Come join me in the religion of the well wishing fool
We meet once a month at the toe dipping pool
Where we reaffirm our mission to uphold the tradition
Of championing that reckless and rash, impetuous and crass
imperative of all human inanity. The keen assurety, whose
heights may only be scaled in proportion to the rarity
of their intellectual scarcity. We wholeheartedly cheer the pursuit
of the age old query of grasp and reach by those whose sole reward
seemingly is calamity. We stand here safe in our cloak of non participatory
scrupulosity and outrageously cheer the feckless audacity of those that advance the
sum total of human wisdom by dint of intellectual incapacity.
You may missed it, but you are
incandescently alive; a shooting star
at dusk-colored sky. Falling
into the atmosphere, first contact of
fresh air. Friction
wears you armor in blazing flame, highlight—
In the star-sown space, you
a knight descending into this earth
on your loyal mount that is
you, and stardust from unnamed planets
that you once drifted among
aimlessly—until inevitably gravity
from this earth hooked
you. Out of all lost asteroids—
You
Into this earth
you fall, this earth you soar—in a sky shared
with this new species called doves, you
fly your own sky, draw
a tail of wonderstruck dusts
On trails no comets share, tremble—fear—
but keep chasing, by dint of
the white-hot oxygen that
ignites heartbeat at risk of explosion—
Know: in your motherland they speak
the tale of a young star
claiming his spark in new air.
They come to us, both young and old,
Plagued by ailments, manifold.
Suffering obvious in their eyes,
Thinking, am I soon to die?
Tortured, plaintive souls outreaching,
Voices that are so beseeching.
A kindly word of reassurance,
Gentle touch, and calming presence,
Are so soothing and bring a smile;
The patient happy for a while!
As we listen to their complaints,
Without hindrance or restraint.
Acumen of many years,
Earned by dint of sweat and tears,
Guides us as we auscultate,
Ever so gently then palpate.
We reach a possible diagnosis,
Order tests to support this.
Surgery or medication as required,
The patient cured, as we desired.
The happiness and gratitude,
A smile of immense magnitude,
Are the greatest gifts that we desire;
Keep alight the inner fire.
May the staff of Aesculapius,
Forever be there to guide us.
May we forever serve humanity
With God's grace and humility.
T’was perhaps by dint of fate
Or some demonic spell
That I, a sock, was granted
The gift of sniff-less smell
I gaged and retched in darkness
Of a foot’s pungent aroma
Finally, I fled the scene
Became a match-less roamer
I hang about old laundramats
With socks lost and unfound
They share a single loneliness
A fading hope of being found
Not me, I shout, I shan’t return
It’s the wanderer’s life I seek
For I miss not the brogans
And those feet that truly reek
Yet, you may see me resting
In the warmth of sunset’s fail
Singing songs of corns and bunions
As I walk that lost sock trail
Take me to bed
Make me yours
Show me your darker
Side.
Forget the world around us
Just you me and
The night.
Tell me your deepest secrets
Tell me your darkest
desire
Take control of my
Body
Set the night on
Fire.
Dint be careful darling
I'm not going to
Break
Because what's the point
I'm pleasure
Without a little
Pain?
She missed out on music lessons as a child.
Her parents taught her piano, which was so mild.
For years, she worked poorly and was lackluster.
And quit piano as a preteen as she couldn't muster.
She preferred Brian May over Freddie Mercury.
Elton John fan, she felt the piano music was a nursery.
She should have taught the guitar, yet she didn't.
She believes pianos lead to libido and dint.
Smokey voice, tactile lyrics, and superb piano skills.
Hart's 13 albums since 1993 will bestow you thrills.
Her violin fingers and pretty tone sing in harmony.
Her hands master the piano, guitar, and drums perfectly.
Beth Hart battled, as did catalpa trees and hackberry.
However, as a wild Sequoia, it maintained its worry.
Dismal feelings of pain, rage, shame, and exasperation.
What if these factors led to her artistic inception?
Several War in My Mind tunes left fans breathless.
Stones, blocks, rough slopes, and hills are breakless.
L.A. Song shows how to shun inner pain via denial.
Beth's Crown ranks among the finest lyrics trial.

Late to the party again
Slow footed on the dance floor
Louder by dint of shyness
A bashful bully undressed.

These vast expanses and love for luxuries,
The dint and dainties ever luring,
The beams that bend our narrow necks,
The cares compelling all to the gate,
Our wars and wearying ways for filths
The ego fanning fist for fights,
And these for vain we vaunt and vent.
We wane in time, and leave em’ here.
First study well to earn enough knowledge
Use the acquired expertise to get a fine job
Even though many without any qualification
Become prosperous using their unique skill
Of course, many great men became famous
By dint of hard-work and non-stop toil only
Later they were recognized for their greatness
But, we must not ridicule the conferred degrees
Only when we qualify ourselves with fine records
Our dexterity in a particular field is endorsed
As a result, that itself acts as a recommendation
And we then are sure of a very good employment
Reading, learning, writing and memorizing may
Prove to be a highly boring task, but the profits
That are going to benefit us must inspire us
As that will take us to a prosperous life-style
So, never grudge that you are asked to study
As that action will make you a respectable soul
All niceties will reach you one by one gradually
A great future will be awaiting you to give mirth.
Please read it how you see it.lol.

Telling Stories explained
To impart words of wisdom
one would assume you need to be wise,
there's nothing farther from the truth
If skilled at telling lies.
A story not necessarily true
but believed true by the teller,
convincingly told and carefully sold
can be the next best seller.
So take this with a grain of salt
just make things up along the way
and the more you tell the story
the more the truth will decay.
The truth is so objective
everyone makes their own
and what's the real story,
is oftentimes unknown.
Every story can be fiction
if not believed by even one,
for if that one single person,
believes it's overdone
then your factual account or recollection
to them is not worth the ink in print
and your insistence and conviction
will barely make a dint.
Again, just tell the story
repeat it until you believe it to be true
with careful lies and alibis
your readers will accrue.
Then fiction turns to solid facts
as you entertain with pen in hand
and you're spicing up the story
that started off so bland.
I met an old man by the road,
Shakingly yet sturdy strode.
Shimmery crown adorned his head
The wrinkled skin ran across embed.
'I am blessed', he said.
' Many are gone', deep laid.
Those eyes brimmed a thousand tales,
Which await the strenuous sails.
His smile made my heart glad,
The past glories in full clad.
Barefoot he plod; the cold doesn't kill
As he mount the steep hill.
The blurry cloud descended.
As I turn back and headed
To the path of fresh trail,
A dint of the old man behold the dale.
Drip like drip
Like dripping wet weather.
Drip by drip
By dint of dripping wet wearied cheeks.
Drip from drip
Away from my tears welled up dripping wet eyes.
Drip like a drip.
Like a rain droplets
Dropdown my fury.
Dropdown my worry.
Dropdown my envy.
Dropdown my enmity.
Caught in the middle with nowhere to go
Between two strong-willed women
Manipulators according to their wiles
Related to one by blood
The other by dint of wedlock
Which one has the greater pull
On the tide of his wracked emotions
The chosen controller of his home
Or the one with the tidal power
of blood shared by her birth?
How he is tossed and torn
Amidst the twin but hostile competing tides
Mercilessly dragging him one way ,then the other
Swamping his compass of clear thought
With loyalty tested and doubted
By the partisan and opposing currents
Whose anger remains unbridled
And unforgiving to the depths of their very souls
Fighting their unrelenting battle
In towering crests of surging emotion
Hoping to gain total supremacy
Over him who is no more than a piece of flotsam
In this relentless clash of tsunamis
Being dragged ever deeper by both irresistible forces
In the competing riptides of disturbed and irreconcilable passions,
Leaving him feeling helpless
As he loses the will to live.
These things, these demons, cannot be predicted
for it is not the province of the vain
to view forthcoming perils as their own
race past life’s looming cautions with disdain
Destined by their folly to abstain
ignore precursors of life’s coming woes
for youth, t’is said, “is wasted on the young”
age, alas, left struggling in its throes.
Surrounded by the gators of their swamp
beseeching of dead gods that it be drained
remain addicted to the demons slain
youth seeking death before old ages reign.
Destined, as it were, by dint of choice
destined to succumb to demons voice.
