dripping Opalescent Wholeness
pink pearls and peach dandelions
silently showing out with tiny slivers of fluff
winged faeries never looked more pretty
dripping opalescent wholeness
showing the world goodness
instilling hope, joy, and peace

Opalescent Path
I could adorn you
with great riches,
but my greatest gift
to you is my poetry.
Like a pearl without an oyster,
I roll along a precipitous path,
through a plethora of vacant shells -
none seem to be my sanctuary.
Slightly dizzy, swirling and twirling,
my glass heart illuminates,
scintillating upon dust and blackness,
seeking that opalescent path,
where dawn is greeted with crystal

- Opalescent Forgiveness-
Forgiveness, opalescent rainbows
Shining brightly in the skies springtime humanity
Sinners, disobedient humans running so
Like lying children trying to grow
In the calm of storms
Forgiveness repentance
Praying for another chance
Forgiveness, opalescent rainbows

Opalescent
much more than diamond
pearled in a mere reflection
the cat sings for his supper
mirrored she flashes by
fluttered flight, naked thru shadows
shuttering amid a hint of light
he doesn't see the lengths she goes to
closing eyes with open mouths
using only ears to

Composing Opalescent
"Composing Opalescent"
Together we arrive
Composing opalescent
blue-green green-blue
jaded oceans submerged
then rising from great waves
thrashing in on our storm
we are united mast-held and entranced
entwined limbs bathed in sensuality's
St Elmos Fire hitting our sharpest peak
in the milky creamy way our skin meets
under silver shadows casting fire
like lightning dazzles lines another
language in code

Opalescent
I close my eyes at night to reminisce
Thoughts of you feel much like a warm caress
And on my lips such sweet trace of a kiss
Suspended stars divinely opalesce
As I let out a sigh under my breath
In moonlit park barely leave faint footmark
The heart fears most a silence over death
Connecting perchance two souls in the

Flash of Opalescent Fishtail
A clear beautiful June night
barely a sound at ocean’s edge
beach finally quiet, I could almost
hear my footsteps sliding in the sand.
Loud splash got my attention
flash of opalescent fishtail
had that been a lady or a vision?
a mermaid here?
Imagination or reality?
midnight moonlight’s trick?
illuminating the circles of the dive
the ocean’s mirrors smiled, keeping her secrets.

Opalescent Rainbow Bass
Opalescent rainbow bass, slippery catfish large,
green banks of rivers, beyond the rich man's barge.
Guppies gallows, fishmonger agleam,
going fishing, Saturday. Catch me downstream.
Opalescent rainbow bass, slippery catfish large.
bring those bobbers, and peanut butter jars.
Hitherwards we traipse, little boy, while it’s still dark.
fishing with a determined grandpa is not just a lark.
It is four o’clock,

Opalescent
Oh! the blaze of light and color
playing power of vibrant luster.
with a rainbow hidden in its soul
she's a princess, a spectral cluster.
Rain seeping voids of crevasses
cracks of porous silica rocks,
amorphous tiny spheroid balls
an effulgence perfect Goldilocks
A gem that forms in million years,
sensuous palette of random pattern
like a Christmas tree she glistens,

Nature and Creation Envy
I saw a dragonfly today
Skimming over the surface of a still pond
It’s beauty reflecting the light
Colours of blue, green opalescent delight
It’s wings fluttering as it flew effortlessly
It’s a sample of nature

The Opalescent Spring
O Spring, come spread smile,
frozen days will turn bright,
Buds will peep in unique style,
birds shall chirp with delight.
With scary sky, dull and grey,
winter was all white and wet,
For your eternal

Opalescent
Opening
her dome like a
fresco
Pixels of
night gleam from
atop
As stars
wink, Neuth twirls
the nova
Lining her
cape with studs of
opal.
Entranced,
buds glide on a
lattice
Soaking in
the mist of
twilight’s
hems.
Calmly, the
moon dims the
magic
Embers like
beams of Sky Lady
invite
Nestling air
for child’s bed
story’s yawn
To drift upon
eyes; good
times,good
night!

the page only allows
a narrow space which
disarranges the
lines
from their proper
layout...

Opalescent
Places of worship aglow -
Stained glass windows
are embellished
as varying shades of blues
golds, reds & greens
glisten like a noon-day sun
reflecting oceanic waters
in mid-summer bliss
Colorful glass,
mosaic decorative
pictures adorn
tables & walls
as Tiffany lamps
cast decorative
shapes & light
across a room
Magical hues
bring mens'
souls nearer to
God
A beveling of-
of super-cooled
liquid, gas &
silica
transformed
by fire -
Creates
beautiful
