My heart stripped bare

Each day, you make my heart race a long mile,
Yet you've always deprived me of your smile,
Your neglect and your frown work hand in glove,
As if that’s the price I’ve to pay for love.

Each of my words, to your deaf ear they land,
Why don't you want to kiss my shaky hand,
And send a cold thrill down my weakened spine,
So that my life might regain all its shine.

My heart is designed for just only you,
As is the warm blood that runs in me too,
Each strand of my hair declares your beauty,
My heart has turned loving you its duty.

My lungs breathe just the freshness of your world,
All over my face your true love unfurled,
But for how long will I ache for your care,
When your love has stripped my longing heart bare.

Stripped Down

"Stripped Down"

Stripped down
the external shed,
snakes aren’t what you think

stripped down
the external shed,
skins hung on a beam

overhead,
hanging souls
and their fangs

penetrating

Stripped down,
you hear me now?
Stripped down

inside
outside,
upside down

Stripped down,
what you looking at now?
Reflection

inside
Light,
outside

power

Stripped of Verbs

Stripped of verbs

last night i slept with myself
i hugged and kissed before sleep.
In the middle of the night I was pushing myself off the bed,
There was no room and I wanted to step aside.
From my body, letters flowed,
I tried to squeeze my breasts so that somehow I wouldn't lose,
The words I would whisper to myself before falling asleep,
But my nipples were incapable of keeping marks
Teeth broken in a hurry.

Between me and myself I put the verb: "Shoot!"
And I pulled my buttocks closer
So that I can feel the blood running rebel
To the column of pulsations that ruled my body.

I sat down next to Me
And I was kissing my hair:
You know, we should be between our clothes more often!

Premium Member Stripped of Self, the Soul Residing

Stripped of self, the soul residing
Ego shorn, here now [to be] reborn,
Searching for new dimensions abiding
From eternal god-presence is torn.
Finding new existence in human form
Resurrected and renewed in purity,
Bringing what it values as a norm
Time and space, another life its destiny.
With a forgotten past ne’er to recall
Embracing the eternal Godhead spirit
In times primeval before the great fall
Listens for the inner voice, to hear it,
While experiencing lessons of truth
Then wills to live in spiritual solidarity
Hopefully, reorienting through youth,
Becoming more prepared for eternity.

Premium Member Stripped Naked

"Stripped of a physical body,
[individualistic] mind stands naked,
revealed startlingly
for what it has always been;
the architect of our [shared] reality."
Sogyal Rinpoche

Stripped of a spiritual mind,
bodies lie nakedly dis-potentiated,
undominated,
indomitable,
undomesticatable,
de-commodified,
startlingly unveiled
for why we have always evolved here
in regenerative Earth's life-giving environment,

Historically revolved
and culturally regenerated
through DNA bicameral dynamic reiterating spirals,
bilateral nature/spirit animation,
humane/divine co-inspirations

Unfolding

prefolding
dipolar co-arising folds

Composing

uncomposing
precomposing
this fractal-binomial structure
for systemic ecological restructuring
of each moment's regenerative/degenerative
empowering/disempowering
enlightening/dissociating potential

Ego/Eco-systemic rebecoming,
becoming
unbecoming
precoming,
coming

Autonomously stripped
atomic synergy,
embodied longing
within multiculturing waves
of co-arising integrity,
naked mind belonging

Premium Member Lives Stripped of Fun

Living on the street
disheveled and beat:
they're labeled abject losers,
unkempt, filthy freaks
without baths for weeks,
street thugs and drug abusers.

From homeless beggars
to teen bootleggers:
caring souls can feel their pain;
and offer up change.
An award exchange:
though their paths won't cross again.

So much damage done
to lives stripped of fun,
now forced to live on the street.
Alone, without friends;
no chance for amends,
exposed to the cold and heat.

Premium Member Stripped of Their Land

Indians were once stripped of their land
An unconscionable act that's hard to understand
In this day and age
We've turned the page
But can't help being ashamed of the history firsthand

Stripped

Creature by creature even leaf by leaf
the diverse world we knew is being stripped;
stripped by wind, by fire, by acid beneath,
dissolved in the seas. Polar ice has dripped,
glaciers slipped, forests are ripped. Companion
creatures now displaced, with no sheltered lair,
are exposed by humankind's expansion;
laid on an altar of growth. Do we care?

Last Thursday as we stripped the Altar bare
to mark the passion of our Saviour Lord,
other creatures crucified formed my prayer.
Can ripped and stripped creation be restored?
If we who've trashed God's gifts and caused such pain
showed our sorrow, would he trust us again?

You Stripped My Gears and Left Me Shiftless

Driving down the highway,
90 miles an hour,
trying to get back to you,
so I could give you flowers.

The truck she was purring like a kitten,
sweet sounding as she could be.
Sometimes seems she knew,
we were headed home you see.

What a wonderful truck she is,
never to give me grief,
always ready in a flash,
to my great relief.

Then all of a sudden she starts a knocking,
heard a rattling as well,
and all I could think was
" what the h***".

Then she starts slowing,
no matter how I pushed her.
Next was a big ole' BANG,
and she says whoa mister.

"You stripped my gears and left me shiftless"
Now you gonna pay,
so don't come back knocking,
for a roll in the hay.

You ain't gonna get it,
ain't coming back to you.
So keep on trucking,
in your truck so blue.

Premium Member Stripped of Her Assets

Sue posed nude on the cover of Fforbes
Shocked neighbours saw her massive pink orbs
Her old father went mad
She said "Don’t worry Dad,
You'll feel better once the shock absorbs"

Pure fiction as 'Forbes' is a business magazine
Ff was deliberately used to make the name sound upmarket like the name Audrey FForbes-Hamilton from a British Sitcom 'To the Manor Born'

Premium Member Autumn Stripped Bare

Autumn’s pretty dress drifts slowly to the ground
She shivers as the rich russet robe gently falls
Her dress dances in the breeze, making a rustling sound

It floats down leaving a crunchy blanket under our feet
We must wait for spring until her green dress is complete

Autumn’s glorious colour fades and soon winter calls
Nature’s ever changing beauty is such a wonderful treat
I adore how the seasons transform our countryside around
