Wow

I do not remember the first words in my heart nor the first ones that I uttered from my lips when I first set eyes on her 55 years ago back in the summer of '70. But if I were to guess, I think that I must have said, Wow! Wow! Look at that smile! Wow! What beauty to behold! Wow! From where did she come? Wow! Do I dare speak to her? Wow! Could this be the one? Well, anyway, two years later, we got married. And having been married 53 years, here we are. And I'm still saying, "Wow!" Wow! I am so very blessed.
