Paradise

Paradise.
What is paradise?
The picture-perfect place?
Perfect house, perfect car, perfect partner
Is that what you picture when you picture paradise?
Paradise
Everlasting sunlight and spring flowers
Dresses, hats, and sunglasses
On a sunny day with a long beach
Cold ocean and sand castles
But waves stop crashing
Sand castles get destroyed
and flowers wilt
Perfection
Yet even the sun sets in paradise
And the boat has to leave
Illusion of perfection and forever
Forever doesn’t always work
Perfection wasn’t always perfect
and that’s okay
cause a different forever will
always find its way to you
just not your intended perfection
Paradise.
Paradise is a car that you can drive
in a color you enjoy
Paradise is a house that’s a home
Walls painted your favorite color
Paradise is trying not to laugh while
everyone pretends they’re working
Paradise is hurting someone
but learning from it
Paradise is inside jokes and
happy moments with your partner
Maybe your dream was simpler
and more ordinary than you thought,
Paradise

LOVE LIFE

Love is the force of life, it makes our days bright and nice.
Love is the way we think and feel, it gives us all our happy moments that we carry with us forever.
Love is like the calm of the sea, it looks and feels so peaceful and clear.
Love is all the moments spent with you, you make each day feel new and bright with just the thought of you.
Love can come in many forms, we learned this from God above, he made us and gave us all we need, so love and pray and live happily.
Lifting prayers to God, today and always.

MAY

Welcome May of 2026, may each day be fun and filled with happy moments.
May we waited long for you, the winter gave us the blues, we looked and waited for you.
May I see your flowers they are all showing off with their buds getting ready to blossom.
May you are the best, you start off the best of times, making us able to wear our summer smiles for a time.
May we wear white now, or should we hold off till you shine your sunshine.
May we will look for all your amazing moments hoping you give us days that make us glow with sensation.
Lifting prayers to God, today and always.

Premium Member I Inquired of the Evening

I inquired of the evening and the trees,
and all things are in readiness for you.
Preparations have been made
by the gentle powers of nature
to receive you into your place
among all angels and songs:
sweet restfulness and every
new discovery.

What you are reaches far beyond
the little I can say or even imagine.
What you are moves through regions
even you have never dreamed of.
What you are, sweet Susan,
gives the angels happy moments
of wondering conversation.

So introduce yourself now
to the flowers and the rain
as if they didn't already see you
and recognize the memory of
your unforgettable smile.

Christopher M. Swan, "Song of Susan," 2008

I bleed

My happiness buried 6 feet deep beneath the pain, beyond my reach

6 feet just like your body

Watching your coffin go down in slow motion

As though clinging to the hope that someone might stop it from going down

As though someone might wake you from the dead

I bleed

A part of me got buried with you that day

And yet I still remember you with a heart full of warmth

A movie in my head of all the happy moments

With a stream of tears flowing down my eyes and a smile

I remember how you used to be my alarm in the morning

Making sure that I don’t get to school late

How you would make ends meet

Break the barriers, just so that I have transport money for school

How you would wake up early in the morning to fetch your grant money

Walk past a few shops see shoes and some T-shirts then you’d go “mhmm my granddaughter will love this”

I will continue to remember you with a smile

It may hurt but I’m glad that God spared you the pain of this cruel world

Finally, the beeping pain that came from your wounds has calmed

You are resting, peacefully I hope

MIND CLOG

The mind is like a system, it has to flow, if it is caged, it gets clogged.
Clogged and hurting it finds a way to release the pressure of the pain or joy it wants to send.
Like thoughts and hurts and happy moments, they want to be out there and feeling grand.
So, like a clog in the drain, our body needs to move and circulate with our own special way of self-regulating.
So, remember if you are in pain, if you have stress, release it in ways that will bring you calm.
Sometimes we can get relief by our favorite sports, like walking, running, or swimming.
Sometimes we pray and release our thoughts in our prayers.
Mind clog can make life hard, so learn self-regulating, and make all your days work like a charm.
I hope my rhyme gives you some thoughts on clogs and self-regulating through this life.
Lifting prayers to God, today and always.

Moonlit Memories

Beneath my tree I sit illuminated by the light of the moon,
In the middle of a yard where voices traveled throughout the day.
Distant memories linger across the grass,
From sports we played and good times we had.

The summer air still rings with familiarity,
Yet it seems different somehow.
Each breeze takes me back to another time,
Where the problems of life seemed nonexistent.

Although Time has taken these days away,
The memories remain in the darkened sky.
Cool grasses hold traces throughout the day
Of happy moments we had as Time passed by.

Happiness and sadness intertwine,
As I recall those days once mine.

In you eyes

In you eyes
I see the tears
Running down you face
I am not upset with you
When you are crying
I understand that
You have you sad and happy moments
Also Are you sad because
Winter is not over
Yes I know that you don't like the winter
I also must confess to you that
I just hate the winter
But I go out during the winter
I put my winter clothes
I wear also my long johns
To keep my legs warm
I also boots and my winter coat
And I go for walk around the block
At the sane time I am letting the fresh
Air go into my lungs
You don't go out in the winter
The winter is very long
We can't no longer wait for the spring
To come
Yes it is taking a long time for the
Winter to end

memories come creeping
flashbacks to grief
ignoring the happy moments I treasure
in my soul

Memories - Plagued by Memories

Memories
The happy ones are sad
The sad ones hurt
Ones that leave doubt lingering about
Memories of pain that drives you insane
Memories.

I think of happy moments and want to go back
I try to make the best of my life
But the best times seem to only exist in the past

Sometimes memories of hate invade
I remember the words of those who hurt me
The things they said that I know weren’t true
But the feeling of betrayal still remains the same

And then there are ones I try hardest to forget
The painful memories that scar me with regret
Haunting my mind as they lurk in the shadows
Whispering images that leave me sorrow

Memories
Painful and cruel
Bringing heartache and heartbreak
Reminding you of the laughter
Replaced with disaster
Memories.

What Good Reading A Book

Don't close the book
The bad things that happens
Just turn the page and begin
Read another chapter
Keep the happy moments
And learn from the bad one
Life is reading a book
The content is what matters
The writer make you influence
What you get is the experience
The wise application in real life.

Emptiness

I can neither cry nor I can express
The emptiness I feel, the painful stress
moments when I need my mother the most,
I just remember her with my eyes closed.
I know no one will ever understand
I know no one will ever care
I laugh one moment and I go silent the next
When grief strikes, your world stops at that
I try to remember the happy moments
I try to remember all the time spent
I miss her hugs, love and care
But life is like that, it's never fair.
One more year has gone by..
I am trying to be strong
I am trying to hold on
I am still learning to live without you,
What I wouldn't do to just hug you.

The Lord's Day : A Heart of Gratitude

Life is a labour room,
So I keep on pushing through
Counting blessings on the move
As I keep stepping my foot
Thanks to the few
For my post you share and comment
Thank God for work and salary
Thank God for the funds that come in
Thank God for these rap contents
It's where I throw my pain away
Like dirt into a trash
Or share happy moments
Like Zubby spraying cash
It's tough for those who shun me
But thanks to those who show me
Love even in controversy
May your income flow fatter
Like white men over seas
May you never have to beg to eat
I am not where I want to be financially
But thank the Father there is dinner
For the Family
They say a heart of gratitude
Stems up great riches
I pray the Father's will be done
As it is in heaven
Father grant my wishes
I pray you grant my wishes
Today is not my birthday
But Father grant my wishes

Eternal Love

Not sadness nor sorrow shall bring age to thy face,
not worry nor burdens of life.

Happy moments shall grant thee beauty and grace,
and every hope that sheds light on thy life

Too dear are tears in thy eyes,
if not of happiness or bliss,
sweet feelings thy heart shall not hide,
nor thy love would I ever miss.

However cruel life may be sometimes,
and whatever worries I’ll surely dismiss,
sweet crystal tears I’ll dry from thy eyes,
and thy soft tender lips I’ll caress with a kiss.

No doorless dungeon can keep us apart
nor shackles of a thousand chain,
not even a rough endless journey nor any suffering or pain.

No mortal soul can deprive me from thy love,
just as,
no mad man can claim he is sane,
no need for thee to bare burden
as long as thy love runs in my vein.

Wind of the past

The autumn that had remained monotonous-
  For many decades,
Now tears and takes pieces of hearts,
Along with its old leaves, flowers,
  Leaving a nostalgic scent behind.

Every preceding winter that warmed people,
 Returned this year, demanding-
All the warmth that blanketed their memories,
While it left them alone, in the cold.

Spring found its way into the people’s hearts,
Up sprouted the spears of novelty,
The bright Sunlight endorsed its new season,
A season with a bittersweet sentiment indeed!

Every summer had brought people together,
This one scorched their fragile ties,
The oceans of memories faced up in doubt,
As the vapours of the past ascended in due course.

The grey skies mourned old relations,
Happy moments and sad ones too,
 With every successive rain,
Trails of the memories were being dampened and erased.

 A treasured trove of experiences-
Prove to be heavier as the seasons age us,
 Bringing out our wistful versions,
Only for our reality, waiting to be discovered and cherished.
