The elves were not mean enough to harm the orcs themselves
They recruited mercenaries and winged monkeys from the North
They marauders flew into the valley on Tuesday whooping and hollering
Should we have done this? The elves worried among themselves
The orcs were brutish and aggressive, but did they deserve this wrath?
By noon that day the mercenaries and winged monkeys were all dead.
The orcs had been trained well by the nasty hateful Lord Morgoth.
He sent them to reign terror down on the elves.
“Slaughter them without mercy,” he told them.
In a home inside a farm,
There's a man who lives alone,
Shunned by everyone
For trying to stand for his own color once.
Thunders and lightnings,
Even the gods and the wind
Conspire to extinguish his flame everyday.
Lashes from every direction are thrown towards him
From armies of trolls and orcs.
Even the wind's own ears bleed from venomous songs
Sang against him with empty lyrics out of desperation.
And the mere fact that he's just alone makes him
As brave as the bravest man ever lived.

and pumpkins with straw in their britches
vampires are creeping round
with zombies swarming bound
and Frankenstein's face full of stitches
They giggle and yell, "Trick or treat!"
then open their bags full of sweets
I throw some sweets in there
and I cause them a scare
and coo as they race down the street.

Sam Adams one night
Went to bed after drinking
a bit too much rum
He found himself in a dark forest
He looked up and found
He was not alone
There were creatures
Looking at him
With evil in their eyes
They began chasing Sam
Down the dark forest path
Aliens, banshees, centraurs,demons, devils,
Leprechauns, Lions, Monsters, orcs, robots, tigers
Werewolves, Witches, warlocks, wolves, and zombies
Joined in chasing Sam
Screaming
“Death to the human”.
He jumped over a fence
Found himself stuck
In Limbo
The howling mob
Just outside the door
Next, the board clerk announced
Sam Adams walked up
Took his number
Woke up naked
In bed with a strange woman
Who turned out to be quite dead.
Sam got up
Drank coffee
And left to go to work
Just another nightmare
After drinking too much
Demon rum.
Brisk the air, a fall breeze sways the tree on this new land.
Forest druids can be seen but be wary on approach.
Most of the land still stays unmanned.
Streams flow through the forest full of loach.
Elves guard the entrance of the misty woods, don't try to sneak in.
Head west and you will find the true horror wars can bring.
Orcs walk over corpses, goblins scavenging the battlefields pulling off skin.
The fairy folk tried to hold them off but lost their wings.
Cast down to the ground they were outmatched.
Retreat was inevitable, victory was already snatched.
A thousand years past, fairy folk extinct, it's the birth of man.
A new era was born, towns popped up, the land was untouched no more.
Guilds soon after, adventures were born, the land was changing to its core.
Before then let’s talk about the war.
This is the first entry to my high fantasy Chapbook I will be releasing later this year. All input is welcomed and helps.

With zero remorse
Jumped off the porch
To play all sorts of sports
Because time is short
And before you know it, you might just be a corpse
All things run their course
So continue forth
Instead of always trying to abort
Around each and every fork
Was looking out way beyond the wharf
By a port
Then headed North
While storms approached with force
Mined and eventually found a source of quartz
In areas where the land was scorched
The next day my voice was hoarse
After popping bottles and corks
While celebrating below several forts
There were meats roasting above a torch
And silverware, some of which included sporks
Simultaneously I spotted flying storks
And toads covered in warts
In an area that once could've been inhabited by orcs

Props to the original Baggins
And his bravery towards the dragons
While he could've stayed behind with the wagons
Just a hobbit and quite the comic
But he should've watched it
And use all logic
Before trying to put on the ring inside of his pocket
Because another was unfortunate and lost it
This made him scathing mad
As he continued aging and
Inside a cave in the hills, far away from any raging sands
Originally had a name
But overtime he had changed
And was no longer the same
They didn't know what else to call him
Except for Gollum
Because he had fallen
And became solemn
Meanwhile the orcs
Marched with force
After coming into contact with the source
Of all evil from the North
The bell continued to toll
As the trolls
Looked to take all souls
With a heart darker than coal
During the events
The mist was dense
And full of suspense
But the ents that were immense
Put in their sense
And helped their allies get across the fence
Here we go again
Around the bend
It didn't end
In the eyes of children, ladies and men
Who could be considered a trusted friend?

When my parents
returned from England
They brought me
a leather bound copy of the Hobbit
Now it sits proudly
on my bookshelf
What a fantastic story!
Full of hobbits, dwarves, goblins
wizards, orcs . giant spiders,
elves and Beornings
Imagination is ones'
key to a joyous life
The book has inspired a
multitude of poets, writers,
and yes - dreamers
As for myself I feel it
is an example of wonder
which is something we
are all in need of
in these dark and troubled times
So, friends - re - read the Hobbit
rejoin Bilbo and company
and take joy
from the existence
of Middle Earth
Many a God dwells in the great world tree of the Asgards
But the strongest one of them all is the one who holds
The power of storms wrathful in the palm of his hands
You can hear his voice in the thunder as the sky grows
Darker and darker, he swings his hammer to the land and
Lightning comes down with such a force it shakes the
Very core of Valhalla...drowning out the screams of
The orcs that go trying to cross the echoing bridge...
Well he comes swinging his hammer and strikes them
Down, they drop to the forest floor frozen in the snow
Covered ground...you cannot yield his power, you can
Not have a hand on his gleaming hammer...he says in
A voice of thunder "I am the keeper of the gate, the
Keeper of law and order, keeper of Valhalla in good
Fate...I will protect the innocent but woe to the Orcs
Who challenge my power...I will swing my hammer
To the ground and strike you down” he says in a voice
Of thunder “I am Thor of Asgard, I am Thor, Thor”
As it is written in the stars!
I once had a ring, or should I say, it once had me...
it made me vanish, isn't it good, my precious ring?
it asked me to wear it and make way to its masters cave,
So it drove me mad and its my precious for me to crave,
I lived in a cave, biding my time, eating like swine,
We dwelled until time and then bagginses came, took what was mine.
They took me to Mordor and burned me, So I started to talk.
I told them I didn't and spoke off to Orcs, shire is the path
And when I awoke, I was alone, Frodo had flown
So he left from shire, isn't it good, my precious will be mine.
In my fantasy world in the night,
I walk among you before first light.
Garbed in gray, long beard of white,
staff in hand I am ready to fight.
Wizard Moonstone is my name,
with magic and wisdom I am the flame.
Flame of Truth, Flame of the enternal light,
Orcs and trolls bow before my sight.
Spells I will cast to heal or destory,
I have many that I can employ.
Foul and evil things in the deep,
with a wave of my hand I can make them weep.
Those who are in need search the moon's light,
I will free you from your plight.
Contest:In your fantasy world .. who are you.
Frolicking through the woods pale light, elves do sing and fairies delight.
Searching for a hidden place, where pixies sing and children race.
Do beware the wicked trolls, who guard the bridge and steal your gold.
Cross the bridge and you shall find, the hidden gates once lost in time.
Read the runes in elven tongue, and the gates will open to a world still young.
Once inside you shall see, a mystical place that still remains free.
Enchanted queens with beautiful faces, who dance with grace in firm embraces.
Leprechauns count their pots of gold as wizards spin their tales of old.
Do not venture beyond this place, or goblins and orcs shall scar your face.
Winged dragons above they soar, breathing fire and loud they roar.
Venture not into the night, for banshees scream and cause you fright.
Witches mix their evil brews, and werewolves hunt in bloody broods.
So stay within the gated realm, where pleasures are many and beauty abounds.

Why is it I feel like this?
Is there something I have missed?
For on this day I feel so sad
When years ago I'd have been glad
Why must I grow up this way?
Can't I fight for one more day?
I don't want to grow up here
Where this life is full of fear
Can't I stay like new spring rain?
So full of life, so free, so plain
I miss the days of childhood things
We'd dress in robes and play like kings
We played with swords in our backyard
And dreamed of places past and far
I long to fight the Uruk-Hai
Just once more before I die
And track down all the orcs and wraiths
To hold them fast before the gates
If I don't go back to that land
My life of chains starts with a brand
So let me visit Narnia please
To run with centaurs through the trees
To chase the white stag through the woods
To fight the fight and free the good
Let me go to Neverland
And fly on high with Peter Pan
And live free 'till death calls my name
To live where Aslan shakes his mane
