Two thousand ninety four

In 2094 the earth will change
The continents reunite
It may sound strange
But all the wrongs became right

Countries were left in the past
Climates on land were the same
No currency or cash
The words mine and yours never claimed

The soil was fertile everywhere
And an abundance of fresh water
Sickness became very rare
Animals no longer slaughtered

There were no clocks
No such thing as time
No doors or locks
Nobody knew of crime

No leaders, no rules
All knowledge was shared
No jobs, no schools
No one was scared

Shelters were constructed
Gardens were planted
No one was instructed
Nothing taken for granted

They depended on each other
With the animals they blended
Like sisters and brothers
Living life as it was intended

Dear Tanis, this beautiful fantasy poem really hit home for me as I am currently working on a science fiction novel with a few of these predictions. I only wish it was not 'fiction', but we can always hope. A lovely poem filled with peace dear friend. God Bless, Betty
