Premium MemberFather and AI Son

Can it be beyond, insane
when a brain begets a brain,
putting it in competition
with its own junior edition?
Proud of tot's data retrieval,
will he mimic papa's evil,
wishing not for an embrace,
but ever scheming to replace?
I'm rife with distress and bother -
will the son turn on the father?

Snippets of Spring vol 3

Meandering meadows broken by a tossing garbling brook…strewn..rocks hewn embossing...marbling and moss flossing

Awoken whispers spoken..cantankerous coughing eddy wheezes..then a curmudgeonly icy mirror hush

Reckoning breezes yield cats' paws beckoning…teases across the flanking field

Fairies’ wield spells conveyed in lush dappled glades of plush bluebell dells

Stacked cumulus collage..shield montage cracked by dazzling azure shard mirage

Chubby clouds’ japes..conjuring cannily hung faces.. shapes...far flung places

Strife is rife..resurrection introspection survival..brings carnival of retrieval

New things...nothing can rival..primal primeval revival..Spring sings life!

It has become much worse
Since you were gone: it seems
Your country has been cursed
And sentenced to its dreams
The empire of evil
Is more alive than ever
Again in full retrieval
And always like forever
The opposition split
Exposing one another
They show a lot of wit
In fighting with each other
Like hundred years unturned
This opposition circus
Gets their lesson learned
A lesson of no purpose
Revengers set the rules
All of their dreams come true
A doctrine of the fools
Makes old agenda new
It looks like they had sought
More wisely, and achieved
Exactly what you’ve never got
As if you never lived
So one more bitter lesson
Can’t make much sense, I know
One speaks, and silence listens
Just leave the fee, and go.

Painting on the easel,
The things we do apparently aren’t right.
The taste of bitter sweetness and the smell of diesel,
They say my last name sounds mediaeval,
Well,
Alright.

I see the world through the goggles of a pessimist,
We might be feeble.
The winds whirled and caught my kite,
Release my grip and forgo retrieval.
What’s mine isn’t mine by right,
It’s just how we see it through,
I’m talking about life.
About my life,
The pain we’re free to view as truly painful.
Poetry and that feeling to write,
Writing truly shouldn’t feel this shameful.
A dutiful soldier who finds poetry too graceful,
A stoic paladin whose words ride alongside my brother,
The Sky.
An angelic family tie.

My brothers laugh travels on by,
A Paladin’s poetry needn’t make you cry.

Premium MemberSaga of Sam and Twitch

Sam and Twitch, two partner cops
bust the bad guys in the chops
	they found corruption
	and much disruption
in the NYPD shops

Sam was big, and loud, and gruff
with criminals, he was rough
	tendency to curse
	sometimes even worse
he’s the first to call a bluff

Where Sam was brawn, Twitch was smart
Angles were his state-of-art
	twin pistols twirling
	steady aim sterling
simple logic off-the-chart

With Al, confronted evil
sometimes causing upheaval
	finding rotten cops
	pulling out the stops
integrity retrieval

Their story stops in interrupt
as sales were not up to snuff
	sadly the tale ends
	without fair amends
their end was much too abrupt.

Premium MemberIncubus

When demons of darkness strike,
although it may seem dreamlike,
save for those who're self-aware,
it becomes our worst nightmare.

Entities that abound seek
humans whose aura is weak,
that they may vent feral lust,
by sexual thrusts unjust.

Rape in the ethereal
plane is also quite real
and victims live with their shame
alone, for who shall they name?

The incubus feeds on fear
but with God within, so near,
if we but seek help from Him,
we'll face not such trauma grim.

Invoking grace by prayer,
we are our own soothsayer,
exorcising the evil
demon by soul retrieval.

Premium MemberRetrieval of Lost Conscience

Years ago in my youthful exuberance,
persuaded by impulsive and sprightly yearning,
I made to her the premature promise,
I could not keep in the long run.

We parted with no apparent rancor,
although the possible pangs of broken heart
I was sure she kept within herself,
I felt a stressful sense of fretting guilt.

Realizing that I had broken the blooming dream,
I implored earnestly the almighty
to graciously condone my hurting action,
I thought was the doing of destiny.

God lit for me the lamp in the gloomy time
to retrieve my conscience lost in the dark.
From the essence of repentance I got solace,
shielded the lamp in the soul from wind of remorse.

Premium MemberTwas the Night Before Christmas

Twas the night before Christmas and all through the night
Santa and reindeer flew into the light
not a gift went amiss not a sound did he make
as he slid down the chimney and arose with a quake

with siffoned soft whistles and gregarious tee hees
he placed down the gifts just before the big flee
too late for retrieval soon he was caught
by a little wee tot who abandoned his cot

May I call you Kriss Krinkle he asked with a lisp
made you some cookies, bit burnt, but their crisp
soon they were wrapped and then tucked in His sack
alongside the toys, they went clickety clack

Oh crumbs I must go, Mrs. C wants me home
she covers them good with some chocolate Arome
no worries my lad, next year burn some more
my reindeer love burntys, cuz it helps when they snore !

Premium MemberDeath By Dynamite

Here lie the few remains of John M. Kyte
He lit a cigarette with a stick of dynamite
[His body was blown to smithereens]
Parts of him were scattered over the county
For which retrieval insured a hefty bounty.

Folks keep telling me our great society is crumbling
Sincerely concerned for our nation’s well-being,
I’m convinced there is entirely too much grumbling
Much good that is occurring we go without seeing.

Sincerely concerned for our nation’s well-being
Let’s recall that history is rampant with upheaval,
Much good that is occurring we go without seeing
Remember time is a portrait of loss and retrieval.

Let’s recall that history is rampant with upheaval
Much positive change is often labeled malevolent
Remember time is a portrait of loss and retrieval,
Scarcely a decade major change was not prevalent.

Much positive change is often labeled malevolent
What is seen as dastardly may be quite beneficial,
Scarcely a decade major change is not prevalent
Our moaning and groanings are largely superficial.

Human Lie Detector

When we remember we gaze off into the distance
the eyes disengage and brain shows the pictures
eyes disengage they aren’t involved in this instance
the brain shows you memories the eyes never feature

When we tell a lie it’s been created in the brain
retrieval is a thought process causing eyes to strain
micro gestures in the eyes help see the created play
the lie that was created without memories to replay

So when I say I see the lie
I’ve seen it before you’ve spoken
The soul is seen in the eyes
And dishonest eyes are broken

Your eyes always move when you think,
It’s a natural uncontrollable motion,
these micro movements missed in a blink
confirm lies before the mouth opens!

Premium MemberWhy I Love Cds Poem Angel On My Shoulder

This poem was written by Carolyn Devonshire
(I chose this poem because she wrote about angels, then became one)

Angel on my Shoulder
Angels on my right shoulder
Battling devils on the left
Ever guiding my actions
Saving my soul from bereft

Angels e'er amongst us
Like Clarence on Stewart's bridge
Softly urge us to avoid
Falling from grace at the ridge

My special angel's sweet voice
Sounds so much like my mother's
But you have an angel too
Who's unlike any other's

Spirits of loved ones who've passed
Want us to know heaven's joy
So we reunite with them
And eternal bliss enjoy

So, Mom, if you're listening
Your voice overtakes evil
Helping me find the right path
You've mastered soul retrieval

A wonderful life bestowed
By a righteous urging
From an angel observer
For spiritual merging

Premium MemberOrganic Chemistry Test

Chemistry, a labyrinthine topic-cum-tantalising potent cryptic art,
bane of eager scientist with half a top-notch mind and ample heart

Teachers in this field strain every muscle but knowledge has its
phoenix like bugs.
bungled shots at mastery whet an inborn urge for random hugs

At twenty two a third year paper found me in this vicious circle dumbstruck,
my blank expression shook with disbelief as I sought a golden wink from Lady Luck

Nervous giggles, comic errors, bold retrieval seldom count as fun,
but never fear, triumphant marks, percentage wise a glowing grade A one!

Get Thee To a Meadery

Tired of IPA’s or wine?
To Scotch you never took a shine?
Maybe what you really need
To perk you up’s some old-time mead.

Not quite retro, more medieval,
Meaderies boast the retrieval
Of this drink from ancient days
Is more than just a passing phase.

Made with honey, sometimes fruit,
The brewers are in hot pursuit
Of gaining fans on all frontiers,
Most likely those who relish beers.

It’s said to be the oldest brew
With alcohol, much overdue
For a resurgence, which is why
We all should give some mead a try.

Premium MemberMysterious Star That Awes Me

Mysterious bubbling oozing mass
Imploding and exploding
Do you know of yourself?
Are you aware? Where do you go?
Am I looking at you or a remnant of a former you?

Mystical being, hurling and whirling
In the outer space and the upper spheres.
Do you know of us?
Are you aware? Do you even still exist?
Are you a novice or a full grown star? Do you see me?

Myths and legends surrounding your birth.
Scientists arguing about your survival
And your retrieval.
Are you aware? Do you laugh and scoff at them?
Mysterious star, I bow in awe of your magnificence.
For even if you do not know me, I know you.
