they sit him down like a tired old man
in that throne of leather and iron—
old sparky, they called it,
like it was some friendly dog.
they strap the wrists, ankles, chest,
tight enough to stop god himself—
one last insult to liberty.
the sponge is wet, because dry
means fire, and lawsuits.
the mask goes on—black as every sin,
but it’s the switch they love.
fingers twitch, a nod from a judge
who’s eaten too much for lunch.
then—crack.
a snap of light no eye can see.
his body lifts like a puppet on strings
jerks, clenches, convulses,
the legs slam the frame,
his tongue thick in his mouth.
smoke rises from scalp and thigh—
a scent like roast beef
and shame.
they wait.
they juice him again.
and again,
until he stops pretending to be alive,
smoke wafts from every orfice in her body.
bloody bites bleed me
red lawsuits courtrooms sue me
paper lion king
They said I’d win, no problem, no sweat,
But let me tell ya, folks, we’re not there yet.
The polls are fake, the news is too,
They twist my words—what else is new?
The debates? A circus, with clowns all around,
They rigged the mic, turned up the sound.
I crushed ‘em all, as only I do,
But somehow they spin it, make me look blue.
The rallies are huge, the crowds never end,
But the media? They won’t even pretend
To show what’s real—just lies they repeat.
I’m telling ya, folks, I don’t face defeat.
The lawsuits? A witch hunt, plain as day,
But I’m still here, never going away.
I’ve got the stamina, I don’t need sleep,
While my opponents, well, they’re just sheep.
Twitter’s my weapon, my words are gold,
Best tweets ever, or so I’m told.
They ban me here, block me there,
But guess what? I’m still everywhere.
So yeah, this election’s been tough, it’s true,
But I’m not one to give up the view.
The White House? It’s mine, just wait and see,
You’ll be saying “Trump” till eternity.
No department of Education
No anti-corruption
No health care
No unemployment benefits
No social security benefits
When you’re old enough to retire
No help for people in needs, no welfare
No grants or loans for college students
No housing vouchers for elderly parents
No rules and regulations for the Stock Markets
No lawsuits against criminal cops
Due to immunity, they can kill anybody in the streets
And there’s more, more will fall in the craps
Many people will die sooner, before their time
Believe me that will be a sad crime
If you want an unfriendly and dishonest America
Vote for the fascist and friends of the SAGA
Otherwise, vote for the intelligent Woman
Who will never insult and disrespect Asians
Native Americans, Black Americans
Caucasians, Haitians, Jamaicans
Puerto Ricans, Europeans
Human beings, Africans
Latinos and poor White Americans.

Bears and dogs and brain worms, oh my.
Made me want to vote for this guy!
DeSantis was always my go-to, first choice
Social conservatives’ only real voice.
But then Iowa had their damned little caucus
Infected us all with enterococcus.
Suddenly, RFK looked pretty good -
detailed his issues; knew where he stood.
On numerous planks, we didn’t agree,
But did so on several that mattered to me.
Nobody else even mentioned the debt,
much less declared it an imminent threat.
The border, free speech, and corporate capture;
If he’d been pro-life, I’d be fully enraptured.
Still, I was in, I was open, overt,
made a donation, and got me a shirt.
But then all the lawsuits, they got me distressed;
when he threw in with Trump, I was sorely depressed.
MAHA sounds nice, but would it really matter?
Love for a bit, but then all the chatter…
“Trump needs a mandate”, forget We The People
started to sound like the usual sheeple.
Something just died, and I lost all interest;
Now I watch YouTube, and I heard about Pinterest.
Deleted my twitter, turned off the news;
got me a case of political blues.
#10: No Room At The Inn
They blossomed they did like rows of roses.
Places for lodgers, those traveling sourced,
their reasons countered their changing poses,
frequent stays and returns have been endorsed.
There will be places that might be lacking
for whatever reasons that there may be,
the people won't stay there, less foot tracking,
as sites may have Roach Motels that you'll see.
There will be double-booking caused concerns,
leaving people stranded, no way, no stay,
whereby many shorten trips--forced returns.
Trends rallied lawsuits; be that as it may,
X-X Bethlehem, then Jerusalem, He'll lay.
Two brothers, once so close and dear
Now torn apart by greed and fear
One claims he deserves the lion's share
The other says it's not his fault or fair
They fight and argue, day and night
They curse and slander, with no respite
They forget the love their father had
They only see the wealth he left them in his will
They hire lawyers, file lawsuits
They drag each other to the courts
They waste their time, their money, their peace
They lose their friends, their family, their grace
They do not see the folly of their ways
They do not heed their father's last words
They do not care about each other's pain
They only care about their own gain
They end up lonely, bitter, and sad
They end up losing all they ever had
They end up realizing, too late
They end up regretting, their fate
Litigators deal with
lawsuits of many types
legal complexities
labyrinths of charges
leading to the courtroom.
Losing cases hurts, but
laurels are due winners.
When I was a kid, snow-ballin’ was a sport
We had a snow-ballin’ field at school
If you didn’t want to be hit, you stayed away,
That was the principal’s golden rule!
He knew kids liked to throw snowballs
And, frequently someone would get hurt,
So, he established strict boundaries --
Violate the rules; the response was curt.
If one ventured onto the designated field
And got snow-balled, even badly hurt,
No excuses were admissible, rules were clear
No matter how many tears you’d spurt.
Now, such a field would be a liability
Schools would face a plethora of lawsuits
So, a venue for fun was carefully removed
Kids were forced into less litigious pursuits.

Coming to the city? Bring your gun
So you can shoot at anyone!
Target practice is such fun;
No laws will you be bending.
All those rules you used to shun
Have been rescinded; they are done!
Lawsuits have been filed and won
To honor those amending.
Bearing arms makes bad guys run;
You’ll protect your wife and son.
Don’t believe what some have spun;
You’ll mostly be defending.
In New York, now everyone
Beneath the moon or in the sun
Can carry through the streets a gun
Since sanity is ending.

It's been a tough month for me
The business spiralling
And workers on my toes
It feels like there's nothing I'm doing right
Cause now it's a boss and his workers
While what we had was a family
We were so close that we'd iron things out
Now it's not peaceful talks, it's protests and lawsuits
And I've not been one for the media
Especially now since I'm in it for wrong reasons
I'm but a Gypsie man trying to be smart
Cause we can't all be sly behind card tricks
I've been on rough patches before
Where I'd hurt but I had someone with me
Now I have no one by my corner
Cause everyone sees me as the enemy
They forget its hard to be at the top
It's even more hard to make decisions
Cause some decisions are things I just have to do
For it's in the best interest of the company
For they still got to be paid
And they need extra wages
So forgive me if I'm strict on the work
Cause I pay for effort ??
I can't just let everyone have what they ask for
The PO£T
On 11 March 2020, The World Health Organisation declared COVID-19 as an Pandemic.
USA President Donald J. Trump declared that the world doesn't know crap, that COVID-19 is an hoax, and withdrew the USA from WHO (the USA's tumbling WHO health rankings were also an embarassment to Trump).
Trump personally intervened to spread the virus coast-to-coast, resulting in 230,000 deaths, so America's morons united under the GOP to re-elect
Trump as President because, "America needs a President who can kick butt!"
Lawsuits declare Trump was more concerned with fondling, than kicking butts, but Trump's contribution to COVID-19 mutations may not go unrecognised!
The world clearly knows more than the GOP, so wear a mask, keep your distance, and avoid Republicans to maintain good health!
The birds refuse to wear bird
masks.
The nerve!
They refuse to practice social
distancing.
Such verve!
Their claws in the pond, they do not wash
every second each day.
They do not serve!
Such wondrous creatures, they.
Gloriously free in this month
of May!
Lawsuits they do not write,
Far too engaged in their freedom
and flight.
Whilst man wears masks, hides and
cannot sleep at night.
Following mad scientists to
make things right!
So, perhaps a lesson can
be learned?
If you did not get it, you
simply have not heard!

They come in mad and mean, yelling and screaming
Scaring the office workers, and terrifying their children
Who grow up thinking coming in mad, yelling and screaming
is normal.
Sorry. It is not.
We work in a school. We know who they are.
They are the ones who write us the hate letters.
They are the ones who call us at home shrieking
They threaten us with lawsuits.
Big bullies raise little bullies
Yes, you have heard it and I mean it.
I once asked a mother and father to stop letting
The teenage cousins beat their eight-year-old up.
That’s good for him, the dad told me. It toughens him up.
Sure it was, good until he was dead.
Bullying is a way for those who are enraged,
And angry due to complete and utter sadness to get their kicks.
It is a way for the ones who have been kicked to do the kicking.
Rape, and murder is justified by these little bullies when they grow up
To become big bullies. It is sad that some of them grow up to be president.
I never expected that.
