Why do lovebirds cry

Why do lovebirds cry?
By: Ronelo Collamar
Two lovebirds bade goodbye
Amidst situations of hopelessness
Tearing each other's lucky day
All of a sudden, both were in dismay.
Beau's song was loneliness...
Deciphering his lover's act...
But no one knew when would
The right time be back.
Two lovebirds bestowed a vow
To love and live forevermore.
On their faces were embers aglow
Dazzling, shining bright anew
Betwixt uncertainties...
Stories told; stories untold.
Life is a bliss; love is a mess.
I heard the lovebirds' cry.
I heard the lovebirds' cry.
A cry for longing,
For loving,
For caring,
and for everything.
Longing for a companion,
A confidant and friend.
Loving not only for loving sake
Needs someone true and not a fake.
For the love so true,
For the lovebirds' cry
For one should know
Why do lovebirds cry.
