climb between the spires
hot bare feet on sugar beach
touch the winding surf
opening and closing eyes
i’ve left earth for heaven’s peak
tour leaves the pitons ~
on the bus, bananas and
warm cassava bread

Love's tender bloom, a fleeting, transient grace,
A rapturous dream, a seraphic delight,
Where hearts entwined in an amorous embrace,
Find solace in the moon's ambrosial light.
But passion's fire, though ardent and intense,
Can wane and dwindle, like a fading star,
Leaving behind a melancholic pretense,
Of joy that once soared, now forever afar.
For love's elysium, a verdant domain,
Where bliss and rapture eternally reside,
Is but a mirage, a phantasmal refrain,
Where fleeting joys on fickle wings preside.
Yet, though it fades, its memory remains,
A poignant echo, whispering of past refrains.

As a river beckons
and brittle stripes
of soaring reeds swell,
with a faint breeze
and a sturdy hedge,
the ebb and flow
of a loving swarm,
who humbly trickle
on an emerald ledge,
my spirit quivers
at sight of your hasty
adrift in vehemence,
full of enthusiasm,
fledgling, foolish scent.
aerial zephyrs are said,
to breathe a divine dream
upon receiving,
award of merit.
Can you pinpoint
every detail in
a seamless swerve
swaying stygian splits
in crystalline water
convey radiance
or a wispy, hazy veil
wrapped in gnomes
rhythm,
dance and chant
as twigs protrude
from swaying rims,
suave souls supplied
a haven while time invades
wrests wonted words
as sapphire scrap.
epitome of sighs.
It's time for seraphic zeal
in gauzy garments
and lunar anguish,
beseeching you with
a supple, soft cuddle
to bestow her boon,
pureness excites her.
to the brink of rapture,
leading lips to quiver
she merely dodges it,
as her grasp seeks to yield
a tender kiss, and
a loving curl of her lips.

A celebration was held by the Angels,
Heavenward late yesterday night.
And hide from the moon spirit labels,
Eyes staring in the twilight as first light.
They needed to escape animosity,
And stay away from bitter anger.
They took a dim moon with velocity,
I held my fun back with a sharp clangor.
The moon and heavenly body in the rearview,
They inspire a mad dash for the host star.
I am in the spirit realm of my bare gyps too,
Join the sun club and cross where you are.
Watch out for brimful smiles and sharp gazes,
How to hypnotize where sun is in a saffron blaze.
Straight hair and a toned body were striking,
It erodes and dulls, you can't view a liking.
A wicked beast hunts humans for their flesh,
She will do it again and the tale will start afresh.
Nobody was aware of her murderous tally,
Hundreds may have fallen into an alley.
And, as you slept quietly in that stance,
She sneaks into the kitchen, sing, and dance.
A steak knife was used to cut the meat,
She will slice your neck and kill you with conceit.

elysian
adorned with faultless time-dream
bits of insight
trigger dim emotions
memory gives warmness
spooky how light needs
haziness to thrive
drew me away from
odyssey I cling to
Inner peace exists in the sky
awaken the sun
egg-yellow in tone
In the midst of
oceanic aurora with blue shells
Half bleared-eye
embraced in soul stance
of shrewdness
as though prevail
intertwined
In a vast ocean of you
forgotten rootless
cast to the verge
we each
without lacking land

I'll lay down here and rest my head,
in this arc of stones I'll make my bed.
On the moss covered floor of the forest deep,
I'll close my eyes and fall asleep.
The stars shall be my counterpane,
and shelter me from gentle rain.
Moonbeams gild my tired eyes,
and breezes sooth me with their sighs.
No more for me the travails of life,
for nature shall become my wife.
Here, in the forest where wild things roar,
my heart will rest and ache no more.

When your reflection, wearing nothing but
the dusty light, splashed out of the mirror,
I clearly understood that skies abut
inferno, that Elysium is nearer
than what is written in the books, that hell
is deeper, that such shameless nakedness,
such outspoken shamelessness foretell
doom of my soul, that your dark grey silk dress
lays out on the floor, that you don’t cast
a shadow, that the wings behind your back
are made of darkness, that my reared up lust
is too overt for you, that your long black
braids are entwined with serpents, that I stand
before you fully dressed, that those few
things I held dear – God, freedom, homeland –
don’t matter anymore, that I love you.

2.
Within Elysium dreams shining bright,
a shining song of love our hearts do play,
peace and joy are found in the velvet night.
In starlight glades our hearts do shine love-light,
as hand in hand we walk love's golden way,
within Elysium dreams shining bright.
Before the moonlight our hearts now take flight,
as on golden wings we fly from the day,
peace and joy are found in the velvet night.
Together in love we do share the night,
from moonlight and stars we shall never stray,
within Elysium dreams shining bright.
In Elysium dreams you are love's sight,
but you must go by the dawn of the day,
peace and joy are found in the velvet night.
Love's joy can be found within dreams delight,
passion can sing love shall never delay.
Within Elysium dreams shining bright,
peace and joy are found in the velvet night.

The trickster has played his tricks leaving your bones to bleach
Take ye heed in life be fair or in death the raven will steal your fare.

Elysium take me now!
My hand is outstretched for you
Send down the cloud
As slowly I close my eyes
Surrender my power to the soil.
I close my eyes and find myself
Under this tree
The sun dapples my skin and the grass
Is like gentle snow
Across the land is beautiful daffodils in prime
In my ears are the tunes of golden lyres.

End highlights clear the way beyond,
Meet wonder then in crystal light;
Buzz of light years to dwell upon,
Rise up just when the touch floods right;
Allow that glimpse to show the way,
Calm stillness sites the hidden veil;
Explore that dream that surely stays.
Expect to cite what good prevails,
Light from light grows to shape all stuff;
Yes start within to know all things,
Sense surreal show that facts enough;
Intuit unseen first-cause that sings,
Urgent the pact to bridge each span,
Motive funds act to understand.

Stone masks,
hung with the withered wreath of perception,
a God of thorns,
words lost in the haze of greed;
their eyes are sculptures of time’s memorial view.
Jerking silhouettes of fire’s dance,
circling the flames in time,
new music from a dying star,
rips away the mask,
a face in hand;
waved in firmament contempt.
Facade’s expression,
writhing in the fingers of vice,
held aloft in offering,
no blooded lamb of sacrifice,
we bleed our tears for the modern Gods,
drawing flint knives across the throat of clocks,
hour glass gore spills at the feet of Elysium,
behold the timeless progeny,
children of Dystopia’s tears;
the legacy of our war.

I know a place where time and space
Seem but faint trace of endless grace.
I know a feel that glows and fills
A gentle thrill with kind goodwill.
I know a lot beyond all thought
Where play and plot seem a dull spot.
I know a smile that ever styles
My earthly miles beyond mere wiles.
I know a voice that echoes poise
That prompts my choice in fond rejoice.
I know a sum that calms and comes
To hint in psalm a lovely balm.
I know a touch in joy and nudge
That means so much to me as such.
I know a rhyme that flings all time
In mystic mimes that spring all chimes.
I know a truth that hurls beauty
In placid proof of ecstasy.
I know a face that follows me
In time and space to set me free.
I know a love that calls to me
Below, above, kind and lovely.
I know a friend who tells me how:
Of grandeur's trend, of splendour now.

Silver-lined beckoning moon beams
dance along, disquieting sacred ground
unmasked by truth, barefoot unencumbered
broken promise-laden blue eyes.
You whispered flame into existence
as if a stark naked sheath of sparkling
midnight velvet skies, haunted in surreal angst
revealing the beauty I will never possess.
Lost in revelry, the tune continues to play
repetitiously, in tired mind and restless thought
raging ember pulse coagulating, until feelings whist
now eternally slowed, water breaks from horizon.
Restful reproach granted in heartbeat-time
the metronome of life, always captures its prey
succumbing in surrender, while the new dawn casts shadow
over an oyster-birthed pearl on a rainy day in love.
