Escape
this thin line I walk
this mindset that talks
I can't block it out
this blackness and doubt
going forward each day
hoping it fades away
that I find what I seek
that it doesn't escape me
thoughts that are so random
overtaking with reckless abandon
trying not to overthink
ideas that are drenching me
but it sometimes overflows
this love with its, rich bright glow
can you make it right?
restoring what causes this blight
