Pharaoh’s was the first pyramid scheme
A ruler who sure knew how to dream

Thousands of foreigners died: 'collateral damage'
The first project a CEO ~ ever mismanaged

Premium Member Clashing Color Scheme

I cannot be
both red and green.
I am not
a Christmas theme.
I love long maroon
soft, loose sweaters
and flattering
cherry-colored
boat neck tops
that compliment
my contours.
Shades of emerald
and moss green
make me happy
on me, and in
my classroom.
The colors thrive
away from each other,
like competing siblings
in Kindergarten.
They inspire me with thought.
Now, I am ready to write
poetry.

We might feel a bit too biased
About the communism doctrine
Though we won’t be too surprised
To find it’s the same old scheme
We were living through and through
Earning, spending, gaining weight
In a slowly moving queue
Checking in before it’s late
That’s what communism about
And its twin capitalism
Sadly they can’t live without
Their shared corruption scheme
Brother communism is cheaper
You don’t have to pay a lot
And in case you won’t look deeper
You can get most that you want
But you wouldn’t need too much
As the ones who think they’re free
We concur in such-and-such
With the reds to make our fee
Not too small, just by occasion
And for ages it’s the same
We could be a worthy nation
But the government’s too lame.

We dare believe in afterlife

We're merely quests on this planet
lest we forget ~
Our life is but a wink
in the wake of eternity

Why did they take my love away
I’ll never get a clear answer
Just put any reason in what I call “they”
If there is a reason, enhance it
But I talk to myself, am I?
There is no purpose, no need
Death just comes up, and you die
You’ve no more time to complete
Its over and done in one moment
And nothing is left to discuss
This world of pain is a torment
Let it scatter my handful of dust!
What’s so dictinctive this ritual tells
The same sorrowful words will be said
But I’m just myself, and nobody else
In the grand scheme of living with dead
One night I’m to follow my love in a dream
When she will call me, I’ll go
That’s an alternative, my little scheme
About the big world people know.

Betrayal

Once again they lie,
Once again, they spin their tale,
My instincts whispered long ago.
Underestimated, as always, it sails,
Through currents of pretense they choose to throw.

They undermine, as though it's blind,
Do they think It doesn't understand?
A child's mind, they seem to find,
Easy prey for the idle hand.

Yet here it stands, more wise than weak,
A heart grown cold but far from dull.
Their careless schemes, so bold, so bleak,
Have sparked a flame they thought to cull.

Once, it hoped we'd learn the same,
That trust could thrive where doubt was sown.
But disappointment breeds disdain,
For now, it's clear—it walks alone.

No longer will it play the part,
Of puppet in their hollow play.
It's soul demands a fresh restart,
It turns from them, then walks away.

Again they leave, abandon, flee,
And in their absence, it finds it's own.
Let them lie; I’ll let them be,
For silence suits me best alone.

Moments of a Lifetime reprise

Serendipity:
something more than imagined,
less than expected.
       -------
something more than expected,
less than imagined.

The unexpected
and the unexplained await
us at their pleasure.

The coin spins on edge.
Whichever way it might fall
dictates tomorrow.

What is Destiny?
Is it Fate or something our
Wishes willed to be?

Our thoughts direct us
along our life's chosen path,
but emotions guide us.

To be the clone of
unquestioned ancestral views
is a voided life.

Premium Member GODS SCHEME- Ariddleculous Haiku? IN TIME?

A cat meows a dog barks.
When where when there then a dog
meows? A cat barks? Sunset
Sunrise! The complexions! New skies
 complexions new surprise?
It BEGINS AGAIN?! This TIME Sunset!
Midnight flare? How then? It can?
A silent cry quiet night.
There the DEATH OF DIE!
The sun has begun again to spin.

Sunset line! THREE morning TIME!
A CAT meows a dog barks.
BRILLIANT SUN LIGHT! Where is the
shade? Sight? There IS NOT the NIGHT!
Here was there DAY, DAY and DAY!
No was any more DARK! No misery
To spark the GLOOM! a kitten purrs
Perfectly pacified this is definite
DEATHof DIE! Originally expressed
As LIE. All IS persistently in SILENT
OF QUIET. NOTHING JUST DEAD DARK!
Is this a riddleful DREAM?! This IS
REAL? No this IS JUST the GODS SCHEME!
THERE the ANKH! IN THE SKY!
YEAH! Death has DIED! All IS now
Alive! We live we live we live WE LIVE!
WE LIVE!

Pure anemoia,
a feeling inside;
The fans of secure
lure my stormy tide;

Inner deja vu,
clue cannot be seen;
You some way have been,
spin the vision’s clean;

I’ve seen it before,
story holds my heart;
Core will hit my drive,
dive in I jumpstart!

It smells just like home,
gnome out back on guard;
Roam and trust that fit,
sit in that sick yard.

Premium Member Treasure Kindness Scheme

Kindness is a treasure map, a guide to find
Those who struggle to stand, burdened by their minds
Those who suffer afflictions, tormented by idle hands
Whose hearts ache with loneliness and long for a friend.

Kindness leads us to those who need a helping hand.
To the elderly, the sick, and those who cannot stand
It opens doors to those who seek a punter life.
And helps to ease the pain of those in strife.

With kindness as our guide, we bear a difference.
In the lives of those who struggle with persistence
We can bestow hope to those who feel despair.
And show them that someone out there truly cares.

So let us follow the treasure map of kindness.
And avail those in need with love and selflessness.
In doing so, we too will find a treasure.
A sense of purpose and joy that cannot be measured.

Lately I have been feeling so happy and so rappy.
But whenever I get snappy, I go for a nappy.
Just never make me feel so unhappy nor either so crappy.

Spherical Scheme

So simple a ruse I silenced a scream
Just gullible enough to fall for your scheme
While you're bored and just blowing off steam

Now that this con has gathered more steam
My frustration has lent volume to my scream
How is it I haven't found an exit to this scheme

Not a pyramid but more of a spherical scheme
As it spins out of control so swiftly it gathers steam
And I just, I just. AHHHHHHHHHH. Scream.

I scream for this scheme to run out of steam

you’ve been around
the world and back
conquered skies
and sailed the seven seas

should you set your mind to it
I know nothing would stop you
from reaching out to me
wherever you or I may be

The Grand Scheme

in the grand scheme of things
Nothing is as it seems,
nothing will stand
the test of time,
the eons will grind,
all will be worn to dust
as nothing is forever

forgotten in rust
in the grand scheme of things
we are nothing but a nanosecond
sparks of life easy blown out like a candle

in a vast vacuum of night
the regions of forever
and no one n nothing ever lasts

nothing is as it is or deemed,
seeing nothing in the coming void
nothing will stand the test of eternity

eons will grind all to carbon at last
the thing that stars of made

watching it drift through
…these deathless hands!
