Tender days surround me

Tender tips of your tiny toes, Pink and soft and pure. Tender tips of your tiny fingers, Held in my hands sometimes raw. Your delicate sweet and lovely face, Glows towards my craggy brow. You pick me up because of your light, You draw me to your now. Tender tips of tiny toes, Beginning to explore. Explore the air surrounding us, I breathe for you once more. Oh child of mine I love you so, Relax now it’s ok. I know your watching over me, Last breathe, now on your way.
