Misguide Poems | Examples

The call

We feel a call sometimes
To be sublime or kind
To think we can find
the right path aligned
With our close knit group, devine
We pass the time pointing at opposite side
Throwing a fit, claiming they're not legit
I submit to a higher power that I've claimed as my own
prone to fits of self righteous rage on a stage of my life
In time i might improve
In time i might remove these moments that blind and misguide me
The only way i see clearly now is to answer the call i feel.

Time Speaks Before Us

Different times
Different beings
We'll never know
What really happened way before us
Archeologists and religion misguide our society
We don't listen to Indigenous people's beliefs
And their version of creation.

Premium Member It Is No Secret

It is no secret!
That this country is still racist,
White, Black, Yellow, Brown and Red.
When all we see is colored faces!
For most our ignorance’s,
conjure illusions were not racist.
While some masquerade
 in an attempt to misguide!
Some parade to protest
with riot in disguise!
Every day! Every day! Every day!
We display racism toward others,
we deem difference than,
by how we think,
transferring thoughts into behavior.
Racism is everywhere!
It is at work,
it is at school,
it is on TV,
and all over the news.
It is podcast on the radio
and on social media too!
It is all around us,
it surrounds us!
We project around with no realization,
that were all racist,
simply by our own fears,
emotions, and actions.
As stereotypical individuals,
whose attitude reflects it,
 were just too judgmental
of others to recognize it.
Our own mystery
is no secret,
 that we are racist too!

WORDS

WORDS..
  Words are the most
  Powerful weapons..
  Words hurt you..
  Words heal you..
  Words are like
  Rain drops in hot..
  When these are good
  Words are like
  Sharp sword..
  When these are bad
  Words make you
  Words break you
  Words guide you..
  Words misguide you.
  Words are real.
  Words are fake..

Lord, it isn’t words I say
but actions that I do.
That might cause another
to train thoughts toward you.

Help me to always be sincere
without intent to misguide.
Let my witness you’ve given
be the place I’ll abide.

For your word has told me
to let my light shine.
I can plant seed and water
but the harvest remains thine.

As you have blessed me materially
I’ll bless another in need.
Lord Use my life to help one
to your word to concede.

Paying it forward is such a blessing for me.
I love it !!!

Premium Member He Has Risen

Like the ambiance of the setting of the sun be has risen.

A time to tear down. A time to rebuild. A time to be jubilant, to knock, seek, ask it shall be given unto one
For he has risen.
Make one’s aspirations known for he has risen. A time to
commemorate for one’s lord and savior did not want to misguide his sheep astray before ascending to meet his
Father who sits on his throne giving attention down below his earth for he has risen.
The highest Most High reigns over the entire earth for he has risen.

Premium Member Lioness

A lioness hear me roar, in the midst of weakness and uncertainty she holds her head up high. In her strength she roars so ferociously; She doesn’t roam the terrain to conquer nor to misguide any dominions. She has been thru many years of disappointments and tears of loss, inside she cries out with a roar thats louder than thunder a lioness.

Premium Member My Foolish Heart

be still, my foolish heart
let not the moon possess your soul
let not the summer breeze enchant you
like the sirens who scheme to rob your senses
haste not to part with what is yours

be still, my foolish heart
stay strong and do not buckle
stay strong, stand firm and do not crumble
in the face of the most alluring temptation
think twice before you give away what’s yours

be still, my foolish heart
let not the stars misguide your mind
let not the serenades seduce you
like the enchantress who intends to rob you blind
hold on tight to what is yours

be still, my foolish heart
you know you lost the fight
you know your soul was forfeited the moment
you burned to kiss those lips seen in your dreams
now you long to give away what was once yours

Abandoned

Treasonous heart, burn in flames!
Take back your frame,
which is now my torment;
this portrait that decorated our room,
now burns my eyes, bathed in tears.

Take back this fatal treasure,
which I adored every day and
gave me warmth.
Take everything back.
Your ghost troubles my timid courage,
even in the clouds, I see the gaze of a deceiver,
perfidious.
You taught me how to love and now,
how to hate! You broke everything
without fear, without efforts.
Was it the work of a novice cruelty,
or a simple unhappy heart?

And take back all these love notes
littering my house. If you dare to read them
at least have the courage to admit 'it's not me'.
"You're the keeper of my heart,
You are the sweetness of my life;
For you I would go to war.
Like the first rays of the sun
your sweetness wakes me from my sleep.
The exquisite vision of your face
Take me on a tender journey.
I love you, passionately.
How to live without breathing you!
I want, with you, to dance in your arms forever."

You still want to burn and misguide, borrow
other people's eloquence. Oh how far you've
travelled away from me in such short notice!
Take back time too, I hate witnesses.

Premium Member Hue and Cry

I will be primed to snarling lunge to the layers inside.
Creating sympathy with family could misguide.
Otherwise called giving, noticing, releasing, and crying.
This is the requisite vigor-reviving leverage.
Since we have recently begun to stray into the red.

Public Figure

Do you know fame and blame game?
These two things are not the same
Adolf Hitler was a Public Figure
He is famous across the world but he destroyed many
If you do not believe go and ask historical granny
There are ghosts whose identity is sleepy hollow
We should choose wisely to whom we follow
There are ammo users who know the art of tact
They can misguide and they can crush our intellect
Can't you see there are subfolders within folders
Aren't we in the position to lift the responsibility on our shoulders?
We are sentient beings who can carry the burden of care
Sometimes a Public Figure turns out to be our worst nightmare.

Love,
It can be your best friend
Sneak up on you and surprise you
Please you
Misguide you
Confide and deny you
Live and lie to you

Wherever you go
Tease you and please you
Make a slave of you
Turn you inside out
Never make you doubt

Love can destroy you
in the best of ways
Bring you to the highest peaks
Or sink you low
Beneath its blue green waves

Tragic and romantic
The love you sew
Will be the love you reap
Love can curl your toes
Or break them and make you weep

Love is best
When nurtured and grown
It can’t be forced or faked
The best kind of love is freely given
No strings attached
When you send love into the world
And that love comes back.

The Demon's Torch

You’re desperately lost,
writing your way into the madness

Each word a false beacon,
your hopes to decry

You’re desperately lost,
searching the caves of your memory

Delusion the caretaker,
your verses to lie

You’re desperately lost,
as every voice now deserts you

Time running backwards,
the heat turned up high

You’re desperately lost,
as the Sirens misguide you

The torch of the demon
—burning darkly inside
