The Wanderer Stands Beneath the Sky

The sky does not explain itself
It simply opens.

The wanderer... quiet with ash and memory
Does not ask it to.

For there is a wind that knows his name
It never speaks it aloud.

As together, they walk...
Not forward, but further.

MY BABY

My baby Fumi
She never  fools me
She always gives me butterflies 
In my tummy 
She's so funny 
But not cunning 
She's just like my mummy 
She always stands for, by and with me.

She always puts me
Under detention 
Without pressure or tension 
But just to gain my attention 
Because I take her to different dimensions

God stands in our midst upon His light
So bright along salvation of eternal security-might
That guides us toward service

Time Stands Still

They say time heals all wounds,
But these wounds aren’t healing,
Time is supposed to ease the pain,
But pain is all I’m feeling.
Even though 3 months have passed,
I’m reminded of that Saturday,
When I said goodbye to you,
Time stood still that day.

We started out as strangers,
From strangers to best friends,
But how do we go back to being strangers?

The Faded Garden Swing

If the flaked paint on the old swing 
could speak, it would tell stories of 
days long ago,
Of children's laughter and their bare, 
muddy feet, 
Of fireflies caught and imprisoned in 
empty jam jars, 
Like the fireflies, my memory flickers, 
trying to recall who lived across the 
street.

The Prince Stands Tall

Ah, behold
Prince William in uniform,
chiseled chin held high under ceremonial sunlight,
a speech polished like his medals,
echoing across parade grounds
as cameras hum like obedient bees.

“Duty, honor, courage,”
he proclaims,
as if reading from an antique scroll
dusted off for dramatic effect.
Crowds swoon.
Generals nod.
Newspapers burst into patriotic confetti.

And somewhere, in mahogany offices,
other leaders lean forward—
inspired, invigorated,
tugging at their tailored lapels,
murmuring,

No truth stands out omnipotent

Almighty, his Majesty, the lord
I am not sure if you are present and listening
Many masses prayed from morning to evening 
For your guidance, protection, and support

I, today, declared that no creeds stand out
As omnipotent as a condition of your being 
People must acknowledge what they are doing
To rely on understanding and skills that they got

Hope stands still

Flames of fury scorch the sky,
Drowning out each tortured cry.
Amid the chaos, hope stands still,
Gazing at a glow on a distant hill.
Life fades away while love cries out,
Hope stands unshaken as the light dies out.

Israel, Weeps but Stands

Israel weeps beneath a wounded sky,
where prayers once rose like incense,
now swallowed by fire and dust,
buried beneath the weight of fallen stone.

The streets hum with ghostly echoes,
laughter turned to silence,
dreams turned to rubble,
love turned to names carved in grief.

A mother clutches a child's shoe,
the other lost in the smoke,
a father’s hands—once builders—
now dig through ruins,

Grass grows so fully green
field upon field blade upon blade
but one day the grass will wither
each blade carefully and specially made

A flower grows so full of colours
with highs and lows in every stem
such fragrance on every corner
so beautiful to look upon these gems

It's like any seed sown in the ground
when it grows it blooms bright
but

Where Time Stands Still

In that timeless realm, O Cosmic Sister, our love at the helm, where time stands still-
our love becomes the canvas, 
the enzymes, the film.
Each fleeting heartbeat -a brushstroke, ballast,
as devotion paints the sky "magnifique", 
eternal hues, in her eyes, a sparkling dye, 
in divine critique.
Forever entwined in the sacred weave, are we, 
pointed out 
accusingly-

Kindness stands

Uprightness and kindness stands
They speak to your heart 
Your heart clouded by anger
Anger and kindness
Separate paths to virtue

Gideon Stands Guard

The moon, a charcoal smudge, hangs low and dim,
while stars, like pinpricks, pierce the black night.
Clicking crickets creates a raucous hymn,
and katydids whir on new wings to take flight.

A yellow bulb's honeyed glow makes a homey sheen
until a timer flicks a switch turning off the light
and letting darkness rush into the tranquil scene,
making baby goats

Unity In The Stands

In crisp fall air, a crowd's joyful football roar
Trump stands with a smile, a leader to adore
With banners flying Army, Navy-- the rivalry's fierce
A moment in time, where spirit won't cease

TRUTH STANDS ALONE

No mystery here.
I’ll speak the truth,
Whatever that truth may be.
Some say truth is relative.
How can that be the case?
What’s relative is our personal slant
Seen through a particular shade.
Truth stands alone.
It doesn’t change.

"Truth is like a lion.
You don't have to defend it. 
Let it loose...
It will defend Itself."

Facts can’t be manipulated.
Beneath all structures
The Matrix stands unmoved.
