The Zio Mantras

We are innocent
ze committed no crimes
Some one else did worse than us
there is more death over there
look there, YES over there, not at us
rape, slaughter murder and starvation
are ok if we put on our uniforms
ze lie then lie more then sugar-coat it with lies
stolen truths and stolen lands
Our holy book commands us so
ze hold up victim cards
look look what you did to us
called us to account
Jews everywhere, immensely disgusted
their name and religion hijacked by Zio Terrorists

Remember one thing
every accusation they make, Israeli a confession

Premium Member onstage, i want to turn to the band and say 'take me home, daddy'

it would be a last request, before the gallows
like baloo sings it
i'm being led there, the narrow path between the
faces of the people
my hands tied behind my back
the rope taut against the skin
and i'm going,
de-zop-ba-ronie
hap-da-dee-ba-lat
da-dat-dat-non
hey, a-baby-dot-doo
zaba-doo-doo-day-doo-bop
doo-boo-doo-day, ze-bonz
za-bop-bop-bobby

we arrive
i turn to the hooded executioner.
'take me home, daddy.'

Premium Member 'Poem of the Day'

   My aspirations mock me
     my 'poetry's' prose

When I 'sink' "I've 'got it now"
     ze toilet overflows

   My metaphor's hum-drum, similes stale
my allusions as delicate as Moby the Whale

My plots are just schemes, so are my themes
at night they turn dreams into screams...

Oh, how I wish just for once I could say ~
I've really truly penned 'Poem of the Day'

vhat be it
zat be ze
'soar-s' of
a past

the 'mow-meant' (uff time)...
was a 'bore-dome' cap
cleared that vhat
vas min(e)d uff
'thuh-oughts' zat then

'a-pier-id' as a 'free-dome'...
uff time to swim in
but my feet were
not un-sure as
ze ride had already

stopped and ze 'mow-meant' passed...
andt i vatched as
'the-oughts' were
becoming past
while 'few-sures'

became the new present and gift so any...
'few-sure' possibilities
be 'sew-wings' of
time persisting for
us to sew time
and quietly helps others and ourselves...

Love Speaks All Languages

Love Speaks All Languages

‘Je t’aime’ he whispered with passion
By the Seine with the moon bright above
It sounded so very romantic
French, they say, is the language of love

‘Ti amo’ declared the young Roman
As he courted his lady so sweet
Mario, though, was a real gigolo
And Maria he’d met on the street!

‘Ich liebe dich’ said Fritz to his fraulein
With earnest and serious intent
‘Ve shall march to ze bedroom heute Abend
Unt zen you vill know vhat I meant!’

In Japan it is rather a mouthful
When expressing so deep an emotion
‘Watashi wa, anata o aieimasu’ though,
Is always said with devotion

‘Se agap-o’ is Greek for ‘I love you’
And the ancients knew all the joys
Of loving and how to have fun times
Especially the men and the boys!

But whatever the language that’s spoken
Whatever the country or clime
Love is an eternal emotion
And we’ll express it time after time.

Ze French, they are haughty
    Kremlinites, vulgar, crude
  Le artiste charcoal sketches
    in the unvarnished nude

Brits keep a stiff upper lip
Pointy-shoed Italians think they are hip
  Ukrainians fight like the dickens
their stockpiles reduced to slim pickens

Snow White and Cinderella Humor Tale

They say that Snow White
fell out with Cinderella,
And with her she was clinging,
pulling her hair...
So said the maiden...
- She is as dry as a mango
in the mouth of a toothless gal.. !

Premium Member The Wrong Impression

There’s a talent show this evening at the RSPCA
Eight or nine impressionists are on the bill today
Some will do wild animals and some will croak like frogs
And a few, it seems, will do domestic cats and dogs

Well the show’s been on a while and the talent’s fairly rough
I’m thinking that I might go home because I’ve heard enough
The fella who just did a fish by flapping on the floor
Nearly made me leave but there are just a couple more

The last but one contestant did a half way decent leopard
My programme says this final act will do a German Shepherd
The audience responded as though they were sound asleep
When the guy took to the stage and said...

...‘Ve’re are ze sheep’

Absurd Proverbs - Cordel

Politics is smart on one side
but it's half luck for another
when you win it's hazard
when you lost it's sourish
I think so much Pirulin
I got the first mush
before giving to each other.

Who doesn't cry, doesn't breastfeed
still said the song
and Sir Jorge made a fool
he wanted to face the dragon
the beast was so naughty
took it from a mandolin
and went fishing in Nippon.

 All that shines is gold
says the law of my backlands
there the only shines so much
  as golden brown
Sivuca who was an alchemist
he added harmonica with pifa
 placed Sinata on the ground.

Slowly you go far
it was a communist motto
in Russian and England
and very futuristic lotto
Ze Lezin serious goat
wrote the package insert
and became capitalist.

Better two birds in hand
than two birds flying
best three lucky fart
than gas butane methane
so thought Napoleon
when he fell on all fours
in a serene afternoon...!
