Draw in those thick veils.
Fading flesh released to press -
thank you, rude magic!

The Blinds

My window blinds are very old
And all should be replaced.
I don’t like change but finally
Gave in, so I was braced

For brand-new working ones
That could go up and down, as well
As shut to block the sun.
(My old ones didn’t – can’t you tell?)

The windows had been measured,
Orders made and soon arrived.
Today installers came, but of
New blinds I’ve been deprived.

Seems the measurements were off
And so the new ones wouldn’t fit.
My old ones still can do the job
And I’m just fine with it.

Heat Blinds

Are the truly enlightened
able to endorse their success

Driven closer to the flame
—where heat blinds to reveal

Closed Windows and Open Blinds

To get in...
you have to wear a hat
And remove the cat, fool!
Stuck inside the pool
All blue, but the crew wearing red
Guys at the back whispering
"Are they true"...?

Oh no its gonna be a jam sandwich again,
Why does the morning have to start this way?
Breakfast and reading Lame acts on news
papers Cause I'm to afraid to be casted to jail!
Infamous me: diabolical being,
Hated the role, called agents
to alter my path so I walk straight!

Closed windows but opened blinds
Revealing strange people holding signs-
Stating! "we are all the same-
No need to hide senior citizen"
Edward grabbed a boomerang
Knowing if he tossed it at their heads,
It will return to his right hand!
Even though he threw it with his left.

Open Windows and Closed Blinds

Ernie oh look his early,
I see him through the window!
And so many paths but one self;
to reach the top its a head-shot,
Come and see, hallows on the streets:
Ghosts need to "cross" over!
Whoa! Light so hard to find when you-
been living in the dark for centuries,
Mummies miss there living babies!
So they coming, soul crying...
Yeah... yeah... yeah...!

"But we not the bad guys
Just the opposite side fighting the war"
What ever that means,
Its a struggle to survive, yet we fight
"Fight for what we believe in"
What ever that means, bloodshed:
Weapons are sold and billions are made
Boom! lives lost: those are the building
blocks for the next phase,
from the foundation to the roof
its a design: So they hire architects and masons!
Whoa...

Grandfathers and grandmothers
Owning lodges...
To grand-masters, dwelling in lounge's
Opening blinds to see through windows To get in,
remove all head gear!
Mind cleansed and its vivid like
Those colours in the 5th dimension:
We all have angles and I'm drawing a circle,
Protection first and satisfaction last
Out the door...!
So I cover my head, eyes unfolded
As I walk in this straight path.

Premium MemberLord the Sunshine Blinds Me

Lord the sun lite blinds me, my eyes blinds my eyes
It's no surprise Lord it blinds me, and I can't see
Lord the sun lite blinds me, my eyes blinds my eyes
It's no surprise Lord it blinds my eyes
Lord, Lord, Lord oh heavenly one
Father Lord my God
How far
Lord the sun lite blinds me, my eyes blinds my eyes
It's no surprise Lord it blinds me, and I can't see
Lord the sun lite blinds me, my eyes blinds my eyes
It's no surprise Lord it blinds my eyes
Lord God please be my covering so that I may see now
It's no surprise to me God that the Son binds me
God open my eyes to see

Snow Blinds

The snow blinds
   a massive ocean of white
stretching out across rooftops, trees, earth.
Early March storm
   a blustery nor'easter
laden heavy with rain and snow mixes.
The day pale gray
blinding with the thick deluge of white
thunder booms and lightning glisten in reflection.
Bowed down in submission
tree and branch genuflecting in surrender
to the weight of the snow accumulation.
The blanketed earth falls fast asleep
holding back the promise of spring
just a little longer as snow blinds draw close.

Pm Light Through My Blinds

"P.M. LIGHT THROUGH MY LIGHTS"

alone in this house
alone in this darkness
the water runs
the fridge hums
the footsteps from
my feet echo
my breathing is a
sonic boom
the rays of light through
my blinds upon my wall
alone in this house
with words so few
it's all I need to
know.

Premium MemberIt Blinds the Vision of Angels

It waits
It drills deep within
It sees the blood flowing

It finds the darkest places
It lives forever within
It blinds the vision of angels
It drowns the cries of your sins

It knows how to manipulate your conscience
It can rip off the flesh from within
It burns away at your feelings
It flames the doubts living within

You hear the sound of silence
You feel the pleasure of living
You don't ever see it coming
Invading your mind deep within

You see a reflection of a face
You know that's you; that's your skin
A shadow behind your lenses
You feel a difference; something else living!

You hear the door open
You hear the footsteps coming
You listen to the sound of your fear
A rage burns deep within

You stand in the dark to face it
But no physical form is standing
You turn on the light knowing
That your demon has climbed back in his skin
