Quartz
1/7/16
With zero remorse
Jumped off the porch
To play all sorts of sports
Because time is short
And before you know it, you might just be a corpse
All things run their course
So continue forth
Instead of always trying to abort
Around each and every fork
Was looking out way beyond the wharf
By a port
Then headed North
While storms approached with force
Mined and eventually found a source of quartz
In areas where the land was scorched
The next day my voice was hoarse
After popping bottles and corks
While celebrating below several forts
There were meats roasting above a torch
And silverware, some of which included sporks
Simultaneously I spotted flying storks
And toads covered in warts
In an area that once could've been inhabited by orcs
