Premium Member PRAISE BE TO GOD FOR ENCOURAGING US TO WATCH FOR HIS COMING

October 12 Praises to God Bible Meditations Based on Matthew 25-26

Key Verse – Matthew 25:13 Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.

PRAISE BE TO GOD FOR ENCOURAGING US
TO WATCH FOR HIS COMING

Praise be to God for encouraging us to
watch for His coming with His:
Assurance from the Scriptures
Awakening against sinfulness
Affirmation of our salvation
Abounding satisfaction
Acts never secretive

Matthew 25:34 Praise be to the Lord for
welcoming us to inherit His kingdom with:
Triumph through His Word
Thanksgiving for His worthy will
Trust to His warmth in our worship
Testimony of our toiling in His workmanship
Truthfulness that we tackled trials by His ways

Matthew 26:10 Praise be to the Saviour for
noticing good work wrought upon Him with our:
Honesty for His honour
Happiness hoisted by hope
Holiness despite our hardships
Helpfulness toward the helpless
Humility against haughtiness’ hurrahs. Amen!

Guile gust
I grasp your gasp
goad grafts gently glowing
the gray grove greenery growing
glean grace

Skies Straight
I snared your sight
Schizoid swing of Steward
sewn souls spewing as oxblood stems
stark stance

Wince, wight
I've weaned your whiff
the world-wedged wink was wrapped
while not washing down the wild waft
when whet

Froth flow
your frisk frame flits
follow fall foliage
freshly framed flimsy fruity field
faint flame.

Sand stake
of smog steam sieve
you stride in silence steps
by slamming a skulker-shaped slope
spread string.

Astoshing Earthquake

as soul of bavira prince went to rest, earthquake trembled entire land.

Premium Member Glowing Autumn

Autumn exudes divine Artist’s glow
Nature shows midst radiant bliss
Red leaves blend with gold heaps below
Grand iridescence sight can’t miss.

As hues change, distinct in each strand
Autumn exudes divine Artist’s glow
Orange foliage sheds green brand
Swaying lively in lovely blow.

Blest to expose much blessings flow
Marked well by colorful harvest
Autumn exudes divine Artist’s glow
Exalting* God’s perfection best.

Possessing awesome beauty’s worth
Smiting woe with cheer to bestow
As marvelous season on earth
Autumn exudes divine Artist’s glow.

*Psalm 57:5 Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens;
let thy glory be above all the earth.

These words that pour out from thoughts.
Randomly without making patterns, at first.

OK. Sometimes making random patterns.
Spurting out and mixing like
Ingredients for a batter.

Swirls like nothing else.
Until cohesive in my mind.
Maybe not in yours.

Meaning in my world.
Sometimes in yours.

Meaning that sometimes escapes me
Until a future epiphany crystallizes.

Orange grapes floating in a sea of waves.
Meaning and importance that can be suspect.

See what I mean?

They all end up on this screen.

Iffy

Unfulfilled, unbalanced, unaccomplished and separated

Life for the Aged

Old age comes with an eighteen wheeler’s load of hurt.
Old age comes with the rest of life, permeated with pain.

Old age comes with loads of memories, experiences missed.
Old age comes with loads of memories, experiences to relish.

Old age becomes moments for reminiscing, looking back into the past.
Old age becomes the catalyst that brings one to memories that once were.

Old age becomes the walls that block one from experiences, no longer able to be.
Old age becomes the barrier that prevents many from living the life they once did.

Old age becomes the obstacle to journeys, to adventures once prolifically brought light.
Old age becomes the impediment that has brought life to these very unfulfilling moments.

Premium Member At the Arcade

At the arcade excitement waits
With games galore for everyone
An entire afternoon of fun
Saucy hot dogs and ice cream plates
Some new friendships and fun-filled dates
Lots of fantastic prizes won
at the arcade.

The enjoyment never abates
Like the shooting gallery gun,
Oh, and the hot cinnamon bun
Then, of course, I won paperweights
at the arcade.

Premium Member God's Gift To Us

Endowed with life are we- like flowers of
God's earth. We see His flowers in the field;
the God that fashioned them created us.
From seed to bud to ripened fruit we feel
the cycle shared together in the Plan
of His Creation, perfect and sublime.

Endowed with life are we- like creatures of
God's earth. We see His creatures of the wild;
we can relate to them, their inborn ways,
evolve as they in nature's outlined scheme-
of life and death, survival in between,
reflecting the sure balance of His Plan.

The flowers, animals- and us, are one,
constructed by His wisdom and His love.
But we, with innate souls, for certain are
more blessed and bonded to His plan. For He
has given us the gifts of Faith- with Hope,
and Love, to share unselfishly with all.
Special are we- as images of God!

Premium Member Pranayama Breath

Take a deep breath and fill your heart with calm.
battling the powerful waves every night,
trying to detect a glimmer of light,
life hurts; I need time to heal from life's qualms.
fighting while everyone witnessed the psalm
all I want for Grace is a glint of sight.
take a deep breath.

I was glad to be in the rhythm of balm.
flickering senseless claws brimming with spite
clung to a shard of hope, I stand to fight.
off from deep facts when I want to embalm
take a deep breath...

Premium Member Little Princess In Satin

Little princess in satin shoes and dress
Curtain rises as she makes her debut,
Important attendees are me and you
She has been afraid of making a mess
Dancing across stage’s apron finesse,
To a rousing applause in ev'ry pew
Little princess in satin.

Tomorrow her troupe will be in the press
I’m certain she’ll receive a top review
She’s already got an award or two,
She continues to blossom, what progress!
Little princess in satin.

Yeti In Snow

Yeti in snow, the greatest camouflage
His winter substitute for ghillie suit
Some think him an abominable brute
He means no ill will to their entourage
These beings here that came to sabotage
So fades into the white, all but his snoot
Yeti in snow

He prepares inside ice cold embassage
In case they infiltrate his cave en route
For his plunder of crystal iceberg loot
Hid by a stormed up blizzard clad mirage
Yeti in snow

Premium Member Progeny

I remember when children were a blessing
For some, they seemed a burden to carry
Happy mine are all grown up, I’m confessing,
Now I have great-grandkids – it’s scary!
I’ll never have great-greats, I’m guessing.
