Constanza

Sometimes I ponder

Sometimes I ponder what will be
As each new day goes spinning by
Too soon will come the day I die

I wonder at this mystery
What causes life to be like this?
To know what’s coming yet feel bliss

Some folk they look but never see
That’s why there’s so much pain around
Yet me such peace I now have found

This world seems full of misery
It seems like every one is lost
Progress it comes at such a cost

As I sit here just being me
I’m counting each breath that I take
Whilst sitting here beside the lake

I love to sit and watch a tree
As suns shines down so very bright
And me I just worship the light

When I’m aware I feel so free
Alive I feel so full of joy
Such beauty naught this could destroy

I love to feel this ecstasy
It fills my heart so full of love
As morning sun shines up above

Sometimes I ponder what will be
I wonder at this mystery
Some folk they look, but never see
This world seems full of misery
As I sit here just being me
I love to sit and watch a tree
When I’m aware I feel so free
I love to feel this ecstasy
