Narcissist Poems

The Narcissist

He climbs out of his car and admires his reflection.
Intoxicated by his self-perceived perfection.
He tells himself he's number one.
Says he's entitled to his fun.

Will never want to pay his way.
When he's asked, he walks away.
Rejects responsibility.
Just tells himself he must be free.

Will lie to cover up his tracks.
Distort the truth - denies the facts.
Says self-preservation

In my youth girls would sigh, your teeth are so bright
Now, like the stars, they come out at night
Once cavalier narcissistic
I have grown much more realistic
As a witty old genius, I'm an eternal delight

Premium MemberToo Old To Be A Narci!

When beauty’s gone bye bye and slack flesh becks
Jowls, crow’s feet, graveled voice and turkey necks
Too old to be a narcissist
what’s left is a pacifist
*Tender genteel haters do not make

I didn’t do that.
I didn’t mean to hurt you, you're too sensitive.
I apologized, you seem to have forgotten.

Apologize? Never.
Running your mouth, carefree.
Thinking you are perfect with no faults.
There’s more to life than just you.
Stop manipulating my emotions.

Why wound others with your words and actions? Does it make you feel special?
Why belittle others? Do you rest

Meet the Man

A covert narcissist dressed in a hand-me-down victim cloak,
Master of the tear-tantrum tactic —
He sniffles, sobs, and simpers until your defenses drop,
Then slides a betrayal in your back so smooth you almost thank him.

A codependent parasite latched to his mother’s emotional tit like a tick,
Bound by an enmeshed dynamic so tight you'd think she birthed

A Pound of Flesh

What is it that you need from me? -
I pray that you do tell.
For everything I've offered -
  hasn't gone over too well.
Patience as you grow? -
As you learn from your mistakes?
No, that cannot be it -
  because you've never really changed.
Could it be understanding? -
  For me

How Do I Know That I'm Not A Narcissist

I watched the stars and felt no need to shine,
Their quiet fire was comfort, not a goal.
The sea withdrew—I did not call it mine,
Its salt and sorrow asked no claim on my soul.

I passed a mirror, let it speak and go,
No hunger stirred to clutch my shape in praise.
The roses bloomed—I knelt, but did not

In the Shadow's of a Narcissist

In gilded chains, he wandered blind,
Love's cruel mirror, the heart entwined.
Seven years, a dance of pain,
Her laughter echoed, a siren’s bane.

Red flags waved a storm in disguise,
Yet in the tempest, he sought her skies.
A heart so wide, he sheltered her lies,
While she wandered, seeking fleeting highs.

Death's grip held him, feeble and frail,
Yet she slipped from

THE NARCISSIST GAME

Showered in Love Bombs, a fleeting grace,
- The vulnerable, a pawn in this cruel race.:
Charm and Sincerity, a carefully crafted guise,
Gain is the motive, hidden in disguise.

"Good Morning, beautiful," a sweet, deceptive art,
"Good Night, babe," a role he plays by heart.
No shame in his game, a predator's delight,
Trust and belief, consumed by the fading light.

"No

Come
Ye all
I must feed
My gall with bile
As a narcissist
Enthroned as populist
To efface you in your face
Constantly relentlessly there
Everywhere and wherever you look
With pills to relieve your suffering ills
With no jobs or money to pay the bills
With calls that you will be better soon
Despite inflation price rises
Despite the job cut losses
Despite hurting our friends
Which you label

Premium Member The Tangled Spider Web That Grows Whilst Panning For Gold

In one short conversation:

First lie- you paid for the grandparent's funeral. No, it was already paid by them in advance with their money thru someone else.

Second lie-you know she didn't like our father; no, I despised your father. The father abused me, because he knew about the real father.

Third lie-It was all about the poisoned

Mirror, mirror on the wall ~
don't let me fall for a narcissist's words
for fear I'll find myself tangled in the web
of silk threads cunningly spun to lure me in.

You might take those words to heart...
A narcissist is needy and compared to the sun,
for they think everything revolves around them.
George Eliot wrote,

Attacks By A Narcissist And Constant Gaslighting

they come with mirrors,
not to see themselves,
but to make you disappear.

you say the sky is blue,
they say it never was.
you say you're tired,
they say that you have slept.
you say they hurt you,
they say you begged for it.

they bend reality like Einstein,
grinning as you doubt your own memories,
your own breath,
your own name.

by the time you crawl

Painted black and blue

You stripped me from my innocence.

painted me black and blue you'd tell me that you loved me but honestly it wasn't true.

You told me I was beautiful and that no one else compared.

Expect for the entire naiborhood who would have stopped and stared.

you told me not to tell anyone and even if I dared
