Forget Me Not

They all wanted to be
     “Real men”

So off into the cruel seas they go
In a big scrap of metal..

Might as well be going to their coffins..

And so they did, i never saw them again..
And when i think of them,
all i can see is the pain and
 suffering they had been experiencing

I wanted to be a real man too.

So off into the fields of sand I go..
The skies were a dark indigo.

And i look down at the ground below
 My feet
And I see

A small blue forget me not..
 Lying dead on the sand..

And then I too, lie on the sand..

I have fought wars in my head
 And wars with my gun
I have buried my friends
 Because they wanted to be
 “Real men”

Forget me not solider.
For i am your dearest friend

The solider called Rainbow

Running
And a hiding
In the water he would float
No one knew when he'd strike
Bow and arrow no joke
Overturning the odds he fought until the end
War he thought it was but it would end in peace again!!!!!!!!

Premium Member SOLIDER WAR CRY

A Veteran’s story
Past life in the military
The Army
Dreams tormenting thinking at night of ammunition
Orders of precision
Standing at attention in position
Military duties straight on the battlefield
War is real
Cries of Soldiers that died in the frontline
All I saw was ashes of war
Devastation of destruction
Dreams turning into awakening nightmares
The thought being the Soldier made it through
It wasn’t an easy task
War was long and uncertain
Time became an overcast
Smoke from war like a darkness endless
Sleep was twist and turn
Out in the hot sun felt like a burning urn
Soldiers everywhere lived through that
Cries continue as if still on the battlefield
Order circumstance
One’s life given another chance
Remembrance of war
Wounds and scars will always carry
Awaken
Soldiers always remember
Even during slumber
Cries forever
The battlefield on my mind
Soldier salute out.

Surprise Attack

I’m sure no army prays for it:
It’s a soldier’s safe throat slit!
From behind a troop Rat-Tat-Tat,
A soldier would slump plus his hat…

Popularly, a batch’s ambush
Against them laid in a bush:
Something for which one makes retreats;
To withstand one a thousand feats!

But staccato shots won’t let you:
Fusillades of gun-fire that chew.
If one survived it Hero
But the chances often zero;
Israel had braved Black September’s
Till date a stunt Dad remembers…

Jacob’s sons swooping on Hamor:
The Rapist who’d whopped their sister,
The act to them saddest humor:
They’d chosen, first, blister!

If you had a surprise attack,
Some eyes had been watching your track,
Then tried to commonsense rack:
For the weight lift of clean and Jerk!

Poem 9 God's Precious Soldiers

Listen up precious diamonds
Oh beautiful women of God
Like it or not we are in
God’s military force.
Things we fight for include righteousness, love,
Joy, peace, and true godly justice which includes mercy.
Things we fight against include deception, greed, sin, hurt, depression
And yes one of our orders are to help those who want to die feel different
Let them know that Jesus already paid the cost so they don’t have to and that they are loved.
Jesus is our Commander in Chief, The Holy Ghost is our internal guide, The Bible is our manual our basic instructions before leaving earth, and the good men and women ministers of God are our high rank officers.
We are loved, we are worth fighting for, we are worthy of fighting with which is why Satan fights us tooth and nail with failing attempts to destroy the women of God. So let’s put on our battle gear and keep him in his place.
Time to rise up women in the army, navy, air force, marines, and all other military forces of the Lord because Satan and his demons attacks from everywhere and we must be prepared and still be beautiful while fighting and living our lives.

He Is Not a Solider

He is not a solider, but he works for peace.
He stays afar to build new dreams and hopes for his loved ones. Holding handful memories of happiness and longing to look his gems, as a hero to his daughters. Strangling all his dreams for love, with a smile in the unknown land.

     billowing hands with
earnest eyes departs with hope
     ~to build new future

Returning Soldier

Dedicated to a dear friend, who felt let down by a nation he helped to protect, and was honoured to serve.

An innocent mind — ripped apart,
Like a Ripper’s victim,
Bleeding in the dark.
The light drains from his eyes;
He’s losing his spark.

This is the mindset
Of a tortured soldier —
The war is over,
But the battle smolders.
His spirit is lost,
Fear still clings,
Every day haunted
By death’s cold wings.

He’s tired of wrestling his inner beast.
Dark thoughts pierce him —
Judas at the final feast.
The beast impales him;
No hope, no release.
Inside he’s shattered,
His soul — deceased.

His emotions rot beneath his skin.
Familiar pieces leaking out within.
A face with no joy,
A heart drowned in sin —
Only twenty years old,
And missing a limb.

A boy who once bloomed,
Petals soft as a rose —
Now bleeds hate and despair
Through every vein he knows.
Outside he’s harmless,
Inside he’s cold —
A condemned man
Whose heart won’t grow old.

Fallen Solider

Fallen solider
My,
how you fought,
All or nothing
Nothing
at all.
Now you stand
at heavens
door.

Thinking of You

A Letter of a Dying Solider

Dear love,
There are no words that could tell you how my soul feels about you
No sentence that could capture my love for you
No paragraph that could make you understand what my spirit feels when I am with you
You are life itself, you are love and the reason I am here
To protect you, to keep you safe so you never have to cry again
I long for your sweet embrace
Your warmth, your smell the glow of your face
The sweetness of your voice haunts my dreams
I want you, I need you, you are me and I am you
And with that hope we are never apart
I am sending you this letter so that you will always know how I feel for you
To give you some comfort that you are my life
Whether or not this is my last letter is up to you
Love always Your HeartBeat

Writing a Letter To a Solider

I’m writing a letter today to a solider that I know
To let him know how I miss and love him so
And when he returns to Colorado springs
He will see that he is my everything
And with him I have all I need, yes indeed So
Tommarow morning I will mail this letter that will read something like this
Dear David, I cant wait untill you come home,
Because I miss you so much and sometimes when I am afraid I pretend you’re here with me
Like when I feel alone and I hear the phone ring my heart sings hoping it is you
Calling to say Jane I love you and miss you too,
Yes I do , Just know I will be coming home sometime soon,
So tommarow night I will be alright I will just stay home and sit by the fireplace
Daydreaming of you imaging I see your face while I think of what it will be like
When you finaly call to say, Jane I’m on my way home, and I have miss you so ,
And yes I know you have too ,
Because you love me and I love you,
Yes I love you, I love you , I love you so
Oh I’m just siting here writing a lettter to a solider that I know
To let him know I miss and love him so.

Broken Solider

The broken solider coming home
From the war
With a parade just for him
You see him shed a tear
Thinking they tears of joy
But his
Crying for those unsung heroes who fought
And lost they lives
To save there country’s
They where his friends
They where his brothers
 but know there gone
taken away from him
From hot lead shot by his enemy
But all he can do is just shed a tear and march on .

A Christian and a Solider

A Christian and a solider, they both seem the same to me
Fighting for Jesus Christ, just trying to get others to see

A battle that we just can’t let the Devil win
We must stand on the front line and fight off all the sin

Just because an army of darkness is coming our way
We must hold up our shields of faith, plant our feet and stay

For the Lord is on our side, fighting with us too
And with His help, there is nothing in this world that we can’t do

But are you a solider out on that battlefield today
When you see a fellow Christian down, do you help him up or walk away

Are you fighting for everyone’s life; their salvation
We don’t have much time, it says so in Revelation

Is your armor nice and shiny, or is it tarnished and gray
Do you stand beside others no matter come what may

Do you flinch at gunpoint, or do you stay tall
Do you have a firm foundation, or do you fall

As Christians we have this privilege of going through this battle together
Drawing others to Him; getting to live forever

Just remember one day we’ll stand in front or our Master, our Lord
How many times did you draw YOUR sword

Last Solider To Die

Today we remember all the
brave men and women who
have died in wars.

What is so sad is
some one has to
become the last
solider to die.

In every war just
before they sign
the treaty to end
the war,

some poor solider
will be killed,
those people
we should also,

think about on
this special day,
which was started
on November 11, 1918,

the day they signed the
treaty to end the war
to end all wars,
but has since,

to honor all people
who have died in
all wars, lets
remember our,

brave soldiers who
have died, but also
the ones still serving
in the service now,

and to remember
all the soliders
who became the
last one to die.

This Solider Is Tired

I hate this, I'm going crazy, I'm finally breaking down I'm suppose to be this solider who
never blows her compolser. but its hard taking it all in and not saying anything back I'm tired
of not speaking up....I'm tired of not fighting back. the criticism, the ridicule I'm tired of all
that.....I just don't think I can deal no more. I'm tired of being treated like a kid, I'm tired of
being treated like the one that will never amount to anything, this solider isn't going to put up
with it. its too much and I'm sick of it. I'm falling all apart and there's no one there to put the
pieces back together, im tired of getting hurt but im also tired of hiding the pain. I' tired of
staring into the faces of those who want to see me fail, this solider is going to stand up and
speak her mind....this solider is tired of pretending to be happy when she just wants to
scream, yell, shout it all out shes tired of not being heard, no one listen's, well like beyonce
said "you should have listened". cause know im sorry to say but this solider is tired and no
longer will she not be heard, no longer will she be criticse and just let it go.....

Another Solider Fell Today

A young man fell today,
someone's son or maybe
a father, brother, husband,
he gave his life for his country,
will anyone remember him?

At one time he did things
all children do, just have
fun and make dreams
of what would be someday.

War is a terrible thing,
to come to young people,
there has always been wars
and will be to the end of times,

but why, oh why do these
young people have to die?
To be taken from us at
so young of an age.

In memory of our brave men and women who
have given their lives in every war,
since the beginning of time.
