Charmed

Oh, please, tell me please-
The name of the lovely lass.
Her charming smile,-
Angelic face and brown eyes,-
Captured my heart in a flash.

I was enchanted-
In a twinkling of an eye.
I was attracted-
When I sensed her concoction;
Enthralled by her magic potion.

Oh please, I’m begging-
You to tell me where she lives.
So I could send-
Her roses and chocolates.
Oh, please Alfie, tell me please!

Premium MemberCharmed Meadows

When dawn drifts into charmed meadows
enchantment fades with the shadows,
drinking perfume from the night's air,
stirring fragrance that lingers there.

Faintest mist sprinkles wild grasses,
when dawn drifts into charmed meadows.
Sewn jewels on satin sashes
of Sylphs dancing with Tylwyth Teg.

Fae play elaborate charades
before meadow enchantment fades.
When dawn drifts into charmed meadows,
Brownies comfort mourning Banshees.

Asrai frolic with the Selkies
as darkness fades into bleached sun.
Magic leaves as it had begun
when dawn drifts into charmed meadows.

Premium MemberAn Age of Charmed Dreamers

‘Blessed I was to be young in an age of charmed dreamers.’

Childhood in suburbia wanting for nothing;
Kickball and flashlight tag ‘til dinner was set;
Be home by the time the neighborhood’s lit.
Painting the sky with the glow in our eyes no
worries we were just free to be kids;
Talking we always wished that we were older;
What would be able to do? Whatever we imagined
we could do. Rock, paper, scissors all ended
with a killer idea; Started from different sides
but always met in the middle;
No one’s tools or process was better than another,
that was the magic of such innocent times.
Staying gold until the sun set.

Creating with fire;
Streetlight imaginations
burn just like the stars.

Charmed

His smile was pure gold
when he saw her passing by.
The wind blew softly
and his horizon muted
like the whole world stopped,
except his heartbeat that surged.
He looked at her eyes
like a pair of diamonds.
Glitters in her eyes
lit up the whole place like stars.
It was a moment
he would always remember.
Though, she was long gone,
his heart cherished that moment.
The light in her eyes
when they first met was haunting,
but he was so glad
she became part of his life,
and left his heart charmed
till the day they meet again.

For Her Jewels of Time

She looked at me calmly opening her narrow lips
Luis the name brought an ache to my wounded ego
In my pride I had ended up shipwrecked in the rehab

...You can make it even when they all say you cant
I swallow my pride and prod,..

I like you Merc.. Can we be an item
Were the circumstances different yes
It's not a maybe or well see its a Yes
So my Journey is not in vain

You find the charmed ones now so often
With humans ever so accommodating
No unlike Peter Petreli I wont try flying
Unless am a hundred percent assured
I will land on safe shore where the waves
Beat ever so slowly and names like pirates
Voyager and black pearl are uttered
I have the soul; of a Sojourner

Charmed

At 33 I changed and I'll stay forever young,
Feeling like an actress, like a charmed one,
Chanting along and then speaking in tongue,
And those who came before me we're burnt or were hung,
Tho our power isn't instant so let's have some fun,
And they thought they wiped us out til there were none...

I am Karma and I have the power of three,
For every animal, insect, plant or tree,
I hold the power as I am the key,
So put out karma's balance and it won't be free,
The cost more value than you can merely see,
Cos karma is here, So mote it be...

Premium MemberA Charmed Life

she was the chosen one
plucked and hand picked
brought home from the orphanage
a jewel a precious princess

soon she grew to be a fair damsel
found by her prince
she fell in love
it was then her fate was sealed

she traveled to another land
to raise a family
two boys four girls to call her own
she was the lady of their castle

a happy cheerful home
she’d rise with the sun
each night she’d set
a table fit for kings

dad the provider was a happy man
we weren’t rich but
we had everything we needed
everything and so much more

A Charmed Worm

Sigh I high, a busy, burning furnace,
scrolling lines with aching, grieving woes;
she, a charmed worm, wriggles, snorts,
while floating on a fluffy, velvety cloud.

My Breaths Greet Your Charmed Hearing

You hear the whistle
Plays a lure game from far wood
With a newborn leaf
Through the loving shadow path
My breaths greet your charmed hearing

She has a bracelet filled with charms…
Charms to remind her of what, where, when and who
In fact she has so many charms
She has not one bracelet…but two.

You see each charm has it’s own significance,
it’s own meaning only she can see.
Each one has it’s own story,
Ii’s own intimate memory.

Some of the charms were her grandmother’s
passed down and granddaughter approved…
like the woman from Hawaii
wearing a hula skirt that moves.

But most of the charms are hers.
There’s a shell, a peace sign, a musical note
Her sister’s name is on one…her grandchildren on another.
there’s even an elephant, and a boat

Each one symbolizing a moment in her life
a memory she has spun
and if you have the time
she’ll gladly tell you the story of each one.

I’ve heard their stories many times
often I stop and stare
as she tells tales from a time before I knew her
and others we have shared.

Yes, she has two bracelets filled with charms
and would you be alarmed
if I told you it’s not her bracelets
but her life that has been charmed.

She is 66 years young
with a host of memories yet to be…
And I wonder if it’s time to start
on bracelet number three.

Charmed

The day I first saw you,
I knew I could never lose you,
I felt a unique connection,
That it was going to last,
I felt I knew you from my past.

You, with an enchanting smile,
Though lured everyone around,
I felt like I was the only girl before your eyes.

Your musical voice,
Made me rejoice every second of my life.

You fulfilled my hearts desire,
My every wish come true,
You are my breath,
My heartbeat,
My love.
