My Love For Dragons

Dragons, fearless and bold/
Creatures of legend/
The perfection of fearlessness/
High and mighty/
Their eyes piercing and cold/
Breaths of fire, tales of power told/
Soaring to heights undreamt by man/
The most powerful in existence, they reign/
It was awe inspiring/
When Satan transformed into a Dragon/
His true form adorned/
Majestic and fierce/
Kings of the skies/
With scales of armor/
And wings that rise/
They are the true rulers/
The beings of lore/
In their presence/
I love them even more/

The terrible annual winds
That condemns
The lusty Prairie Floor
On a gusty Spring Day
In a dusty Remembrance 
Of Youth
And what might be left of a Truth
We once prayed for 
And what is left is all the more
The Hope of a Hazy Horizon 

Sail the Unkept Sea 
Of secrets unforeseen
Dream of dreams undreamt 
Of failed obtuse lament  
And childish sentiment
That were but are no more
The Hope of a Hazy Horizon

Undreamt

dream about the undreamt
           because the rest is done 
                         beyond your concern

But Not Forgotten

Locked behind the doors of my heart,
good wishes sleep unsaid
Whose key I’ve lost and yet to find
…this lonely empty bed
With dreams undreamt and vacant nights,
the hours linger on
All hopes and tidings unfulfilled 
—and feelings all but gone

Soulfully Pray

Soulfully pray
And you won’t go astray:
With your bent knees’ offer of luminous ray
You always shall see as to not end up Satan’s prey
Nor the sought dish on his demons’ tray

With soulful prayers you sniff a lurking fray
That could badly discolour a day
And make a man like an ass bray,
All the way
Us readying for an undreamt-of sick bay
 Or a hospital’s bill we can’t pay...


So, with soulful prayers
You ‘ve started voicing your nay
To all barriers,
All of them ordering to get cut of your way!

Saturn

S Saturn whirls, twirls, in centrifugal dance
A Around in cosmic ecstasy
T Twirling, turning she’ll entrance.
U Undreamt fantasies woven in her 
R Rings, play out in 4/4 cosmic rhythm in
N Notes of click-clanking, tinkly, icy drums.

Memory of Promise

Promises I made on life’s pathway I haven’t kept yet,
they blow like dusts of crumbling dusk.
I tell spent sun, stop awhile to sink, wait,
don’t close the sail on sky to set until I finish my task.

Marooned memories lost in ashen lane of ebon night,
lie stranded in the bleak abyss unknown.
For pledged me I will invent new sunlight
to see the undreamt dream designed on dark horizon.

Neglect

Long-time neglect morphs into degradation

     A sad sight of a deserted dwelling; a burning eyesore

  Tantamount to sown seeds of dreams forgetting to sprout

              Unharvested fruits withering on the vine

              Undreamt dreams rusting like wet metal

           A sanctuary with no one seeking refuge there

     A garden without a gardener to tend it; growing weeds,

             all the planted seeds staying buried in the soil

An Unwatered Seed

An unwatered seed is simply a dream undreamt
   Quench the seed's thirst, and a dream will sprout
     Water the soil, lest your dream rots in the dirt
    An unwatered seed is simply a dream undreamt
    Turn on the garden hose and let the water spurt
  Plant and feed your goals, never leave em' in doubt

Homeless Holidays

The icicles that grow for years
and slowly cry then drop and die
in liquid pools of frozen tears.

The pain that builds within a lie;
lives that wait for want of love
and slowly cry then drop and die.

Prayers for kind hearts undreamt of
in a world of cold despair;
lives that wait for want of love.

No shelter from the winter air -
longing for a warm embrace
in a world of cold despair.

Where they're gone without a trace,
hopes that freeze before they drip,
longing for a warm embrace.

From this world they gladly slip -
the icicles that grow for years;
hopes that freeze before they drip
in liquid pools of frozen tears.

In Every Forever

This magic morning held me close to the
Beginning of  FOREVER where there are suffering dreamers
It  was  then I knew all that I would ever know while new
Bright clouds formed I lay in comfort  Of the
Warming in the glow  Of the DAWNING.

In every forever  content and  contemplating to
The extent of  never trading  this life.
Treading  strange waters  where  spirits of
The  dreams undreamt spoke to me
Issuing  this decree, yesterday is the PROMISE 
Of  TOMORROW and the  LOVER  Of 
DESTINY  lay within you.

Cradled In a Crescent Moon

Cradled in a crescent moon;
babes that haven't reached the womb.

Snuggled up in undreamt dreams;
puppies, hugs and candy themes.

Angels singing lullaby's.
Love's light twinkles in their eyes.

Some are lasses, some are lads,
waiting for their moms and dads.
