm heaving a monumental sigh of relief justifiably
summer season ends
a sigh of relief is heard
a thankful shore town
“When I'm anxious, I breathe a sigh of relief...
The reason is simple, Powerful force surrounds me…
When all my fears appear, there is a reassurance
The reason is simple, He is there..."
M-ay you heave a sigh of relief,
E-nding the hour of being blue;
R-ight decision you have made.
R-eally glad and happy for
Y-ou.
T-ime to heave a sigh of relief,
A-s you have won over the strife;
N-o more tears in your face,
U-nfazed by the trials of life.
D-ay twenty-six of January,
R-apture replaces the grief;
A-llowing you to take a deep breath, heave a sigh of relief.
A rogue wave and hurricane winds
tossed our vessel and broke her back.
And night holds us in its embrace
as cerulean seas turn black.
We have no compass or rudder,
but luckily spot a lagoon.
And with the tide assisting us
we hope to drift there come full moon.
The breakers are merely ripples,
indicating there is no reef.
And as currents take us to shore
we all share a sigh of relief.
The small island appears brooding,
smelling like someone's cooking meat.
For cannibals inhabit it,
and greet us as something to eat.

my sigh of relief is
my flyswatter of release
i wrap my left hand tightly
around the handle and kill
all that blocks my forward
view
my sigh of relief is
my extravagant
exhalation period
i get up off of the
cold, damp ground
and begin my New
Journey floating
my sigh of relief is
my personal, needed
church service
i get on my knees and
give God Thanks and
Praise and feel better
like Kisses from Heaven
my sigh of relief is
my surefire way back
to Me
i prepare breakfast for
the Next Day's refueling
and then i say a little Prayer
of Recharge and Resurgence
for My Self....
Words spoken in silence,
[When language does not suffice]
Like a look or a tear, although concise
Can echo a lifetime in your ear,
Much louder than those you can hear.
The Lord had given me a sigh of relief
rescued me from pain and my suffering he did release
I am free from fear and As the Lords' peace starts to unfold
my hand he continues to hold
the Lord has has helped me to stand
and the Lord has kept me strong
keeping me in his Loving arms
where I truly belong
I carn't describe in words
the beauty of his great Love
and his Amazing Grace wich he sends us from above
he is Just always Loyal and true
the Lord rescued me
and the lord will rescue you.
no matter what your sistuation is today the Lord can turn it round for the good, he saved a
wretch like me and he wills ave and rescue you too,
Thank you Lord that you helped me and kept me strong,
Thank you for your gift of faith
you saved me not just spiritualy but physicallyand you never allowed a single hair on my
head to be harmed, Lord you are so Amazing and so divine,
and you will always be first in this heart of mine.
Thank you for evrything. our Lord is so faithful and Just
the Lord is the one in whome we can always trust. Amen.
Oh, so relieved
No longer burdened by your games
Toying with my heart and mind
I feel so free
