Digital Signal

If I were in automaton mode
and wrote a digital poem
with binary code
in terms of two states
expressed as 0's and 1's
(positive and non-positive)
which when done
alternate
and run
in a lengthy string
then later transmit the data
with technology
it would not read
a beautimous thing
but repetitively tedious
or boring indeed
nought but a numbers game
of dreary ennui
it would positively be

Buddha meets ... that is strange,
Announce the meet ... strange the more,
Buddha meets ... not so strange,
Announce misquote ... Buddha just wrote,
Though history ... Buddha's story,
Timing bit off ... historians scoff,
What came first; egg or chicken ... what came post; begs a question,
Christmas or Buddha ... Buddha or Christmas,
It is neither ... here nor there,
Ergo ... Therefore,
Flip a coin, heads or tails ... make your choice, while coin sails,
A guess is a guess ... my best is my best,
Here goes nothing ... substance something,
Buddha crosses time ... Christmas line a Cross
Christmas Star o'er Bethlehem ... faraway came three wise men,
Buddha is pleased with Christmas sight ... Buddha's lifetime records and write,
The nativity scene ... Buddha cites how it beamed,
Joseph and Virgin Mary, and baby Jesus makes three all the same ... Buddha scrolls down parchment that indicate advent that coined Christs' name,
Idyllic pastoral scenes of shepherds and farm animals and three wise men bearing gifts from afar ... Buddha captures the highlights breaths exhale and inhale words repetitively transform plain and not Czar.

Premium MemberKyoto Subway Station

Morning, 8 AM.
Kyoto Subway Station.
A single gaijin,
a foreigner surrounded
yet standing out in the crowd.

The train clips along,
slows down, stops, starts up again
repetitively.
Whilst humanity surrounds,
one can still feel so alone.

Repetitively Mistreatment

Some people told you to go to hell
Because of your repetitively maltreatment.
Your hearts broke after hearing that but
You continued being  very merciless,
Thinking they were  unmotionals.
I tell you to go to heavens
Because I know that you will kill
Those brutal animals in your hearts
And you will look different in their eyes.
Receive my love where you are in different countries.

Open Cage, Birth, Funeral

Fear comes and goes.

Tidal waves.

Cleaning the shores,
repetitively.

I too, am afraid.

Afraid of loss,
Afraid of things which I can’t explain.

And of the bird,
deciding to depart,
unreasonable.

I want the bird to stay,
and I know that it will.

But the other bird might not,
which leaves me feeling;

Nauseous.

Park of Life

It’s a scary place out there
You know that too
With people wearing masks everyday
Living a masquerade ball
Ceaselessly
The colors never fading
The ringing always staying
But I stop in my steps
At this crazy amusement park
Taking in all the glory and the grotesque
The neon lights on the teacups
Going round and round
Keep spinnin
I shout
Spinning around the sun
And the moon
And back
Repetitively
Don’t stop
Let the memories keep runnin on the tape
The year has been long, my friends
How have you been holding up?
Can’t help but looking back to
The was been’s, the had been’s, the happened’s
The particles of sand fell with no delay
Still continues to run its course
Whether one can keep up with it
Or not
I screamed in pain
His hand in mine
Tightly grasped
Never letting go
I am lost
I am free
I am in pain
I am in ecstasy
A glaze of calm
Coats my eyes
The dimming excitement of youth
But nothing can be done
Perhaps I will get my sight back
Hopping in spontaneity
Ever so hopefully
Enjoying every ride on
This so called park of life

Since Birth

since birth
i never knew
since birth
i never grew
since birth
i would just solidify
since birth
my existance would just humidify
since birth
i called your name in a gentle whisper
since birth
you repetitively ignored me and left footprints on every whisker
since birth
all saw me as odd
since birth
all solace that i found was within the welcoming hands of God
since birth
i succeeded and i failed in seeing
since birth
i accentuated every melody and rhythm in the key MySelf, Simply Being....

Shattered Heart

i search for love in all the wrong places not knowing that it would cost me my heart oh how painful it was as i wash my heart being shattered in to million pieces i waited for someone to come to my rescue and help me put the pieces of my heart back together but no-one came my way and i was left in the cold to die alone i sometimes wonder where do i belong whether here or there i am tossed around like a ragdoll waiting to be held but once they have you they use you they hurt you and throw you away like a useless thing that has never existed why then should they constantly repetitively try and cheer me up when the substance of my joy is you they insisted to advise me to erase you of my mind but i tell them how can i when all that's on my mind its you what is to escape what are we escaping from is it not our nightmares is it what we cannot control is it the fear to lose the ones we love the most or the fear to be left alone and have no-one to be there for us

Everything

You are everything I ever wanted
I hear the voice
Within me say
I became everything I ever wanted
That midnight moment I cried out
To confess and pray

You are everything this world needs
I hear the voice
Not my own tell me
Curious as I am
I begin to comprehensively understand
Asking myself
What does the world need?

How can I be anything?
Anyone?
Everything?
I love you Kristina
I hear this repetitively
This I rarely tell myself
But the voice within is adamant to remind me

Carving a path to my heart
Setting a spark to my mind
Instantly everything changed
Everything became directed
Everything revolved around this voice
A voice of greatness as my guide
Everything, everything
Since belief in you entered my life

Premium MemberA Solitary Lifestyle

pain
grew
distress
when heartache
weighted with sorrow
lodged scars within his broken heart
as roughly inflicted by her words of rejection
to constantly, repetitively cause turbulent incapacitating despair

no
more
trying
to find love
for it wants him not
or he would have it at thirty
rather than a tossed heart - sorrow-peaked towards downward,
so he develops a solitary lifestyle unaware love does not regard age

Linked

Empty rooms and a lonely thought,
Reviving bad memories and the sadness brought,
So much loss with only knowledge gained,
Hurt but not broken my heart simply stained,
Resisting the urge to rebuild loves guard,
Allowing vulnerability to be seen is hard,
I'd rather hurt than not feel love at all,
That euphoric feeling is worth the fall,
If only the good outweighed the bad,
Cherished moments spent secretly mad,
Countless tears I unwillingly shed,
Repetitively killing negative thoughts in my head,
Realising the truth I no longer know,
Questioning things wont help love grow,
Changing who I am tore us apart,
His amazingness owned my heart,
Without him near I barely feel whole,
I know what it feels like losing part of your soul,
For him id fall all over again every day,
I truly love him unconditionally in every way.

Panic

Shadows pass
They don’t scare me
Even if they push me
Down that pit.
Panic. I think.

Evil’s face
Haunts me like hell
Even if they try
They’ll never win.
Panic. I guess.

Ghosts haunt
Past and past
Repetitively, yet
They’ll never fool me.
Panic. I know.

Yes, that. Exactly.
The one when I fear
Nothing at all
Even if it’s my life.
Panic. Coz I am
Feeling that feeling again.

Holiday’s Roadside Wreckage
                  by Odin Roark

To live as you’re not
To be who society massages you into being
To succumb to counterfeit identity
Is to skid into mere roadside wreckage.

We pass such rubble all the time
The defective and or mismatched parts of authenticity
Merging with Nature’s roadkill
Decorated by gum wrappers
Festooned by beer cans.

Sadly…

Few anticipate the accident,
The head-on collision with reality,
Where darkness and tears
Become the black ice of misfortune.

Still…

Some will slow down enough to see when they look,
Realize that reason and logic’s purpose
Is to reveal the highway shoulders and ditches’ necessity,
Irony’s off-road demise for make-believers
Careening unconscious down life’s highway.

Roadside wreckage…

Unrewarding scenery made repetitively prophetic
Until we take the time to recognize and live compatibly
With who we really are.

Run Run Run

Run run run rapidly readily rigorously
Reaching roads rivers railways
Run run run rough remote rambling routes
Realizing regret remorse remain redundant
Run run run re-evaluating racing rituals
Remaining respectful responsible relaxed
Run run run repetitively run run run repeatedly
