writing poems with my chicken neck
a sprinkle of salt, why not? What the heck?
Words surround my mind, one gives a genuflect.

Christ Our Savior
Christ Our Savior

Each time we go to church do detect,
That Christ Our Savior will be correct;
We had behaved;
Each soul saved;
Which is why we gracefully genuflect.

Weave
Weaving honesty and dedication
the sun or the moon or the poet
die to gone.
Why to flood with tears
they will come soon, after the hush
they will come to glitter
there.
You can get nothing in cry
just believe that the end of the night
the end of the grief

She Was My Only One
She was breezy light-hearted
I perplexed she squeezed me;
Applause and genuflect
In a hush she came out of her veils
her tress was so sweet and brown nails
came into my dream.

I pretend to be steadfast though
heart jumpstarts fash in awe.
Percolating my heart
I took her in my home.
Days gone; now in mine loose bone
Ached much in sigh
alone.
She was my only one....

Altar of Repose
Altar of Repose

A life of partial compose
Born of barren prose
My time enrobed
In borrowed yoke
Mid the insurrection
I pray for divine intervention
And grip the splintered cross of resurrection
My sins of number and fashion
Seeking refuge in the arms of compassion
At the altar of repose
I genuflect
Sans regret
And hold vigil
For redemption's virgin

The Green Man
A cacophony of chlorophyll
Drugs molluscs and insects
The slap hazard colourful
Spring riot resurrects

Angels that genuflect
Terrible and wonderful.
Free from death life forgets
How it had felt to lie

Frozen beneath the sky
Searching the slightest
Spark to ignite the eye

In the deep forest
Cobwebs assume the earthy damp of shrouds
Flowers bloom, full and fat as clouds...

Premium Member Love's Expressions
Love's expressions
are infinite...

or few as a timid
heart will allow:

Too often we genuflect
at the altar of despair –

of love thinking one
has been destined
no share;

never to know
a place, in the warmth
of an-other's embrace –

But love need only
an inviting trace

as the rose will to a
sliver of light open...

no heart ever made
to be eternally broken –...

Snail travels to Japan in the fanciest way
We see him traveling, he’s cutesy today
He is wearing a camera around his neck.
He stops to give the emperor a genuflect.

His hat is from Australia, his eyeglasses from the wild.
He scoots around old men, he picks up a lady bug child.
We flowers surround him, admiring his ensemble of beauty.
It is our Japanese privilege, not our tradition or duty....

A Goddess
through the ether
she appeared

A Goddess
attended by herons
the softest light pours
from her eyes
flamed by the embers
of her heart

loving without knowing
caring without seeing
a voice for those
without freedom,
the answering cry
from the dark,
nobody else hears

cresting Great Rivers,
Buck-eyed Demigods
genuflect at her feet

she is worshiped
this Brilliant Goddess

and today
is her Birthday

Chelsea Fc
There is a team in London,
Which consists of youngsters like Mason,
A team greater than Man U 'n Southampton,
A club where love and winning are common.

A team which wears blue,
A club with players who obey's a whistle blew,
It's fans are many and not few,
And they always cheer as the players queue.

A club full of respect,
A football team with no defect,
Whose players always genuflect,
To ensure no racism as a result of dialect....

The Blue Homecoming
What a world!
Where dejection ought not glide,
Kindle nor abide,

All I craved,I never had,
Nor my tears ever dried,
What of me was made, dejection's pride,

What I had thought it was,
What was meant to be home,
A bit did I know,'t was one to roam,

My feet too bare,so lone was the path,
But to fate I held,
And by faith had I compelled,

Now I genuflect in tears,
When already my dermis dwindle,
To thee I return,Set,god of the desert....

Premium Member Queen of Outer Space
Queen of Outer Space rode a comet into Mars.
So hot it hurt her feet though, so she went back to the stars.
She jumped on a meter and rode it to Planet Earth.
Jumping off a few seconds before it slid over the water in a surf.

I have not found the right planet yet, she told her spies.
These Earthlings are hilarious, but they only have two eyes.
I am used to at least four. I think I’m heading to Pluto next.
Besides, these Earthing’s do not know how to genuflect....

Miracle At the Pond
Drink deep the gathering dawn
The pond is a stone throw away
Over a cold road twisting narrow
Turned muddy by mixing rain
Fawns must bow before they drink
Genuflect in genuine reverence
Reflect nature on clear water
Mirror the surface of all things
Be clever beyond all imaginings
There where life cuts like a knife
Deer jump over brier to escape
Arrows miss and hunters go hungry
But the pond reaches out to refresh
Including those who missed their mark today
Let us prey...

Premium Member The Fey Begin To Dance
Elfin princess accompanied by heavenly butterflies
The oak trees feel her presence and genuflect in reverence
Spirit brings her into their world of bark and twigs
She appreciates their deference, admiring their flexibility

The oaks admire her ability to wind walk; they are entranced.
Butterflies fly against the wind, bringing their beloved to the forest
Owl is quieted. A wolf howls to remind the trees of the prophecy.
All is right in the woods tonight, the fey begin to dance....

Reflect On the Need To Genuflect
Why do we omit to reflect
On the need to genuflect
To God waiting for it in His Altar
To be moved to mercifully alter
What in life makes us falter …

The Often Out-Of-Order
We wouldn’t want to go further
In the nature of a triumphing defect
With its concomitant effect;
As bad as balls that deflect
Or words A Grammarian didn’t inflect …

Ample reasons we have to be sad,
When we keep losing but aren’t mad
Or keep spending hard-to-stay wad
And telling people we once it had....
