Known Poems

Known Yet unknown

Passion shaped by society
Duty weighed upon the soul
Conscience carved by philosophy
Emotion nurtured by humanity

Wonder blooms in dilemmas of thought,
Yet I live for someone unknown.
A silent bond, unseen, unfelt-
A feeling caught in life's great mystery.

Perhaps, in the end,
We are all just
Wondering into nothingness.

Premium MemberThe Known Path

The Known Path
Sometimes I already know where it all will end, yet my steps continue to fall,
On this pathway of sand and stars where every trace becomes a burnt prayer...
I search the heavens for answers that my heart already knows in deep secret,
But the road itself pulses like earth's veins filled with sap and vibrant

Premium MemberKnown As I Am Known

I don’t see myself as others see me
Even the mirror doesn’t reflect my beauty
I hate mirrors because they tell lies
Well, there may be one I don’t despise
One that my face can get used-tah
Not one that makes me look like Medusa
One that sells me a good hair day
One says I got a shot and it’ll “make

Unknown soul to known soul

A girl unlike the rest
Her essence unshaken
She walks untouched by the noise
Unmoved by love
Untouched by desire
No artifice adorn her face
She stands in her own realm
While the world chase fleeting whims
She hold her ground
A star in her own silent sky
Untouched and Unbothered.

the known lost

The loss of the known

A sudden flash occurred, a moment of a forgotten past
walking down a wide road that only had a few cars trundling along to the left, where the road winds to the right, a café
I thought of going in for a beer, but the dog, if left outside
would fret

A fine day,

KNOWN TO THE UNKNOWN

I was well known
When I was alone

What was the necessity for you to come into my life?
To mess things up with no sign of strife?

You were the sweet dream that made me sleep a little longer
You have become my nightmares that made me a sleepwalker

My happy world is broken into bits and

Known professionally as

We were parallel walking
she asked if I found [famous person] attractive
I sucked a thoughtful tooth (as if)
and said I'm not one to fawn over
minor celebrities
she said fawn I said yes fawn

But if [famous person] was here now
I'd attach myself to her legs and let her
drag me through the mud
like an I don't know what

Premium MemberIF I WOULD HAVE KNOWN

When you're so low you have to reach up just to touch bottom.

Then when you've reached the bottom you still have to climb higher to reach the top.

This is what having depression feels like.
You see no end, unless you end.

There is no strength left within you to climb any higher, so you stay at the

In a sweet silence, I sit beside the elderly who have known time as an old friend,
And I feel how their presence is like an open window to memories carefully wrapped,
Their words flow slowly, like a river winding through the stones of a life lived,
Their eyes wander between sky and earth, searching in worlds only

To the Strongest Woman I've Ever Known

To the strongest
Woman I’ve ever known,
The brightest light in every
Room, Church,
Hall and building
That she
Ever entered.

To the strongest
Woman I’ve ever known,
You never knew
How you lit up
A room, people’s lives
And their souls.

To the strongest
Woman I’ve ever known,
You were strong till
Your final days,
Inspiring everyone whose
Paths crossed with your own.

To the strongest
Woman I’ve ever known,
I’m

Flow of God’s life force, in this form of dust,
enables us to ink the void with love,
requiring but we discard deeds unjust,
that boons of grace may in-pour from above.
Innate joy of heart ushers bliss delight,
that as we embark on a wingless flight,
there is in us no fear, since God is near,
speaking as conscience, whose whispers

Premium MemberIf only I had known

in the silence of a rising sun
i hear the echo of voices amid whispers
and recognize old smiling faces

in the hush of a frost laden morning
i detect the hint of angelic glances
while gently rocking the sleeping babe

beneath the subdued moonlight
i recognize the lingering perfume
of love reclaimed in june

The Spiritual - Material Nexus known as THE TRUTH

The Spiritual/Material Nexus is Biology and its material antithetical responses to "The Laws of Nature".

That process is fundamentally "Cooperative"; a symbiosis based on "Trust".

The successful Social Organism, "Civilization", operates the same way.

President Trump never speaks "The Truth".

A "Faithless" Government is a failure calling for immediate remediation or abolition to safeguard our Individual values.

Premium MemberI Have Never Known True Love

Every whisper fades to silence,
Every touch a fleeting lie.
I search for meaning in their gazes,
But love has never met my eye.

They take my trust, they take my kindness,
Turn my soul into their game.
A pawn upon their twisted chessboard,
A heart consumed by
