LYRIC MAN-CHAPTER 3

...So apart from some complicated times of road separation, this young couple was, as they say, "Living The Dream". But there was coming an unforeseen and foreboding.. long dark night. The kind of night so frought with angst and anguish that even the stars and moon hid. Before the black shadows of this terrible night passed, this happy little family would be shattered by unspeakable heartbreak. Within a season they would see their precious new born baby die and discover another young daughter had been sexually molested. Intense agony, that could not be defined or described with word's oppressed the parents like an impenetrable fog. Guilt and fear mocked them and the dreamy life they had once maintained. The writer's sweet wife became almost completely despondent.. a mere shell of herself, now only slightly resembling the fun, carefree, beauty he had known and cherished.

Finances were such that the writer still had to travel and pen glowing love songs. All while his world had completely flipped upside down.. and his treasured lover looked at him as if he were a stranger. Simultaneously, a Producer's daughter was coming on to him with a full court press. A woman, he had in the past described to his wife as.. the black widow (a black widow is a beautiful, but highly poisonous, female spider that mates and then immediately afterwards.. eats the satisfied and clueless male spider). Now, the song man was the seeming prey. Her powerfully seductive spell had been cast upon him like a spider's web.. and he was unfocused, lonely, and depressed.

The weary eyed writer of love, is trance walking toward the black widow's flat....

Heart break and sadness and the pulling apart as the black widow moves in with temptation. Feel the pain in this.

A gripping tale of loss, pain and temptation, Lyric Man. You got it all rolled into a suspense laden tale. Can't wait to read the conclusion. Hoping for an escape ending ... not fantasy, mind you. Rather, an escape into an elevated consciousness of bliss. A reality where hurt falls away like molting skin. Replaced by new, impervious joy. Hard read, but it was told w/such clarity of truth. Love and best wishes always.

Heartbreak and sadness seem to flow with intensity. A test that we’d rather not endure.

All comments echo love & gratitude toward you & your theme, LM. I will add that I was touched deeply that (female) lives become shells, when such 3D beings danced elegantly, with godly dignity, on the screen of the Universe (in youthful dreams). Sin or SUFFERING may be paint on the Canvas. Those who accept it - as Jesus did at Calvary - may find a Solution/SALVATION flow from Source. amen --shalom, shalom. Thx

I'm so sorry we would have to deal with even one of these tragedies, but all of them would be beyond comprehension. Thing is, we may get knocked down, but when we do get back up, we come back stronger. We don't quit. Waiting for next chapter. Hugs.

Only one who has been through similar situations could come close to understand the magnitude of, grief, agony, disappointment and betrayal that you have been through my friend, Lyric! I have been through many of the things you have been through but, thank God, not the loss of a child! God bless you my friend! Wish you your dark days are over and only bright ones wait for you! God bless you!
