Just to see your mouth frothing,
and your un-consicous-ness,
and the doctor declares
all your battling and history
has been for nothing.
I still remember
your first hospital stay,
I bought you chewies
that were your favs,
You said "thank-you for this"
With a cheery smile,
though it was the storm
of what was to come.
I asked God to forgive you,
so many fricking times!!!

In my room

No variation in this dark tomb
Spinning in orbit of loss and the need for needing
Grey spirits begging for my healing
Grey spirits crawling along the ceiling
Madness is my adaptation 

Lost in the essence of essential reverence
Lost spinning for a need of your presence 
Chased by the haunting past and present 
Here I come to loom

Fatigue
Insecurity
Brain fog
Restless legs
Odour sensitivity 
Mouth ulcers
Years of pain
Agoraphobia 
Low blood pressure 
Generalised anxiety disorder 
Infertility 
Allergies

Fibromyalgia

First pains
It’s all in your head 
Be active they said 
Remain positive instead
Overlooked by many
Medication, plenty
Your body aching 
Assistance dog training 
Life’s changing 
Goals become smaller 
Inside I am screaming 
Another disorder

Strength to turn and walk away

How We Can Learn To Love

When you see others hurting and your heart doesn’t cry,
Look inside and ask yourself the answer to your why?
The path we’re given here on Earth is so we can learn.
To begin the learning process, we must feel concern.

For each to evolve while on this Earth, each must transform.
Right choices made along the way seldom cause

X1: Memory: Child-hood

The voices i have,
screaming
in the middle
of my dreams,
The xmas trees
mean
nothing
to me,
The spirit
is not here
No joy,
plastic plates
and the deli meats
and salads
we ordered.
The food,
was premium,
succulent
was the chicken
and turkey
and the ham and
beetroot,
but empty
of his
bellow laughs
and my mother's
complaining.
Sad as never sober
on xmas day
I wish
the whole
family
was here
together.

the mouse takes the crumbs

  
breathes lost in fog
of our minds,
and the pain of
my liver,
is no release,
cooked
in the coals
of the fireplace.
I'm attracted
to the voices
when I sleep
when I wake up
screaming
out
the words...
I hate
myself.
I lost the coils
of the hose
as scrambled
and tied up
and the water
has no
release.
I don't know
how to live
anymore,
I've lost
and I'm dried
and I don't
even cry
and I violated
worse
than the selfishness
of myself.

Pain in revolutions

Yesterday, today, tomorrow.
1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12 O' clock,
24 hours,
365 days,
cocoon to butterfly,
7 days.
Over and over and over.
Again.
When you turn 5, you become a kid.
No more sippy cups or nap time. 
When you turn 13, you become a teen.
No more cartoons and dolls.
Adults say, "You're not a kid anymore, start acting like it".

  “His name shall be called…”
A great statement of His glory.
  Yet immediately we reason,
Let’s compare it to your story.

   Many problems loom large.
Deafening sound takes the stage.
  Often wronged in the attempts.
Your own advice, you are the sage.

Invisible Battles

I cannot be judged by looks alone,
Not by the glitter when I smile and shine.
Beneath the light, I carry pain unknown,
Yet still, I seek to brighten this world of mine.
Does the spark I give bring shadows near?
Perhaps in sadness, hope and strength appear

Let's talk about her, 
She's always so bright, or it's all about the sight
They way she loves, despite the other's bluffs
When someone says her name
She keeps them without any shame
One day I asked her, what does she want
Said, I have some wishes, can someone grant

I saw the world through blood

I was looking at the world through my eyes,
curious to see its parallel side.

I had grief because I was seeing it through blood,
but as I heard my praises and insults,
glanced over the beautiful mountains
and growing poverty,

that became my biggest pride —
to witness the world like this.

But when my hand started to grow cold
from the pain

        Destroy all we've built. Brick by brick.  
   
       Throw every last rock you possibly can. 

       Cowardly living amongst the crumblings of rubble ,
       

A Giants Chair

Resting in front of me, a giants chair.
It, I know well
It, is built with despair

12 feet tall made of steel.
High back covered with stains
of immorality, dishonesty and incredible pain

Old and rusted through the years
a formidable and thunderous tone it produces
still within me

Empty now, with weak knees and an
apprehensive look I envision those
who reigned before
