Premium Member Makeup

That decision you make daily to wear your real face or not
Deciding to "makeup" what dont have instead of wearing what you got
Honestly makeup seems to be a girls bestfriend
Long lashes and thick lips seems to be the latest trend
Yes wearing makeup puts on who you're pretending to be
Then when you go natural people are surprised by what they see
Makeup causes people to treat you better than they did before
Life is less complicated with it on so you buy more
People are beginning to notice you among the classy and conceited
Makeup enhances your beauty but now you think you need it
"L'Oréal" wears makeup to stay "Gorgio Armani's" "Cover Girl"
All it takes is a name brand makeup to be who you want in this world

Premium Member List- Some of My Favorite Items I Use Frequently

I thought I would share some of my favorite items that I use frequently. They are materialistic and in all honestly most I could live without! Whoopie pies are a dessert that resembles two chocolate cake like cookies with cream in the middle.

A good mystery book, reading “Pretty Girls” by Karin Slaughter right now.
My morning cup of coffee, as steamy hot as I can get it!
My rose gold apple iPhone in its pink case
My Netflix subscription, Dead to Me is a great new series!
Bath and Body Mango Mandarin body wash and cream
A weekly whoopie pie indulgence, I know I really need to stop!
Dunkin Donuts Iced Coffee 1-2 times a week!
My cover girl eyeliners and mascara, makes me feel pretty!
My many purses that I have to match outfits and seasons.
Costume jewelry, especially my black spinel collection
My comfy t-shirts and shorts I change into after a long day at work!
My croc sandals, the most important part of my home wardrobe!
My favorite Kate Spade water cup I use every evening for my lemon ice water
My kindle fire to play candy crush on and scope out Facebook

Mirror , Mirror

Hiding behind all the makeup ,lipstick , gloss and heels , Simple prayer and a smile , Trying to keep it positive always was told only the weak cry , never shed a tear or frown. Holding my head high as i look in the mirror. Inside behind the cover-girl makeup, i feel so down , Years of being put down ,treated so low, The cover-girl behind the mirror is so happy and free. Mirror - Mirror that cover-girl just isnt me.

Imperfection

If I showed you the real me …would you accept me ?
If I showed you my insecurities… would you want me?
So many people say they want to see the real you but when you show them who you are, they walk away from you ...they really want the fake version of you.

Its strange how we look to others to be a perfect image and we all have limitations...its unreal to expect perfection in anyone...you are not perfect...so why ask that of me

We all live behind a mask ...We only show people what we want them to see. How about really looking at me ...seeing me ...showing you the me without all the walls I have built around myself to look perfect for the society in which we live ...removing the cover girl image of me ...then you would see the real me .

Love is about accepting the bad with the good, no one is perfect...if you look beyond outer beauty... you would discover real honesty.

Seeing someone for who they are, imperfection and all is love with perfection

Premium Member Party On

The date’s been set and many will attend
Just the penguin will be wearing his tux
A “come as you are” I did extend
So expect to see antlers on the bucks

In the heart of Sherwood Forest we’ll meet
Guests will include many from Noah’s ark
Each one I can’t wait to heartily greet
The skunk will be seated with the aardvark

Filet mignon is the menu of choice
But heifers were threatening to boycott
So a vegan dish has made them rejoice
And something fishy may arrive by yacht

A songbird choir will be entertaining
(Can’t wait to see the tarantula dance)
Trees will give shelter if it is raining
Elk will surely line up, ready to prance

The Lion King and the Duke of Squirrel
Will receive the red carpet treatment
And Miss Piggy will be our cover girl
Turning heads of many a furry gent

It all sounds so grand, but here’s the best part
Once this party begins, there’ll be no end
Animals live in harmony; they’re smart
And not one other human will attend

Angel In the Flesh

Rare beauty,
blue diamond,
your smile burns a hole through the seams of my soul,
Isaac Newton was wrong,
This love will never descend,
eye contact,
I think an atom split,
B
O
O
M
nobody else in the world matters,
voluptuous curves,
dangerous if you are not careful,
Talladega Speedway cover girl,
Staring into your eyes is indescribable,
like a Michael Jordan dunk in mid air,
time briefly pauses,
through the wormhole,
hair flowing like the Nigerian River,
never ending,
This love is never ending girl,
Agape,
I think you were sent from the heavens.

Caricature of a Vamp

Sarah was always dressed in black,
and wearing that midnight pear bracelet
made me shiver spotting teeth marks on her neck;
was she a vamp ready to attack?

No, Sarah wasn't a beauty
neither sensual or attractive as Melody;
and what made hers stand out from other women, not looking for a kill,
was her macabre attire and her long eyelashes thicker than a cover girl!

Her destiny was controlled by an insatiable urge for blood which ended at daybreak,
at The Gentleman's Club she sought another victim to sink her teeth into his neck;
I kept yards away from her feeling she would suddenly attack and bite
and as strange as it seems, her hub was also a vampire she called, " Mike ".

I Miss Her

If I can not be held in her arms, or weep into the cradle of her neck
and smell the sweet sweat, smoke and cover girl scent
Nor lie in her lap and listen to her choppy lullaby
then I wish I could watch a movie of her life

little clips of happy moments, parties and graduations
I'd like to unroll reel that slowly panned her smile
where her laugh could curl through my heart
and chase this loneliness away.

I wish I could read her journal, and meet her all over again
I want to hear her secrets, the ones she would have told
when I was of age to understand
I want read a letter to me, explaining her love for me
so I feel that wholeness of a parents love once again.
I want to read her script and remember the shape of her hands.

I wish someone would talk about her to me.
I want to hear the stories about my mother
that fate never allowed her to say to me.
I want to know that someone else feels this sorrow
that her impact on the world was not just her love in me
that some one else understands and feels this horror too.
I miss my Mom, but alas, there is no one left to speak.

Premium Member Cover Girl

Splashed in lilac scent and robe of satin
She contemplates her choice of dresses
In her hand a string of pearls
In her trance, a cover girl-

A curling iron upon her tresses
Pale as a mushroom
In her room
A counter spread, from where she grooms
Her closet filled with many choices
Her cupboard filled with many faces-
Eleven selves on seven shelves

A jar of this, a tube of that
To smooth a line, or cover time
A puff of magic on her skin
Erase, define, her artist’s brush
Will shape a line, or paint a blush-

A peach to ripen on her cheek
A berry, picked, to add mystique
A bit of blue upon the lid
A sparkle brown extends the lash
She twists her mouth…a dash of shine
A shadow, cream, a paste, a gloss….
A drawer of rainbows from the shop

A Cover Girl lies in jar
Yet, what has mattered most of all
is all the beauty in her heart

Drama At the Zoo

" That's not my elephant!"
Ella yelled at the zoo-keeper...
walking slowly on her hands and feet
scaring the second grader away;
and making a funny face
she added, " She doesn't eat spaghetti!"
with a strong southern accent.
" Young lady, don't make fun
of people and animals...
they have feelings like you!"
but she, with little respect
for the middle-aged man replied,"
Read The Bill Of Rights...I can do
what I like...I have got freedom of speech!"
" I do too, little punk!" Ray answered in rage.
" If you don't knock it off,
you will not see your baby elephant today!"
" Listen, old man I may be a tomboy,
but you have a foul smell and you need a shower!"
" I need a shower...you need to wipe off
that ugly, fat face of yours...what are you trying to do
with all that make-up: look like a cover girl?"
They finally got into a physical fight...
she splashed a bottle of water on the zoo-keeper,
and he wiped the heavy make-up off her face...
"Oh, this fun" she said with excitement...
" Yes, I am having fun too!" he confessed.
And they laughed hard at each other...
while the elephant and second grader danced.

Rent Time and I Done Spent Mine

Every time we have a conversation its about where i can take ya
and I see where you stay, and I know what you making, man she bout to catch the vapors
my own family used to tell me Mike she aint no good
but i would never sweat it, cause I stay so hood
but I'm actually,
pinning all her tactics,
digging how she scandalous
taking the advantage
but now i clearly see she bout her money man.....
she got me caught a brother slipping like a victim when she plotted on me
played me like monopoly,
broke me off something properly,
sold me on monogamy,
all along she robbing me,
conning me, collapsing my economy
gotta be cautious when you dealing with these vultures
feminine soldiers is the worst to go to war with
next time i get involved with another girl
she gonna be a cover girl and I'm gone need some money girl
