Ang Alamat ng Edi Wow

Bakit at paano nga ba
Na ang tawag sa
Kanilang papuring kantiyaw
Ay “Edi Wow”?

Gumawa nang maayos
Gawain ay natapos
Pero di masaya
Parang kulang pa

Natalo ang kaaway
Natamo ay tagumpay
Pero kulang pa
Parang di masaya

Kung inggit o suya
Huwag nang magsalita
Huwag kang plastik!
Better huwag umimik!

Kung di mapigilan ang kaplastikan
Lumayo ka nalang sa kinaiinisan
Kung di mo tanggap ung panalo niya
Idaan sa tama ang iyong protesta

Mangusap nang direkta
Kung tapat at tunay ka
Huwag idaan sa ganyan
Ang BOSSes mong talunan

“Kayo ang BOSSes ko” – cnong nauto?
Binaliktad mo pa ang mundo!
Maraming BOSSes laban sa'tin

Happy Rain

I never thought it would be this way.
Me, lying in somebody's arms,
thinking," Wow... how did i come this
 far ? "
Lying here ,immagining A world where im
 free
Waiting for life to simply be .
Not Caring what people think or say,
Because maybe its suppose to be this way .
You can call me insane.
For all I care , i've allways lived in pain , so just let me enjoy this happy rain .
Maybe this isn't the end
Maybe its a moment where I can be free
With no limits to ecstasy,
A moment filled with dreams and memories.

Bessie the Cow didn’t care for the plow
Which her owner Pete was quick to avow

And not of pure bovine ilk
        Old Bessie didn’t give milk

Instead, she kicked the bucket and said Ciao

Oh wow it’s spring

Oh wow it’s the first day of spring
wow I haven’t seen the bees in so long
Oh I haven’t felt the heat in so long
I haven’t seen the butterflies in so long
But then I realize, oh wow I haven’t seen you in so long
In what season did I lose you?
Did you not fall in October
Did you not transition from a caterpillar into a butterfly
Did you not rest during your hibernation so that you can spring
Oh wow

Ms Lolo Wow-Wow Wood

Written By: D. Collins 10/23/25

Forgive me if I throw out this little flirt.
You're one of the most beautiful to walk planet earth.
Your confidence and posture is what any many should want.-
All of the necessary creds any woman would flaunt.

Don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with lookin' good.
That is why I had to add the "Wow-Wow" to the Wood.
You have kissable dimples and the most beautiful smile.
Prevent OGs like me from going out of style (Old Guys).

I just happen to find it totally ridiculous.
That God blessed one person with so many gifts.
This little blurb is just to give you some props.
That OGs have experience in knowing what is "HOT".

Ooh she Gally Wow We!

Tensing each minute she's jewel
Crafted with perfection
Ah marketers jewel
Shines like ah ruby
A red night sky
Each passing minute
As thyme goes by
As thyme goes buy

Flavorful the steaks
Smokey cigar filled lounge
Away from the fans
Away from the crowds
She smiles in admiration
The tulips bloom
Sweet the gesture
Our honeymoon

Now as I wonder
She is seamster
Bussing through the lace
Sweet satisfying
Ah smile on her face
I'm just waiting
No thyme to erase
A lovers minute
At ah lovers pace

She makes me oh she gally
Whoomp she do
Ah sweet minute
On our honeymoon
What are we missing
It just me and you
Romantic sounds
For just us two

I Finally Realized.

The Reason I Think
No-One Wants To
Have Fun Anymore...

Is Because They Can't
Have Much Fun
Around Me!

I Guess I'm That

Wow, enough

I'm fed up with the makeup
with the whole facade
Continuios lies they tell themselves
In an effort to look like they're in control
Trying to stand on sinking sand
without a fondation of truth
Believing to to be smarter or better
without an once of proof
It won't end until those
most effected stand
In hope in common sense they will enroll

I do not remember the first words in my heart nor the first ones that I uttered from my lips when I first set eyes on her 55 years ago back in the summer of '70. But if I were to guess, I think that I must have said, Wow!

Wow! Look at that smile!
Wow! What beauty to behold!
Wow! From where did she come?
Wow! Do I dare speak to her?
Wow! Could this be the one?

Well, anyway, two years later, we got married.
And having been married 53 years, here we are.
And I'm still saying, "Wow!"
Wow! I am so very blessed.

WOW Flavored

Written By: D. Collins 11/16/24

When I get down to business, I go to extremes.
Where everything I do, has yet to be seen.
I like it candy coated with a cherry on top.
Get it aggravated, so juices never stop.

Dig deep, sideways, and all the space between.
Put some WOW up in it if you know what I mean.
I like deep dish pizza with a side of olives.
No inhibitions and ready to scream and holler.

I like breast so soft it's like cotton candy.
Melting in my mouth. Who would blame me?
I like it sweet, mouth-watering and tart at times.
Like sipping from a cup at the top of the line.

Reality Wow What a Concept a song

Reality, wow what a concept
lifes provable facts
those incontrovertible truths
things that stick out and not fall in the cracks

Its subject to interpretation you see
describing the elephant for the blind
this part the leg,
that a tail, this part a trunk!! Divine!

For reality takes an observer
to set itself in the track
if that tree fell in the woods with no one to hear
did it make a sound of a crack?

Without perception, it's all contention
if it ever existed at all
and we are all running around with vivid imaginations on ground
till incontrovertible evidence is found

See it, touch it, document away
till the item in question is in decay
or maybe even obliterated away
the observation itself causing the obliteration to stay

And so that was how faith was born
for people to believe in others known truths
we didn't have to experience it first hand
we just had to trust like a youth

And from that comes charlatans
who mangle that truth for cash
and make the world a caricature
and history rewritten despite past

With no firm understanding of what is
or firm understanding of what was
people lose their compass
and look to god above
