Walking Through Autumn Winds

Leaf flies in the wind,
Seems like a bird's silhouette.
Coldness of autumn
Overtaking my body
As I walk down my own street.

The noumena

flow of life rolls on
in time overtaking
deluded dreams
whereupon remains
the void of silence
infinite and vibrant
luminescent and still
defying delineation
the noumena

A Boatload of Lims

A boatload of lims I scribbled last night Came flying at me in a blinding light Overtaking my soul Had no control Eliminated the ones that weren't too polite

Driving Anger

Anger and love
The two vehicles in traffic
Taking the long route of life
Anger overtaking love the case
That’s going to end up in accidents
Love to proceed forward
A safe incident

Him

The warm, gentle touch of his hands on my cheek,
renders me speechless, under the spell of his gaze,
as if peering into my soul were of a simple matter,
slowly overtaking every doubt, I once held within.

Warrior

Wild, he called me a tornado;
a whirlwind out of control;
Raging against adversity
ravenous, he could feel my war;
Instantly the wind was blowing
overtaking the entire sky
residue of just how I missed you tonight.

Une Nuit

The fragrant air settles
Overtaking us
The sun behind us
The sound of water
Ripples and waves
In our ears
As we sit
On the wooden dock
Darkness surrounds
Leaving us
Alone with the stars
Midnight sky
Shiny starlight
Brings us heaven
Beneath
A cover of velvet.

Jones

Begging, pleading just one prick.
Engulfing, overtaking, degrading.
Please just once,
Make that plunger plunge.
Make me throb, make me bleed,
Let my body feel relief.
Plunge it in and pull it out.
Lifes desintergration in one shot.
Roll the dice weither you like it
Or not

Unstoppable

nature's love potion;
pure animal attraction
overtaking us,
builds, then begs for sweet release
one can't stop the falling rain

It's a Strange Place

It's a very strange place
when in dreams I chase
phantasms,
a figmant of imagination,
or an apparition of warning
from my soul,
seeing what is hidden
from the light
of day.

It's a very strange place
and only an illusion
of madness
overtaking all the senses,
crossing the line
of reality
into the realm of shadows
that only I can
dream.

Lickety Split

Long ago when I was young
I found cycling so much fun.
Climbing hills in fifth gear.
Keeping fit gave so much cheer.
Easily overtaking slower folk.
Teasing all those younger blokes.
Yes, a whiz kid was I.

Sadly age has taken a toll.
Panting now, I'm not so bold.
Lickity split I'm afraid not.
I have to admit my heart's in shock
To contemplate even a hillock.

Spring's Coming

Entering into the warmth of springs glow

Glistening formation of crystals from melting snow

Anticipation grows as comes the end of harsh winter

The earth begins to warm as suns rays glitter

Desire for beauty of spring begins it's surge

As flower blossoms begin to emerge

Spring pushing through chasing away the cold

Warmth overtaking the chill beauty to behold

Untouchable

I was untouchable
My emotions roped in place
Never feeling more than I wished.
…
I was untouchable
But this disease,
This curse,
 Crept into my body
Silently seeping into my skin
Wiggling into my veins
Overtaking my organs
…
I was untouchable
Until he told me that he loved me
…
I was untouchable
Until I realized that I loved him
…
Now all I want is for his touch

Overtaking Peace

Amidst guilt’s echoes Forgiveness of God hushes Overtaking me with peace*. By the Lord’s pardon Settling confessed sin-debt I’m freed, bound to His great love.
*1Thessalonians 5:23 And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. July 31, 2019

Issues Pilled

issues pilled up upon one another
overtaking the river that lay underneath
the bridge that connected the two internal
lands
issues rained down like asteroids
crashing into the river that lay
underneath the bridge that connected the two
internal lands
created title waves of internal pain
created a overflowing of the emotional river
that ran across the internal landscape

Empty Spaces

Empty spaces
  crying to be filled
  the flow of nothingness
  creeping in,
  taking over.
Where are you going?
  If this is time
  if this is love
  than why
  the emptiness?
Darkness seeping in
  overtaking light
  spirits of the night
  awakened
to fill all the empty spaces.
Let me see
  open wide my eyes
  blink at the twinkling stars
  offf in the distant crevices
  whispering my name.

Cars Nette

Motor cars you have to love em, like humans you have to shove em, drop kick em into the bay, or sweet talk em some other way, i've wiped em out in head on prang, red escort, smashed glass, perang, naked girl in the red escort, guy was on the road he thought, na ya aint in a race, so stay on the footpath where it's safe, condom pocket just in case, watch, overtaking wheelchairs, orright:) Don Johnson 2-sep-11

Hope

Heavy white landscape
Thick and impenetrable
Closing in
Cutting off
Swirling, biting
Unfriendly frost

Lost and unsure
Despair creeping in
Sleep so inviting
A way for it to end
Sinking lower and lower
Drowning in tears

For a moment you look up
And a new dawn is breaking
Fighting back the cold
The sun overtaking
Let go of doubts
Dwell not on fears
A new day will rise
From the ashes of nightmares

God Bestows Blessings

God bestows great blessings… plenteous, precious overtaking* us with heavenly treasures while we hearken unto Him and diligently do His will… …ministering as faithful stewards, …serving with joy, pleasing Him by faith’s might.
*Deuteronomy 28:2 And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God. May 9, 2019

Life Run

LIFE RUN

I run, till my legs
Beg me to stop
I run, till my battered knees
And tired elbow begin to cry
I run, not for practicing marathon
Not for titles
Its life run, I run
Millions of miles already covered
Still haven’t breasted my tape
Still out of my vision
I run overtaking others
Blindly following my predecessors
I do not know where will I stop
Where the tape is tied
Where is my goal?
Where is my route?

Silken Intimacy

Slipping past brushing against
The softness that feels of silk

Intimate in the skin we are in
Naked to the elements of love

Uncovering the touch beneath
Silken is the intimacy

Between the sheets of satin
Feeling all the rush

Of the tenderness unconditional
Overtaking bodily trust

Missing not a second chance
Embraced by warm gusts

Instant lost deeply in the passion of one hug
Silken is the intimacy between us

Escape

this thin line I walk
this mindset that talks
I can't block it out
this blackness and doubt

going forward each day
hoping it fades away
that I find what I seek
that it doesn't escape me

thoughts that are so random
overtaking with reckless abandon
trying not to overthink
ideas that are drenching me

but it sometimes overflows
this love with its, rich bright glow
can you make it right?
restoring what causes this blight
