The guilty eye flees
The remorseless never envies
The lying eye dawns truth's disguise
And blinks thrice before knowing eyes

The truth evades the seeking eyes
Ever searching the lofty skies
The lost eyes despise earthly laws
Rattling heaven's gates for a cause

Feel within the warm glowing light
That brace us 'gainst the swarming night
Where our gathered daemons lure us to fight
With meaningless notions of wrong and right

A rivers never chooses who shall drink
Honesty never takes time to think
In the moment, be one withal
Ready to catch us when we fall

Lay blame aside
And scornful pride
Even the pangs of the worthy life
For who decides what's worthy or strife?

To simply live
A humble life
Empty yet full
Dull yet wonderful

Luminance for the Leaving

To open your heart
in this predatory world—
is to pour starlights
into hands that may
never intend to stay.

And if they do leave—
as some daemons do—
perhaps the glows you bestow
will illuminate their quiet violence
through every future
abandon.

Sanctuary

Farewell, o' weary traveller.
The stormy clouds now ever lift'd.
From that mortal night unto which you drift'd.
Daemons, once so fierce, shall make no further sounds.
For now, at last your sanctuary has been found.
The world around shall always pass 'n' go.
But in your name, as rose of love shall ever grow.
'N' tho' you've now succumb unto your inner beast,
Pray now sleep tight. Forevermore a spirit now at peace.

Concealed from us the reason of,
My daemons and their mien. Because...
In all this time we never knew,
How deeply I have suffered too.

The Sith Strike Back

My son was a kid in a room.

Tubs full of Star Wars figures;
Rancor Monster, Squid Head, Yak Face.

Admiral Akbar was a good guy
with a mother somewhere,
a fine woman though a bit of a trout no doubt.
but Snaggletooth with his blaster
was an irredeemable mother er.

Then, from a parallel universe,
Skeletor, Beast Man and Evil-lyn
drop from the outer rim of a boxed universe,
all arriving in a sullen haste to lay the room waste.

Evil-Lyn was hot. We kept her out of the carnage mostly,
but she was bad to the plastic bone.

My son tells me he has visions,
he sees leather-winged daemons.
I lie, tell him that there are no toy figures of those,
so they don’t exist.

On the floor, monsters are on a rampage
He-man is screwing up as usual.
For both of us
our only hope is in Optimus Prime.

Premium Member I, Zombie, Part Viii: the Ending

There’s no greater joy
Getting back a loved one lost
Price paid, but no cost

Tactics once employed
By the Monster and his crew
Work no more on you

Healing you have found
You have taken higher ground
Beat the Monster down

Doppelganger’s gone
You will sing no more its song
Do no more its wrong

The Zombie’s shaken
From nightmares you’ve awaken
Conquest hard taken

Daemons exercised
Your life you have taken back
From fiendish attack

Honor highly prized
The ending is now the past
You have won at last!

Sulking in the cage
The monster’s making his plans
To once again rage

Rattling his chains
The daemon waits to regain
Control of your brain

You still must defend
For the Monster lurks, my friend
To return again…

To one’s self admit
I am an alcoholic
I’m bipolar too

Duel diagnosis
If you are, what you know is
Don’t let your guard slip

There’s miles yet to go
Take it one day at a time
And you will survive

This time you have won
But beware of the Daemon
It’s never ‘the end’…

Premium Member I, Zombie, Part V: the Agonizing

All the pain, the fear
When will the Monster appear?
Where and how severe?

The anxiety
The racing thoughts inside me
Never let me be

My mind’s on fire
The Monster is a liar
Can’t jump much higher

Will I hurt myself?
Could I injure someone else?
Clay pot off a shelf…

Delusions are real
They are my thoughts, how I feel
Daemons never yield

My mind has gone numb
Unfeeling, deaf, blind, and dumb
Zombie I’ve become

The Doppelganger
Trying to take me over
Hour by hour…

Tries to devour
My mind and my will power
Wants me to cower

Bugs crawl in my brain
Legions of the Daemon’s reign
Effect of my bane

Will I still be fine
Surviving the Monster mine?
I just need some time

I must hold and fight
Need to seek and find the light
Then I’ll be alright

Maybe find a priest?
He’ll say some prayers at least
An exorcism?

My best bet is to
Call upon God and Jesus
For the help I need

But it’s very hard
To go in which direction
When you are confused

Doppelganger used
With the Monster I am fused
I’m Deamon abused

Monster’s devotion
Zombies have no emotion
The evolution…

Antagonizing
Monster and Daemonizing
The agonizing…

Shadows

As one sits, contemplates all of life’s shadows.
All their myriad shades of life lived on the edges.

A long and winding road, sometimes treacherous
it has been, as one comes to an end, envisioning.

Does one see their shadows in shades of gray
buried within the corridors of their subconscious.

Do their shadows dissipate with the light of day.
or live on in the darkness of their troubled nights.

Freedom from ones shadows come on the wings of insight
Denial, repression, anger, blame clip the wings, no flight

from the weight, the baggage one carries on their back.
Because of, friends, acquaintances, partners spirits crack,

souls split, the universe shifts and you are hung on a rack.
A funeral pyre will be your fate, ashes placed in a stack

until the winds of time blow them away, your voice silent
for evermore as the daemons nevermore dictate your journey.

Struggler

A new morning, new fight
chasing after to hold it tight
capture and enclose in fist
dreams I followed whole night

silent lips ready to talk
when it ends after all
no scope but still some hope
success is not any joke

I wish I could fly and sing
but when comes to reality ,there's no wing
at dusk everything seems to rusts
there's nothing I can trust
here comes again black night
dark and dark with starlit

mind and heart encircled by daemons
a feud to settle with no weapons
eat sleep repeat
when will i make it defeat

I am on a walk
without any trails left behind
don't know when it will come to find
comes again sunlight ,again a new morning, a new fight.

Benighted

Aw sweet Angel, it's you that I seek
all alone jotting up winds so bleak,
for so many hearts I have perversed.
You; another to wield my meanly little curse.

I am the Queen of manifest clay,
Craft my horns despite the pill's delay,
Sleep child, the veil's open on a pagan's feast
such beauty on your heart fully creased.

We'll fly with crows and ravens! Then Daemons
without reasons; a joyless flight throughout the seasons.
A journey, a dream thought to be Babel
another crimson palm succumbs to this fable...

Acheron, Marionette of Seethe
Why have this Daemon gnaw in me?
"Help... is... agony..."

Her crippled hand
tightens this noose
songs whispered from serpent truths
another mind went bland...

Meteorologists Prediction

Close on the leatherneck well booted, high healed stormy, clip clop,
sans well fashioned faux shod Harvey didst stomp with heavy drop
ping like a furious ogre, and before classes even started
this early September 2017 nature maid maelstrom bid adieu
akin to movements indicative of fiendish flip flop
“he” (as if one could identify gender of said huffing puffing Hurricane,
gave the coast an unforgettable pan hand dilly sock hop
wrought desolation visa vis master card –
carrying uprooted trees like footballs, where whoosh of fury didst lop
many complex edifices plus stately trunked vaunted trees
   felled like overworked mop
add where tongue shaped swath comprising Texas got cow licked –
or rather a major pop as if punched from boxing competitor
(already down for the doll finned count)
Hurricane Harvey continued to pounce without letup, and refused to stop
spilling profuse water until the steep pulled tippy top
of many tall buildings barely visible accompanying soundtrack mix
included the Furies of Agamemnon concomitant with ruthless
banshees, daemons, fable come to life monsters
performing corrupt version of do wop.

Lucifer the King of the Earth

I am Lucifer the Prince of daemons,
which I command like a bunch of minions,
for with them, I annex realms and subjects
who are no more than heavenly rejects,
distinct from saints, the apples of GOD'S eye.
In Eden's garden I hatched my first lie,
then with man's fruitful multiplication,
I assigned cohorts to every nation.
Today I reign on earth like sovereign lord,
with a crown I usurped without the sword.

Demons of Our Better Angels After Yeats

First were the clowns
Shadowy angst of the Deplored,
Lurking at the periphery of our vision;
Then in the darkness, the stars wheel and weep;
As the hard words of hatred fly,
Let the Jews flee to Jerusalem.
Send the seed of Montezuma beyond the walls.
Cries from the shadows,
All hail the Darkness, the darkening plain, the wan moon,
Bind the cohorts of Mohammed,
Shrieks sailed from the shadows,

Hail, Hail, All Hail the Jester
All hail the Darkness, the darkening plain,
Wuotan commands, All hail,
The King of Doubts, of Fools, and Daemons, awakened again,
Wuotan commands, All hail, the King of Clowns,
Of fools, and Daemons, awakened,
The man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition,
He shall change times and law,
He Commands you all,
Götterdämmerun
Downfall is upon us.
Now, all that was good is lost.

Götterdämmerun
Hope. A memory.
And that rough beast of Bethlehem,
In its moment of glory,
Jests and embraces the Ancient Enemy.

Premium Member An End

An End

Coming to this journey, relief from all the pain.
No longer watching you fall, and fall again.
This surely will be the end of torrential rain,
rain that has permeating every cell in my brain.

I am able to perceive a beam of translucence light
shinning down upon your history, exposing your fight
against all your daemons, daemons now taking flight
as you pursue many new adventures, journeys so bright

that all will be left behind, daemons no longer in sight
as you walk towards the future, where all will be alright
and your spirit, on wings, will take you higher than a kite
as you soar, like an eagle, far above a life filled with plight.
