Stewards
Stand guard
Secure in place
Serving as loyal soldiers
Selfish souls like weeds wither

New form called, alphoppet
I know I told you to step forward
You know you'd acted Today's Coward,
Your right cheek scratching then moved backwards,
For my command plain bleak eyes upwards,
Still, you long to be Green Scene's Steward,
Come service with plans to drive onward...
You seem not he who'd keep smiles broad
With piled-high unwashed plates worse than sword
To say: you'll deliver is like fraud:
Who wants you a patient in some ward?
For jobs that won't one give minutes' rest
Failing to qualify just the best...
A diabetic to his steward
On the table is your sack letter,
Beside my unfinished tea, no better;
Four photocopies of it in my file,
Their original to be collected by you;
Sure evidence that your stewardship was all rubbish
And that, henceforth, I would to you be snobbish.
Your offence was the many sugar cubes in my tea,
For which I had painfully continued to pee;
A bizarre blood sugar level from the lab!
Pictures of my grave finished off with a slab!
Yours was a clever murder move,
My ceaseless tremors there to this prove.
You‘d tried to my door unbolt to an undertaker
And my journey begin back to my maker.
You may now go to my sitting room
For your last wage
But don’t fail to storm my bedroom
For your luggage.
And, please, do forget my clothes in the Laundry,
For even now, they badly sense my quandary.
Propped by God’s might
soul seeks light glow
shines bright with peace.
As good steward
I forward march
toward Christ’s prize.
*Philippians 3:14 I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.

Do you satisfy your wife?
Let me do that to her
Things like that happen here
Nobody thought odd of it
Not even to the pissed couple bonking
In the school yard after hours
All the town's folk were this way
Thirsty and drinkers all the time
It was sort of local pride
Just like nailing a hole
Lots of dirty warm beer
And skanky holes
That type of town
Awesome people

Bar Steward Town 1 (for Debbie)
What they did to Debbie was beyond compare
Anywhere else except in this damn town
A real lady came from afar to heal the sick
Persons unknown took her happiness
Did their despicable act and slew her life
They respected her religion by crossing her
But not her body by using two big knives
Two decades on the killers are free
Just showing that you can escape justice
And get away with murder in this town
One day karma will intervene
And set Debbie free
All that is right must win
All that is wrong will lose
Bar Steward Town
Karma judges all
What type of mother pimps out her own daughter?
Bar Steward Town
They do it in this town it helps feed the hordes
And put illegal weapons on the table weed
Class A drugs and stolen goods are bought and sold
To sell on for further gain more crimes carried out
Adding to illicit gains from the sex trade
A buck suck and the cheapest in town
If you take advantage of this service
You perpetuate this and make it worse
Bar Steward Town the UK's worst
Nowhere comes close to this where a mum
Pimps out her own daughter for cash
And doing it herself the best teacher
This is the way it is generation to generation
Will the daughter's daughter be the same?
A certain type of person lives in that town
Bar Steward Town a breeding ground for nasties
Especially the male species who are thugs
Doing unspeakable things to people
I've experienced their malicious ways
And nasty spiked words with intent
Take a certain individual who worked with me
We did a job fixing buses in the big garage
He was a total er who deserved to be culled
His poison infected everybody including me
I'm glad I only have memories of him
They go in this poem for him and his type
Beware of them and don't give an inch
They only respect themselves and their aims
You are nothing to them as are their own kind
They are negative self centred bar stewards
Each living in a world revolving round them
The town breeds certain types of people
It must be something unknown in the water
Especially the male species in this town
Never ever trust them or their aims
Bar Steward Town 7
In the town they built pubs and bars and clubs
Before they built the houses to cater for the needs
Of the nutcases and hardmen and their gals
Who inhabited the place for they were all thirsty
And needed a drink or ten before the next fight
Or before going off to work in the mills
Or digging the canals or making train tracks
They were a bunch of hard bar stewards
Who you never ever messed with unless
You were one of them and of equal hardness
Cut form the same cloth and millstone grit
Quite unlike any other men in any other town
Simply the hardest and least girly of any men
They proudly lived in Bar Steward Town
And wrote the history books on being hard
As God’s steward*
March forward then
Toward service-heights…
Ward off self-gains.
Propped by God’s might
Seek truth’s light glow
Shine bright with bliss
Fight for the right!
*Luke 12:42 And the Lord said, Who then is that faithful and wise steward, whom his lord shall make ruler over his household, to give them their portion of meat in due season?

I humbly regard God’s standard
Ascending with faith’s might upward
Worshiping Him with grateful praise
Serving the Master by His grace
As His called, upheld blessed steward*.

Steward
labours well
as Christ’s servant*
…minister who’s faithful...
God-called!
*2Timothy 2:24 And the servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient.

Has he who enthrones no power to dethrone?
Earthly glory never lasts. Its state
Is inconsistent like seeds down
And be the watchman: be wise! No power perpetuate
Lest, when the Master returns, he will demand
Full account of your stewardship
If wanting be: he chides you. He may demand
A worthier servant over your place, his vine and sheep.
But who am I to resist His call if such He tells:
'Come, follow me and henceforth, my services crave
I should worship Him whose sovereignty rules
Even Him alone should I serve
'Tis true, He will ignite my zest
He'll grant my feeble heart rest.
Good Steward
We all wanted a lot of money
That brings much honor and security
It will lead us to fame and glory!
And will alleviate poverty and vanity.
Though it will give us a fleeting happiness
Money is the source of evil and timely conflicts!
It corrupts the heart and poisoned our minds,
When spent for wickedness
Let us be a good steward of money,
Share it to the poor and needy!
Always seek for God’s majesty;
Invest it to the bank called, eternity.
we must find our way
In this place of earth and sky
to be a steward
of the riches so bestowed
before time has passed us by
