Sitting on that rock
Like a suburban mermaid,
You look like a lost girl
With a long sad story to tell.
So honey, why don’t we
Mosey on over to Wide-track Town,
Where the freeways meet in purgatory;
There are singing hipsters there,
Dressed in the regalia of the deranged,
Sniffing salt through straws,
There are ten thousand latex surfers
Returning from the dead,
Returning from their brief sojourn
In the distant backwaters,
The yellowish green sulfur waters,
That seep into your bare flesh,
And send mad biting impulses
Straight into your seething soul.
Ah, yes! So, how long have you had that…
Pardon me honey, but,
Is that a bruise on your neck?
Or maybe it is the love-bite I recently
Gave you, as we rode in the back seat
Of a lavender blue 72’ Land Yacht,
Spread out fine under a blanket,
As Broten, up front, steered us down the long highway,
Through a lit-up suburbia,
Like a chrome dragon spitting smoke from its butt.
Kissing you, honey, is a meal unto itself.
Like eating electric spit
With a dash of salt!
Now is the time,
Now is the moment to touch you.
If you don’t want me to,
I won’t…
Sitting on that rock,
Just like a seducing mermaid.
So, honey, what exactly is your story?
Why don’t we mosey on over to Wide-track Town?
We can talk incessantly until the stars appear,
We can watch the latex surfers find nirvana,
And I can give your daring thigh,
My thirty-minute love bite.

Harsh Light

She walks in to the disco
Feeling pretty hot
Glances from the others
Tell her that she’s not.
Killer heels do just that
Lips a cupid bow
Drops her Prada handbag
Wrinkles start to show.
Downs a quick Bacardi
Drinking makes her bold
Confidence is growing
Away from her cuckold.

Geezers in the corner
Laugh into their pints
Quick one round the back
Better than a fight.
Twenty each, bet is on,
First one out the door
Get another round in
Won’t take long for sure.
Lads all start to cheer him
Barely heard above the beat
Sweat pours down his forehead
Glass beneath his feet.

Heads off to the ladies
Startled by harsh light
Best friend at her side
Two cougars in the night.
She looks into a mirror
Mascara down her cheeks
Wipes her eyes, full of doubt
The company she seeks.
Another bottled Breezer
The pain will go away
Think about tonight
How to make him pay.

First attempt, chat her up
Give out some on blarney
Flashy car, lots of cash,
Time spent in the Army.
Down in one, more to drink
Atmosphere is cool
Muscle flex, turns her nose
Starts to feel a fool.
Offers her a lift home
Does she want a ride
Drop off by the station
Should she keep her pride.

Love bite on the shoulder
Hopes it can’t be seen
Stomach churns with sickness
How stupid she has been.
Gets home Sunday morning
Feeling really cheap
Clock shows 4 am
Really needs to sleep.
Old man in drunken stupor
Whisky glass beside
Slithers into bed
Sleep is where she hides.

Later in the day
She’ll be chatting on the phone
Talking of the weekend
How she was not alone.
Was it really worth it
It doesn’t solve a thing
Bitter clouds descend
Floor begins to spin.
On the other side of town
Down another street
A wife is full of tears
Her husband is a cheat.

Cats are containers of
colorful personality.
A blue cat sits alone
looking at the floor before him.
His mind blank as,
a new sketchbook;
waiting for the artist within to,
paint him into a clown.

Red cats rage against life’s storms
and invaders in their yard.
Birds, squirrels and mice fear
the wrath of a red cat;
sharp teeth and claws are swift when,
propelled by a red paw.

Yellow cats have a tendency
to leave surprise gastric gifts
on your carpet, as much as possible;
always apologizing with their pale,
jaundiced eyes.

The green cat personality is rare.
You’ll find them holding it all in
until they get to that litter box.
Green behavior warrants a private box,
along with a nice treat.
Green cats, can’t stand a stench
and will scratch litter for hours
to slay a screaming smell.

The purple cats
see every opportunity for affection
and milk it.
Love emanates from their bones
and cuddling is what they do best.
When purple cats offer a hug,
you cannot resist.

Beware the polka-dotted cat!
A love bite will quickly become
piercing claws;
shredding an arm in seconds.

Pink cats are Coveted cats.
Children love pink cats
and carry them everywhere.
Their serene and constant purring
sings you to sleep, ever so gently.
A pink cats love is never-ending.

The rainbow personality,
is the comedian of all cats.
Light to dark and red to yellow;
the court jester of the species.
these side-splitting, laugh factories,
will never allow you to be bored.
Keep a camera handy;
rainbow cats are usually,
fabulous video celebrities

Love Bite

Love Bite
(Humorous)

A few minutes after an older couple
turned in for the night
the woman says to her husband;
“ honey you forgot to give me a good night kiss”
Without saying a word he gets up
walks to her bedside and gives her a good night kiss
then goes back to bed.

A moment later she says,
“ honey, you didn’t tuck me in “
Again without saying a word he gets up
walks to her bedside and tucks her in
then goes back to bed and gets comfortable
trying to go to sleep.

Now again she says
“ Honey, you didn’t give me a love bite
like you always do”
Now he is getting annoyed
but without saying a word
he gets up and starts searching around
the bedroom, in the bathroom
then back again in the bedroom.

His wife is waiting and wondering what he is doing,
“Honey, are you going to give me a love bite?”
Now he is really frustrated,
“ Don’t be so impatient dear,
I’m looking for my glasses
So I can find my teeth!”

Kept for preservation, iced and freezer burned inside and outside.
Faded and frosted in a foiled wrapper, unfold the sweet love bite.
Temptation defeats, a sweet-tooth, I concur, I ate the chocolate.

My First Love 1st Prize Award Wining Poem African Love For All Awards

My first love
is a whore

but i want her back
because she always had my back

when everyone
threw me back, barked, nagged disappeared
continuously on me

just because,
i try and cry to make them understand how i feel
about them

My first love
is a whore

but i want her back
because the love apple, love bite, and her loving
kindness,
makes me lovesick,
and unloved to other love birds, that promiscuously
convey my way,
to convict my heart.

My first love
Is a whore

But I want her back
because she has not false me
but she has inherently taken me the way I am

So I am also readily convinced
to take her the way she is
into my love life

My first love
Is a whore

But I want her back
for I now known
that those whom I took as the goal keepers of my
life 'my friends'

Imprisoned my affections for my first love,
overstretched my suspicion,
and tore my first love's glossy fondness, into
unscrupulous odiousness

My first love
Is a whore

but I will become a fishmonger
Just to fishnet her back into my life,

because I truly want back my first love
even if she is going to come back without her love,
but with her heart

that will serve
Just to see and be with her again

T Rex - a compendium

I asked the T Rex why he looked rather glum
He said I’ve this lovely sharp claw on my thumb
But life's such a b.itch
My butt’s got an itch
And I simply can’t reach my own bum

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

T Rex gave his lady a peck
She said honey please kiss my neck
He liked her all right
So he gave a love bite
And that’s when her head hit the deck

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Jurassic Park was too dear for us
We snuck in dressed all ‘stegosaurus’
We’re now not sure whether
That idea was clever
That T Rex ain’t gonna ignore us

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Tyrone was a tyrannosaurus
Who fancied a big brontosaurus
Her name was Gillian
Their love was reptilian
The details are too sordid for us

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

He hunted that Jurassic coast
For the primeval prey he loved most
The sky overhead
Went fiery red
Alas pretty soon he was toast

A Lustful Blossom

Under the crystal tree, an empty corpse did lie.
A loving melted pedal of the rose may sigh,
“You’re the most beautiful creature I’ve seen.
For no flesh resembles your feature, ivy green.”

A starry rose is adorned with a gold shaft of light
To accompany a flowering gait for her love bite.

She digs her claws into your skin upon a cold womb.
Despite encountering the thorns of the lengthy vines,
You are blessed with a bloom that alters many minds;
Most wondrous beauty captivates a scent you consume.

Down on your legs are sharp blades cutting through.
Up on your head are pedals of braids that which grew.

“Thou needn't weep my darling,
Stay calm and count the stars.
One, two, three, they’re falling,
In the depths of thy sweet calling.”

In a pond of blood she may give a kiss;
I shall sink to the far end of this abyss.

I adorn a lover after another goes;
Yet I am never truly pleased,
Thus I am destined to be a rose.
A lustful blossom. Forever seized.

Goth Girl

GOTH GIRL

Sitting beside two Goth girls;
Black hair, black clothes,
Black eyelashes,
silver studs in the knee-length boots,
pale daughters-of-Dracula complexions.

I could be in Whitby for a Goth convention,
standing on a crag
looking out on the cold North sea,
but I'm having a coffee break
from learning Swedish,
and the blonde thread running
through my thoughts
has been momentarily lost,
a shadow darkens the sun.

Sneaking a glance at her chill loveliness;
no fangs or love bite from the master
blemish her ivory neck,
and I laugh behind my newspaper,
laugh at the adult restraint
I have to honour,
laugh at the sentence,
Welcome to my castle!

She turns to look my way
but I have to get going
- Age before Beauty -
before the light of those eyes
makes me break
my thousand-year silence.

Premium Member Like You Want Me To

She to her lover:

My greatest gift to you
Is to “make love to you
“Like you want me to.”
I want you to guide me
To whisper it in my ear
Share with me your need
Let desires be freed
With the strength in your voice
Name me your choice
Show me
Teach me
It’s all about you
And what I can do
To take you there
There...to that special place
Of no time or thought
Just…that feeling
That has you reeling
Just bliss bliss bliss
With every kiss kiss kiss
With every taste and love bite
I’ll make it right
“I’ll make love to you
Like you want me to”
Let me….take you there
Let me….
Please you…
Tease you…
Appease you…
Release you…
Making fantasy come...oh, so true
Oh, my baby boy
My greatest joy
Is making you feel
Your kingship is real
Command
Understand
I’m at your beck and call
I‘ll give it all…
“I’ll make love to you
Like you want me to”

He to his lover:

Honey Child
My woman
MY…WOMAN
My mistress queen
I’ve dimmed the lights
To see desire’s sparkle
There in your eyes
The scent of brandied apples
From heated oil on ceramic ring
Heated by the light
Let it bring
That special feel
The scent of love
A slow burn
Heated…
Like I’m heated tonight...

To make your senses soar
I lock the door
And close you in
Only you and me, girl
The world is there outside
The curtains drawn
From night till dawn
“I’ll make love to you
Like you want me to.”

I’ll hold back my need
Till I see yours freed
Baby girl
Tell me
Show me
Take my hands
They only exist now
To work….
Yes, to work on you
To bring pleasure
Beyond measure
I’ll bring you to bloom
And make this room
Paradise...

“I’ll make love to you
Like you want me to”
Baby baby…just like...
Just like...
you want me to!

The Woman of My Dreams

The woman of my dreams is still undressed
in early morning woken up by light.
We make ourselves at home in this love nest,
convinced that everything will be all right.

The daybreak after fervent wedding night,
we´ll never quit this loving house arrest.
She´s stunning, lucky me, for gods a sight,
the woman of my dreams is still undressed.

With rapt attention watching how her chest
is heaving with each breath. She is of slight
and slender build, adorable at rest,
in early morning woken up by light.

Her perfect breasts are shimmering pure white,
I cuddle up to her without protest.
We cover tracks of nightly pillow fight
and make ourselves at home in this love nest.

The table full with greeting cards, the best
I´m paging through again. For me they cite
as evidence - no dream! - we slept abreast,
convinced that everything will be all right.

I spot on my left shoulder a love bite.
All wishes are fulfilled and each request,
the first time future, I believe, looks bright.
Can´t get my eyes off her like one possessed,
the woman of my dreams.

~ .. and Strangers Parted ~

The tightrope she tip-toed
between a lovers heaven
and fathers hell.

-----------------------------------------------------

Would he stand in a streetlight spotlight
bathed in neon pollen,
while she crept from her prison
hoping those old hinges
would not scream her passing.

High-heeled hobbling
along a road with many dangerous curves,
her only protection
a thin coating of trust
and a glow of expectation.

What girl is not a woman
in innocent shroud,
peeping through crochet
with naïve eyes
and raw illusions,
while wide-boys wait
for the song of a maidens hym(e)n,
knowing love bite crimes fade
in dawn chorus,

and her pillow
is all that will share her tears,
her sheets soiled
with little-girl-lost smears.

Into Me

Wafts, wefts of hopes, tangled
in life’s ribbons, all are clichés,
first date kisses; cowardly stolen,
diluted to colourless yarn.

Into myself;
Lawn of memories, dandelion bloom littered
insolently demanding attention.

Coat of bravado,
threadbare and excuses bleached;
yet comfortable.

No need to tie complimentary bows
to slip-on friends,
who are but existences hollow echoes.
They are broken bottles, discarded,
empty of substance.

I plagiarize hearts sorrow,
stitch it to coat-sleeve bravado.
Promises weaved into romances web,
until lies are love-bite branded.

My life; esoteric,
fashioned from second-hand words
lip-read from B-movies.

I look into my heart,
Hear emptiness echo
and can only marvel at how
loud my voice seems.
