There's a quiet kind of ache,
deeper than any silence I've known.
It sits inside, a heavy stone,
a loneliness that lives and makes
its home where two souls are meant to be one.

Stuck on the road full of a heavy traffic
Inch by inch , no movements are automatic
Drivers do rant, shouting their personal tactic
Someone says “hey, go ahead.. damn pathetic”

That loud voices echoed in my ears
Recognize voices who caused my unstoppable tears
The pain of betrayal that brings back my fears
And carry

A voice calls out to her voyage
but her vision gets lost

For weeks, my hands searched your side of the bed,
Yet emptiness mocked the warmth I desired.
Our love now lives in a distant, closed past,
Where memories refuse to fade or dim.

That morning you spoke your final good-bye
Turned my whole world to a mourning ground.
I lost the knowing of what love feels like,
For your absence drove me

The wolf had been knocking at the door
Longer than I had realized

Am I on an island launching bottles out to sea
beached at the waterline will someone rescue me
I'm drowning not waving as the boats go by

marooned a lonely castaway will somebody lend a hand

I am a ruined house 
With a rusty fence,
So many phantoms reside resting recklessly,
A clock on the mantelpiece that won't work.  It's stuck staring at me,

The wallpaper is crumbling and fading away like my miserable memories. 
It doesn't seem real even though it is. 
Dreamy, dreary , dread , dead.

Am I too late to fix things?
Have I lost you?
Have you fallen out of love?
Is this what God has written for us?

Am I the only one to blame?
I have so many questions
but I truly thought I gave everything.

How will I move on
if I ever let you go?
I can’t live knowing
you longed for someone else,

Sharp

You begged so pretty.
You bled so easy.
You mistook my knife for a hand.
You held it.

Don't blame my heart for being sharp.
Why call it love?
I never promised that.
