Notes About The Poem

Pranayama Breath

Take a deep breath and fill your heart with calm. battling the powerful waves every night, trying to detect a glimmer of light, life hurts; I need time to heal from life's qualms. fighting while everyone witnessed the psalm all I want for Grace is a glint of sight. take a deep breath. I was glad to be in the rhythm of balm. flickering senseless claws brimming with spite clung to a shard of hope, I stand to fight. off from deep facts when I want to embalm take a deep breath...
