It happens all the time
the wrong people die
like this time
I dont remember the minute
But The government Killed a baby
They shot her on the head
They Named a street her name
The street was called love
I know who should have been killed
The woman who stole billions
And built new rentals
Bought new Benzos
Made Governor
Became more famous
And the people in town
Couldn't afford medicine
And when their kids died
There were no names on a street
The corner video store
With the neon lights,
Was the place to be
On Friday nights ...
Only black VHS tapes
In clear, plastic cases,
Lined the 'HORROR' sections
Of my favorite places
From left to right ...
Up and down the walls,
There were bloody fangs
... And killer dolls
Aliens and dinosaurs
Monsters on the prowl,
Giant sharks terrorize
Wild, werewolves howl
Next to white masked men
Hungry zombies run amok,
If my favorite's already gone
... Then, I'm out of luck
Demons and busted ghosts
Wicked witches casting spells,
Vampires and psychos
Dark houses and hotels
Wire rack rentals of ...
Haunted cars and T.V.'s,
Eventually, I'd take my pick
And then, go pay the fees
With a sack of popcorn
For three days I'd slouch,
Against the biggest pillow
On the end of our couch
The whole house was dark
But, the T.V. screen shined,
Back in the days ...
Of "Be Kind. Rewind."
When I people-watch, I wonder
Who they are and where they live
Through the hints that they unconsciously,
Or with their knowledge, give.
Have they moved here after college
Or come searching for a job?
In their rentals or their sublets,
Who’s a neatnik? Who’s a slob?
Are they happy in the city?
Do they miss where they were raised?
Do the crowds and noises freak them out
Or are they quite unfazed?
Where they headed on this Sunday?
Is there someplace they must be?
Or perhaps they’re out to just relax
And people-watch, like me.
The organization makes a package

My cousin Madder told me
He and one of the actors
In involved with one movie
Said some sciences looked
Like thong commercials
While others were borderlines
Religious. He favored the ones
That were sports related.
It is said to be done to involve
Audience to the wedding
The flock of the religion
Respect to both families
Don't let your audience become
a crowd.
Inclusion and how much involment
Both parties will allow
Drama vixens and Comforting Dudes
And Soothy Rubrite are not invited and why.
Why it is important to involve certain people
And why exclusion of some should be considered
The package contains documents
For receipts and invoices.

Using respectful words
And phrases
The movie is so good
You can watch it like
A regular movie
A lovely walk, a promenade leads the way
Burnt orange succulents stand like bushes serene
Crushed tepid deep, whitewash stirs up behind the scenes
Delightful blends of blue sky in-between
Entwined the seaweed branching out for a reach
Finely tuned trumpet sounds of swoosh on the beach
Glassy prisms beam through dark shades
Horizon blended ocean, sky, behind palisades
Intruders running 'round, sand in face
Jelly fish glow and charm with grace
Krutsinger Island, the sign reads
Lover’s bed and breakfast needs
Men and woman frolicking in the water
Naked babies cry out with laughter
Oceanic mammals creep by
Palm trees, flowing, occupy
Quietly recedes then tosses its sea
Rentals, beachcombers welcome
Surfers ride their boards for fun
Tingling with a cooling breeze
Umbrella of waves, high tides come and go
Verdant colors make for radiant seascape
Whales bellowing blow show
Xanadu paradise plan your escape
Yachting, sailing, tagging and more
Zanzibar coastal getaway tours

A lonely yellow butterfly flits along a crisp fall breeze as other life forms seek out a warm refuge from the approaching night's freeze. Rigor mortise leaves lie shapeless in corpse patterns on my uncut late autumn lawn like soldiers lost in battle, all helpless to the coming elements of an Ohio winter. Naked trees reveal a last nest or two swaying in the breeze like abandoned tiny tenements quietly awaiting Mothers next season of rentals.
The cities buildings get taller and taller
City apartments get smaller and smaller
Steel legs and arms make monsters named scaffolds
Destroying the dated to build up new rentals
What once was five floors has now become ten
How long will this take or never will this end
Before I was woken by the singing of sparrows
Now vulgarity from a nasty young fellow
Giant green dumpsters line our streets
With rusty stoves and sinks that once leaked
My neighbors now scattered amongst the rats
Pushed out by investors who hold guns to our bats
Mother father sisters and bothers
Our city has-fallen in the hands of the others
Brace one another hold tight your hands
Always remember this city is our land
I remember still
That book store back then;
The bright corner seats
~~~~~~~~~
Rows and rows of books
So much picks to browse;
Volumes of goodies
~~~~~~~~~
That Wheelock Place site
Where book lovers breezed;
Easy days to date
~~~~~~~~~
Now something else trades
Much ado about buzz;
Once where Borders stood
~~~~~~~~~
High city rentals
Make book sellers weep;
Browse more for quick peeks
~~~~~~~~~
So many stores are gone
Time never turns back;
Keep momentum up
~~~~~~~~~
Memory fills slots
Lots of good times gone;
Never to return

These temples are only vessels, temporary rentals,
borrowed seconds, as precious as they are defenseless.
Gliding on these waters with no direction
leaving trails that eventually evaporate to the heavens.
Look down at the water, just appreciate the reflection
momentary possessions but we could never possess them.
Hold onto the memory but never forget the lesson.
We're all legends because we're all individual sketches;
they'll go tired to see our faces but we're all just merely projections,
lit up by this moon causing our grainy reflections.
If it's not the poison than time itself will ages us,
and it may not be fair but isn't it all just chaos?
beautiful light from the stardust, as it defines our universe?
Impending collisions that happen at random?
Creating the most beautiful sights to ever have happened?
One in infinity, regardless of its vicinity or proximity,
our humility is what travels through space and time vividly.
And nothing on these maps can explain the trajectory,
since alive or in memory, we continue to exist forever as energy...
Once a year, it's the season, I fear
That lures us three, to the loch
Were we rent a boat, in earnest we hope
To catch all the fish, that they stock
McGee, he was rowing, I told him, "Start Slowing"
For here, looks like a good spot
The anchor cast in, by our big strong friend, Finn
I'm just glad he remembered the knot
It didn't take long, we were hit by a throng
Seemed like, every dam fish in the lake
We all wore a grin, while we pulled them all in
'Cause we didn't have time to use bait
When the Day was done, so was our fun
As our boat was filled to the brim
I fumbled about, and pull up some stout
As the Sun was now getting dim
As we sat their all drinking, Finn started thinking
I wish we could find our way here
Or mark this grand hole, so we would all know
The place we should fish, come next year
That's when McGee, said "I know the key"
Then produced a piece of white chalk
"I'll mark on the bow, the place we are now
So next year we'll know we ought !
Finn then gave in, as he said with a grin
'It's your Genius, McGee that I fear
But how do you know, as rentals will go
We'll be getting the same boat next year"
Let's see
Up at three
Feed the baby
Back under the sheets
For a couple hours of sleep
Kids up for breakee
Gulping my tea desperately
Rush them to school gleefully
Walk the baby expediently
This being my time for me
Back home to clean insistently
Do three loads of laundry
Flee for groceries
Video Game Rentals late constantly
Go to work in my office impatiently
Where things have piled up overwhelmingly
Hubby claims I'm grumpy
Instead of crying I laugh hysterically
Baby bellows loudly
Time to change his nappy
Phone rings twenty times daily
Say I never call a bit angrily
Can't explain my life so harry
Don't want it to come out sounding scary
So I apologize gracefully
Kids home noisily
I'm panicky
My office work is not done completely
Oh well, its time to get them to hockey
Feed them first to keep them healthy
Bath time comes busily
Bedtime is love and kisses and favourite stories
Baby sleeping beautifully
My feet are up now restfully
Oops, I forgot to pee!
I assess my day on the toidy
Would I change my life at forty?
Are you kidding
Not this life inspired journey!
