Cutting Down Trees In Autumn

In Autumn chain edges destroy the trees' only air
She, while in their bark's raw breath infuse,
As if leaves underdone weren't truly everywhere
On Autumn's corset; within, her body's womb

A stolen breath
Gripped onto her corset
A leaf's first memory lasts first
The oak's years cut from giving her birth

She left in its ground spaces worth
falling for

She wore a caramel covering;
Her heart beats as a little one;
A jovial girl, lovingly cared for;
A mother's joy, a father's girl
Be that portion subject to trauma;
Yet still be a Holy Daughter;
A Daughter of a Holy God;
She is formidable:
She is a righteousness of a almighty God:
Selected Carmel Sister;
She wore a caramel covering which is her skin

An Angel Called Best Friend

An angel from heaven,
a fairy from a tale.
Her heart, bigger than
any kind of pain.

Peace or chaos —
doesn't matter.
With her by my side,
everything is better.

Her on my side?
Yes, she is!
Don't even know
how I deserve this.

But glad I am,
for sure.
Without her,
it wouldn't be the same anymore.

With a gentle hand

This is a classic story to share.
About the best grandmother ever
She was the person who truly cared.

Back when I was still a little girl
When nays are not that old
She buys me a wooden slipper.
Together we tend her garden

She's a good storyteller.
We are never bored with her.
She got our back when we needed her.
Every problem we have, she's always there.

She always carries her magic purse.
Inside there are lots of stored memories.
Bobbies pins, gums, receipts and more
Old notes, mirrors, even photos galore
Reading glasses and lipstick all in there.

Our grandmother has a magic wand
That makes us smell delicious air.
Cooking us our favorite meals to share
For every summer all her grandchildren
Will come to her house to gather
Our dinner is always full of laughter.

Everywhere she goes, I'm with her.
All the things that we do together
It is a memory that we'll always remember.
We all grew up with her love and care.

Sharing with every piece of her
The love she gave us is so rare.
In our hearts she stays with us through prayer.

Premium MemberA Beacon of Warmth

A force of nature, with a heart so grand,
She walked this earth, a light in the land.
Our Auntie Dana, fierce and free,
Like the hammerhead shark she loved to see.

She navigated life's deepest, darkest seas,
Finding solace and strength on her bended knees.
In the Bible, her compass, she found her way,
Guiding her through each and everyday.

For her three boys, her love knew no bound,
In their triumphs, her greatest joy was found.
Then came the grandkids, a new chapter to start,
Each one a treasure held close to her heart.

Aunt to so many and mother to all,
With laughter and cheer,
she banished our sorrows, our every fear.
Her witty humor, her infectious grin,
A beacon of warmth, from deep within.

Though she faced tempests and trials unkind.
A beautiful spirit, she left behind.
So let her memory live, a whisper on the breeze,
Among the vibrant, sunlit, whispering trees.
A testament to a beautiful, brave, and loving heart,
From which we never, ever, have to part.

Love you Aunt Dana, We will miss you!

CHUMKEE HAS DRIFTED INTO SLEEP TONIGHT

Tonight Chumki drifts to a gentle sleep,
And with her the poems their silence keep.
No murmur of verses, no whisper of rhyme,
The hours move slowly, unmeasured by time.

The stars look down with a softened gaze,
Darkness enfolds in its velvet haze.
No chatter of stanzas, no lyrical sound,
Only the hush of the night all around.

Dreams weave quietly in silver streams,
Guarding the doorway to tender dreams.
The restless lines lie still and deep,
For even the muses have gone to sleep.

Yet in the silence, a promise lies near,
That dawn will awaken the songs we revere.
When Chumki wakes, her smile will rise,
And poems will flutter once more to the skies.

Premium MemberOne That Got Away

It's been years since we spoken
Most things hadn't changed at all
Our youth had started to dwindle
But her beauty It could not fall

Back the we had big dreams
Though the we could change
I laugh when think about them
They are optimistic and strange

The one dream I had back then
The one I wished had come true
Was to be in love and stay forever
I wanted to spend my life loving you

To this day you will always be
That one lover that got away
And as I look at you right now
You're just as beautiful today

I'm your love and you're my soul

I am your love
And you're my soul
They are much adhesive alike
Making our hearts close

I heard our heartbeats
Sounding strong and loud
They are solidifying the toughness
In the boiling crowds

I could be a stream
You are of the flow
Together we're wandering in the fields
Growing love and souls

I could be an angel
Flying in the sky
Having you're around me
I always follow your guide

You're my love
I am your soul
we are together a scene
growing love and soul

Premium MemberHer Sigh

A sigh passed from her soft lips,
like ice cracking over the pond.
It was not for fear I trembled,
but for passion freed from its bonds.

A glance entreated from her bright eyes,
like a hunter’s horn across the fields.
It was not for pain I flinched,
but for the path I could not yield.

A caress lingered from her slender hand,
like molten fire on the plains.
It was not for anguish that I moaned,
but for the need I can't explain.

A warmth passed between us
from heart to heart and
through her hand.

When she pressed
against my chest,
I was lost before I began.
